This is the first and only place I came for my wedding gown. Alice helped me out and was SO incredibly kind! She made sure I made comfortable the entire time. She picked out all the dresses I liked, and even picked some out that she thought I’d like! She actually happened to pick out a dress that I ended up deciding on for my wedding dress! She helped me pick out a beautiful veil and headpiece to match. It was such a wonderful day with my mom and sister and Alice made it even better with her energetic, loving, truly caring personality!!

I originally expected to find my wedding dress in Atlanta where I live, but I was back in my hometown for a weekend and was able to get a super last minute appointment with sweet Alice and the amazing team at Elegant Bridals! Alice made the experience an absolute dream! She personalized the dressing room for me with special & sentimental touches! Alice has extensive knowledge of fashion design and wedding gowns, but more importantly she has the intuition and inspiration to help someone find the perfect dress. She took my feedback from each "no" to finally land on the "yes". She even suggested the PERFECT veil that felt like it was made for my dress. On top of all of that, Alice saw my vision of transforming the gown into two looks - removing the full outer skirt to reveal a more fitted silhouette for the reception. Two dresses in one. Alice knew the right seamstress to refer me to for this custom alteration. It turned out exactly how I envisioned. It was such a joy to work with everyone at Elegant Bridals - professionals who clearly love what they do! And now I have my dress safely and beautifully preserved. It is such an honor to call Alice a dear friend for many years and now she is also my wedding dress fairy godmother!

Emery H. Was awesome in assisting us with selection of the bridesmaid dresses. She was so patient with us in selecting swatches an dresses. The bride wanted each of us to have a different style dress in the same color. After she measured me, Emery pulled out a random dress in my actual size for me to try on. It was not one of the styles the Bride initially selected, BUT with the Brides approval, I instantly changed my choice to that one. Emery's random choice became my bridesmaid dress!! Great service!

I had a wonderful experience with Elegant Bridals. All of the staff were very friendly. I was working with Dawn and she was extremely helpful. She answered all of my questions and was even available after I left in case I needed anything. They definitely know how to make their brides feel special with a lot of personal touches. Great selection of dresses as well. Definitely make an appointment to go by their store!

Alice was absolutely amazing!!! Everyone here is so supportive and friendly. The dresses are phenomenal! I didn’t find my dress here, but hey, when you know you know. I have been looking for a specific dress for a long time, I asked every possible bridal shops but no result. Elegant Bridals responses fast and the staff tried their best to help me to find it! My mom and I were traveling and stumbled across Elegant Bridals. The store looked beautiful, even from the outside.. I was super nervous about just walking in without an appointment but from the second we opened the door we were greeted with smiles and paired with our stylist, Hannah, instantly. The store is beautiful and how they have the dressing rooms etc. set up, it really makes you feel special when trying on the dresses - which they have an amazing collection of. Hannah was so sweet, helpful, and informative - she actually even picked out the dress I ended up LOVING! You can tell she truly cares about what she does and that makes all the difference, especially when making such a big decision. I would definitely recommend anyone searching for Wedding or any type of formal wear to check them out, you won’t regret it! ❤️

I had the very best experience here today than I ever expected from a bridal salon. Dawn Webb is absolutely amazing to help find the perfect dress for your special day! She made me feel so comfortable and beautiful trying on dresses I could’ve spent the whole day with her. I will forever refer any and all future brides to her and to elegant Bridals. If I could give more stars I would. I’m the youngest of 6 girls (and 4 are married), so we’ve had lots of experience as a family dress shopping. This is easily the best experience we’ve ever had. The dresses are gorgeous, and boy did I find the one for me!! (I’ll update with a picture after the wedding in May 😉) Alice was my consultant, and she was genuinely wonderful both in her personality and how crazy skilled she is, she's very attentive and on top of everything. She changed me into/out of dresses faster than I could dream of doing myself. Her being there felt very natural and reassuring instead of forced or pretentious and definitely calmed my jitters coming in. She seemed to know exactly what I was looking for despite my descriptive words being limited to mainly "floof" and "sparkle." Also, she laughed at my jokes which is more than anyone could ask for haha. On the car ride home no one could stop talking about my dress and the amazing experience and memories we made here; and that we’d honestly just adopt Alice if that was an option haha. 10/10 recommend. I was really made to feel considered, seen, and special here; and I walked away with a dress far better than anything I had imagined.
