I come to Lenoir once a year for a physical for my husbands work and afterwards I always treat myself at the Blue Moose Coffee Shop. I love this place and the people are always a pleasure to talk with. Today, I tried the Blue Hornsby and it is delicious!! Thanks for making my 2 hour trip home pleasant.

Came here twice. Both times were a horrible experience. Online ordering for this store does not work and they’ll still take your money. I had to reorder and my order was nowhere near right I have been convinced never to order anything from here again. 100% ruined my morning. When you can get it how you like it the coffees good but not worth the trouble

Visiting from Florida. I can't describe how awesome the service is! The best S.F options! I can't get a frozen S.F coffee where I am in FL. I got S.F salted caramel, vanilla protein added with S.F whip cream! Amazing 👏!!!!!

I normally stop at this location to get my coffee because it’s convenient and much closer then star bucks when I’m on my way to work but not recently because I don’t appreciate my coffee always being wrong and the staff doesn’t care. They make comments saying “ why don’t you jus go somewhere else” well guess what I have been. I don’t recommend coming here unless you want your order to be messed up. Please hire staff that actually care about the customers.

Worst customer service ever the girls that work there except a select few are extremely rude and disrespectful. Mainly the younger ones. They have great coffee but it is a little bit over priced and if you get an iced coffee it’s mainly ice. Depending on who is making the coffee it never taste the same. The OWNER DOESNT EVEN KNOW HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS EITHER! If you speak up for yourself when the employees are being rude or disrespectful to you then they try to say you can’t even come back to the shop. By far the worst management/employee experience I have ever had out of anywhere I have ever been. And I am a manager myself. You just don’t treat people that way or let your employees treat people/paying customers that way. ITS REALLY HAD FOR BUSINESS! The service and atmosphere just completely suck!

I just stopped by and got the caramel blast frappe and it’s absolutely amazing. I’ve never had coffee from the blue moose. I’ve always went to Starbucks and I will no longer be going to Starbucks and waiting 30 minutes in line. I love that it’s a family own thing and The service is very fast. I will be coming every morning before work now.

This place used to be great then I visited a couple years ago where it wasn't so great Try to get in here recently soon as those days I've stepped up their game it's a lot nicer now! Only issue I would have was to say or is to say The girls there should be a little more personable! When she first started years ago I remember the woman who owned the place knew her customers by first name, I wouldn't expect that from everybody I understand But it seems like some of these girls are very cold,No Eye contact no smiles! Just seems like it would be a little friendlier, if some they could make that small difference!

Never messed an order up yet. Keep it simple for these people, no need to go all 3 dollops of this, a splash of that , half this and a 3rd of that , shaken not stirred. It's coffee ! Ain't no Rembrandt you're drinking . Drink coffee like you got a little sense or go pester them folks at the West Coast Star coffee joint who look down on you anyway. These folks make a good cup of Joe and are always obliging and friendly. Drive thru or walk up. Good commercials on the radio too. Just listening to them will make you want to go by and get a cup.

The workers are always so polite! The prices are good, and I love putting money back into the community. I always enjoy the coffee, and my kids love the hot chocolate!

I have mixed feelings about this place. Been here more than ten times, and it is pricey for what you get. However, I love the creative drinks. I request hot drinks at a kids temperature, and I'm giving 3 instead of 4 stars because a day later my tongue is still sore from the burn. Additionally, I was asked to pull up and wait, it took 7 minutes to get my drink, and it was definitely not made at a cooler than normal temperature, commonly referred to as "kids temperature." I may not return, and want to say that if you are going to charge premium prices, be sure you're providing premium service. Still 3 stars though, for above mentioned positives.

All the people that work here always have a smile on their faces and I love it when I’m indecisive and I ask them what they recommend and it’s like they know me and my tastes lol. This is the best coffee I have ever had. It’s had me from the very first sip and now I’m hooked

If you're a fan of ice caramel macchiatos, then Blue Moose Coffee is an absolute must-visit. Their version of this classic drink is simply exceptional. The espresso is perfectly balanced with the caramel and milk, and the ice adds a refreshing touch that makes it perfect for warm days. The baristas are also incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, which makes for a great overall experience. Highly recommended!

The ice cream was great, the service, what little we got was very good; however you can't go inside at all. You can only go through the drive-through, and it's too hot to be sitting outside ordering and eating ice cream, especially with a two year old, as well as not having access to a restroom. Your ice cream was melted almost before you got it inside your car. It was nothing but soup before I could finish it, and I was eating it fast, and it was only a medium cup. I have always liked Blue Moose,but It is simply too hot to have to sit outside and try to eat ice cream! I'm not sure who's idea that was or why, but it isn't a good idea, and it's not working, or at least it isn't for me. It asks if it's kid friendly, no, not anymore, it isn't. What are you supposed to do not allow them to move, or sit in your car, or play in traffic in the parking lot. I would say not very kids friendly.

Awesome Coffee Lodge on Morganton Blvd. in Lenoir. Owner (Kelly) and staff are A+. So many varieties to choose from.....but our favs are SF Chocolate Chai, SF blasted white chocolate and their Christmas in a Cup. Outdoor sitting area w/ fire pit too.

Always amazing, homemade taste and never gives me migraines like other treat coffee. Love the homemade whip!

Blue Moose Coffee Lodge is awesome. The wonderful staff always greets with me a smile. They always know what I want to drink even before I order it. They are fast and they are quick. .

Coffee is always great, service can sometimes get backed up but not a big deal. My only complaint is that a menu Infront of the drive thru would be very helpful

I've gotten coffee here several times and haven't had any major issues until today. I don't know if the cashier is new or just didn't know what she was doing but today's trip was the determining factor of me not returning there. I ordered what I normally get which is three to four Expresso shots with a SPLASH of half&half topped off with whip. Now this normally runs about about four to five bucks at the minimum but she totalled me at almost nine bucks. I asked her if she rung it up right because I get this drink all the time and it is never that much. She gave her explanation of the extra shots but at the end of the day, she didn't ring it up right. She charged me for a latte with extra shots when that is not what I ordered. A triple shot of espresso is 3.60 on their menu and .75 for the whip so how she came up with almost 9.00 for a small triple shot Expresso with whip, I don't know but the math is way off. I don't get paid to argue so I said to myself "I'll address it later with a manager". I go ahead and pay for the drink, she hands it out, I take a sip and it's COLD. I told her this is ice cold so she said she'll make another one. So, the other teen working in there brings out my coffee and it's so HOT that I had to sit it down. I asked her, did the girl make me a new drink or was this just put in the microwave to make it hot because I could've taken it home and microwaved it myself. The girl replied, oh I don't know I couldn't see what she was doing. I just had to chuckle to myself because you could clearly tell she was being dishonest! Just really really upsetting because first you way over charge me for a drink I get all the time and secondly, you didn't even have the decency to just make the drink over again. I guess I'm expected to just except scorching hot milk mixed with espresso because she was too lazy to fix a new drink. This is why I stopped ordering lattes because they DROWN out your coffee with milk to the point that you can't even taste the coffee which explains why I ORDER THE DRINK THE WAY THAT I ORDER IT!!!! THREE SHOTS OF EXPRESSO WITH A SPLASH (A SPLASHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH) of half and half. I'll finish this review with I've never had any issues with this place before. The two young girls working in there today were new faces that I've never seen before. This reveiw is based solely on my experience TODAY and does not reflect my previous experiences. I respect honesty and decency when I'm spending my hard earned money. The I'm over it attitudes and the nochalant I could care less about your complaint or the fact that you didn't get what you paid for can be kept at home!!

Good coffee here with plenty of dairy free milk options! Really a drive thru focused place, but you can walk up to a front window and order and there are a few outdoor tables to sit at with umbrellas.

Drive thru coffee places are very trendy, but not always the best experience. This one was good though. Staff were friendly and helpful. Drinks were up quickly and the quality was good.

They are the best coffee shop around! There drink menu is insane, so many different flavors and types of beverages. It's best to go online and look at the menu because you could spend all day trying to decide what to order due to the MANY choices!! I love this place.
