We
paid
Lowe’s
for
a
new
washer
and
dryer
AND
to
install
BOTH
of
these
items.
The
appointment
was
for
between
12-4
pm.
The
day
before
we
get
a
voicemail
saying
our
time
slot
has
been
moved,
without
our
consent,
to
4-8pm.
The
time
isn’t
what
I’m
worried
about
but
it
plays
into
our
experience
with
Levi
the
“technician”
from
Lowe’s
Home
Improvement
(if
that
was
even
his
name).
Everything
seems
to
be
going
fine,
our
old
washer
is
removed
and
new
one
installed.
Our
old
dryer
is
removed
and
then
I
get
told
that
I
“need
to
clean
the
dryer
vent
pipe
in
a
timely
manner
or
they
won’t
be
able
to
install
my
dryer
that
we
paid
them
to
install.”
He
didn’t
have
the
proper
tools
for
the
job
and
I
didn’t
either
considering
I
paid
Lowe’s
to
install
it.
I
was
being
berated
for
5
minutes
about
work
we
paid
another
company
to
do
before
I
could
even
speak
to
say
that.
Levi
acted
as
if
I
installed
the
old
dryer
myself
and
was
very
condescending.
He
kept
using
the
excuse
“it’s
the
last
stop
of
the
day”
to
not
install
the
dryer
because
he
was
frustrated
he
couldn’t
do
it.
He
was
rude
to
my
mom
and
myself.
This
is
the
last
time
I
ever
step
foot
in
a
Lowe’s
or
buy
anything
from
Lowe’s
or
have
anything
“installed”
by
Lowe’s.
I’m
still
mad
about
the
whole
experience
and
it’s
been
12
hours.
Now
I
have
to
call
around
and
pay
someone
else
to
do
a
job
that
Lowe’s
WAS
PAID
to
do.

9/29/2023:
Called
Lowe’s
customer
service
the
day
after
“install”
on
9/28/2023
and
the
earliest
they
would
have
been
able
to
come
would
have
been
9/29/2023.
That’s
unacceptable
so
I
called
the
“Dryer
Vent
Wizard.”
They
were
able
to
install
my
dryer
in
less
than
20
minutes
when
Lowe’s
was
too
lazy.
They
also
showed
me
where
Lowe’s
failed
to
install
a
clamp
around
the
power
supply
that
would
have
resulted
in
it
failing
to
work
over
time.
Overall
very
unsatisfied
with
Lowe’s.
