I CONTRACTED SCABIES trying on tops. Last month, February 2016, I visited the thrift store and tried on a few blouses. I didn't like the fit so I opted to not make a purchase. I left and went on about my day. Shortly after 7PM the same day I started itching. The next morning I awoke with welts. I went to the ER and discovered I had Scabies. I called the Salvation Army Store and made them aware of the incident so they could take steps to remove the tops. I remembered exactly, the size color and styles of each top. The worker became short with me so, I decided to end the call. I went back today, of course the tops aren't on the rack and that's a good thing, I guess. I did find other tops and made a purchase without trying them on. I asked what is the return/exchange policy and was told, rather roughly, "You can't return anything!" I want to continue supporting these places but if they cannot change how things are done then I cannot support them. If it is going to cost me more to get a parasite, visit a doctor and then purchase medication to treat it, then it would be cheaper to shop at Walmart or the like.

I was very disappointed in the Salvation Army in granite falls. The lady on the phone to me was rude and no place to put donations out except on the sidewalk in the weather. Next time I will just take my things to a thrift store or Goodwill. This made me sad.

Always super friendly. They have shrunk the size of the store. But still have many items. And are always running a colored ticket sale different color each week. Hard to find stuff if you are a skinny person.

Great selection of clothes at good prices. Salesperson was very polite and helpful. Only negative thing....... is that the fitting room is disgusting. Don't look under the bench, hasn't been cleaned in a long time, afraid to put my bare feet on the floor. Not hygienic AT ALL ‼

Salvation army has gotten so high compared to Goodwill. Furniture is outrageously high and a lot of other things are too. It's not for the poor any more. It's for the wealthy who have plenty of money to spend. That's why I don't shop there anymore.

I love going here cause always find great deals and alot of the times there having some sort of sell but they don't always have it were you can see it youight have to ask what sell there having at the moment but there always friendly and polite and very organized

Never know what you will find. I like these little treasure hunt thrift stores and stuff. Plus it goes to a great place that helps alot of people.

I love the "tone" and quiet of this store but I think the prices should be LOWERED in ALL SA stores....They would get alot more sold if they did. I would buy more @ 10cents to $ 1.00 than I definitely would at $1.00 to $4.00.....Wouldnt you?
