They
charged
a
client's
credit
card
and
refused
a
refund
despite
their
online
system
changing
the
scheduled
time.
They
never
answered
the
phone
when
calling
and
their
voicemail
was
full.
Mater's
Touch
only
responded
to
one
email
of
3
sent
to
them
and
never
followed
up
to
the
email
(see
photo
attached).
A
refund
was
requested
prior
to
the
wrongly
scheduled
service
because
they
never
confirmed
the
massage
time.
Unfortunate
that
it
could
have
been
resolved
with
a
refund,
but
their
response
was
to
charge
the
customer's
account.
Can't
speak
to
their
massages
but
their
communication
and
refusal
to
refund
is
frustrating.
Now
we
have
to
go
through
a
chargeback
with
our
credit
card.
As
a
business
owner,
if
a
client
has
a
reasonable
concern
I
always
try
to
accommodate
them.
I
believe
the
request
for
refund
for
services
not
rendered
(and
never
confirmed
online)
is
reasonable.
For
the
owner
who
may
respond
to
this:
please
provide
an
email
of
the
confirmation
of
both
massage
appointments.
If
you
do
that,
then
you
are
justified
in
keeping
the
money.
I
believe
you
cannot
do
that
because
we
never
got
any
email
confirmation
for
the
2nd
massage
that
your
system
changed
the
time
on.
It
was
supposed
to
be
4pm,
but
was
automatically
switched
to
5:30pm.
The
we
requested
4:15pm,
but
was
never
approved
on
your
end.
We
are
just
asking
for
a
reasonable
refund
and
will
update
this
review
accordingly.
