After seeing the television commercials regarding their latest promotion. I went into the local location to get the tour experience. I was met by a very nice attendant who explained the promotion and offered the full tour and amenities of the gym. Very clean location, nicely spaced equipment and their promotion was accurate as described.

It is an amazing motivating environment to be in. You can work out at your own pace and it's not judgemental like at other gyms. I would definitely recommend Planet Fitness as go to for all levels in your work out journey

I enjoy going to this gym. The facility is always clean. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They greet you with a smile and answer any questions you may have. I would say the only downside is the machines can be hard to get at peak times, but that’s to be expected. And some of the paper towel dispensers have a hard time dispensing the paper towels for you to clean the equipment properly. But those are minor and understandable inconveniences. Overall love this gym and their service.

It’s been a beautiful and great experience with Planet Fitness so far. Very great and well maintained equipments, highly organized with the layout and a team of excellent staff. An excellent staff ready to assist at snap of a finger. It’s worth the monthly cost.

This gym is great! The gym is always clean and the equipment is in working order. The staff is always greeting when entering and leaving. Great job to the manager and the team. Always great experience when I work out here.

The facility is great. There was a helpful gentleman (employee) assisting me with the massage bed. The shower and locker room was clean.. I travel slot and have visited over 10 different facilities in various states. You guys are in my top 3. Thanks again. I will be returning once I get back to NC

I am not a fan of the giant fans, but other than that great gym, great staff, very clean and safe environment.

This is by far my favorite planet fitness location in the area. It’s constantly clean, tons of machines and equipment, and staff is always there to help when needed and they’re super kind. Love this location!

I love the variety of equipment. The massage chairs, and all other amenities is fabulous. The atmosphere is calm, and welcoming Staff is great and have great customer service.

It is clean and newish gym. I like it out of all the ones seen. I am more of a machine user and they have two of each so usually can grab one. A lot of the other gyms in area have one machine. Don’t like free weights. Would say wish they had classes but I recommend for the price and overall experience.

Always clean and accessibility to equipment. The best part is the cooldown

Staff is nice. They get a little caught up in their own conversations at the front desk, but are very polite when they interact with me. The facility was very clean and all the gear looked to be in good working condition. A few cracked cushions/pads, but nothing off putting. Overall, a really good first impression.

Great location, clean and open space. Only downside is the random hours. Staff is great!

Very clean and seemingly new equipment. Pumping some great tunes if I recall correctly so this is definitely a top notch location. I know they're all the same format and very similar but some little details stand out and these have it!

This is the best Planet Fitness! It is always so clean and the staff are friendly and work hard. I hope they stay. I love coming here in the mornings and early afternoon. There has never been a time that I have worked out where the staff hasn’t been going around cleaning and checking the cleaning stations. Shows excellent management at this location.

Great location and amenities. But don't come. There's enough people here. It smells bad. That should keep some of you away. 🤣

I didn't feel very comfortable at this location so I ended up going with the Cary location as my home gym and I like it a lot so far!

Have been a member for maybe 15 years and worked out in probably 50 locations. This new one however is not enforcing their "quiet" rule. Yesterday the place sounded like a Gold's Gym with some lifters slamming weights noisily. None of staff said anything. I value the cleanliness and quiet of their facilities, but this one needs some management.

Great, clean gym. Obviously word gets around because the place is packed on certain days. I felt like it's kind of bait and switch when they reduced their weekends hours. It really puts us out them closing at 7pm on weekends. 7pm?? If it was just 8 or 9pm, that would do a lot for trying to get into the gym, especially when it's so crowded. We have kids and it would help us get to the gym with an extra hour or 2 on the weekend. Otherwise, great gym.

Very clean, a good amount of equipment, more than other ones I’ve been in.

Great price for what you get! My only suggestion is to add uninterrupted clocks posted around the gym. This helps you when you're doing a stretch/exercise for time.

9/10 Customer service here is stellar, yet the space isn’t kept at top tier quality. 6/10 Some front desk attendants speak, some don’t. I’d say the collective joy less consistent than I’ve experienced at other PF locations. 7/10 cleanliness & upkeep

I love the facility they have every equipment I need to get my body fit. Plus the facility is clean the phone desk staff greets me upon my visits and also provide face mask if you need it. I'm glad I joined this gym...and I look forward coming back.

I was also not pleased when i took my guest,who is my supporter on my health and weight loss plan, only to be told that she couldn't get in the "cocoon of hot vitamin D happiness, even if she showed I.D and signed a waiver..... also my 16 and 15 yr old sons were only able to come with me, as guests, together during the summer,,,, although exercise and wellness is not seasonal..... so now we have to draw straws to see who gets to go to the gym with my..
