    Clearly a fine place for families. Having worked in pool environments for 10+ years, I know the demand to keep facilities running smoothly (and people happy). Day passes for interested individuals would help this pool become more of a community resource, esp. for those who do not have a family. The YMCA does so, recognizing the need is out there, regardless of money. Rec Park Pool off Swannanoa River Rd is outdoors, is Olympic size and a great alternative ... and is now undergoing extensive maintenance. :(

    A great place to enjoy a heated pool with the kids. Everyone knows everyone which makes it a wonderfully friendly place. Concessions have many options. Would definitely recommend

    Wonderful private pool. Heated with a slide and sloping entrances the shallow kids area.

    Love it here! Beach-entrance to the shallow end is so great for little kids. Great staff. Concessions. Plenty of beach chairs.

👍 An awesome set of tennis courts in a convenient location. Still not entirely sure if it is OK to park in the lower lot, but it's convenient if it is. Do keep in mind that you might get hit up for money by people wandering around, and I've heard of attempted muggings first-hand, but it is pretty good...
