This is honestly my favorite place to come now! The games are great, the food is great, the staff are always so friendly and amazing! Not to mention the prizes! I’ve gotten some amazing things from my tickets including a PS5! Highly recommend Tiebreakers if you’re bored or looking for something fun to do for date night or with the family!!

Wow. This place was amazing. The food was incredible and the price was very very reasonable. I got chicken tenders, an entire funnel cake and 2 sides for 11.99. The sides were large portions also. The chicken was breaded perfectly and the funnel cake was just like the fair. Mac and cheese was creamy and delicious. Tater tots were eh but I’m really picky about how those are cooked. The staff was friendly and attentive. Our drinks were never empty even though it was a busy Friday night. My son really enjoyed playing the games! We will definitely be back soon!!

Overall we had a great time the loaded totts where amazing. The staff where super nice. The street tacos have cucumber on them which I wasn't a fan of but the pork sliders where good. The arcade area was fun and kept us entertained for a good while. We will definitely be back

Had a blast! Went yesterday 9/4 ..,Lots of fun & entertainment!! Staff was great everyone was friendly & helpful from the time we arrived until we left! Had a burger food was great! Bowling & ax throwing was awesome! We had no wait for bowling or ax throwing! Manager Ron was great, friendly & accommodating!! The young lady working the axes was awesome & helpful & determined to help me get it!! Thanks to all we interacted with was a great experience & we will be back!!!

I took my 8th class to tiebreaks on a field trip today. We had the most fun. It was incredible. Brooke and Lizz did an amazing job. They made suggestions that allowed my kids to have the most fun experience possible. They even looked up our school logo and had it posted on the TV screens. I can’t even explain how big the slices of Pizza are. The food quality was great as well. I would recommend tiebreaker for a fun field trip and I would recommend Brooke and Lizz to set it all up for you.

I didn't try the food which is why I'm putting a one-star , however the kiosks don't make change and I only had a $50 bill you can only purchase a $40 or a $60 package, the man who I asked for change from acted like I was ruining his day by asking him to please break my $50. Other than that the atmosphere is awesome the games are awesome and my son had an awesome birthday!! So if you go in and you don't have to talk to anybody you should have a great time LOL!

Our family had a great time celebrating my sons 15th birthday here! The games, service, food, and atmosphere were wonderful... everyone found activities they enjoyed. We lost track of time and ended up there for 5 hours! The appetizers we got were fresh and tasty. I'd definitely recommend checking it out with any groups, parties, events, etc...

This place could be really good BUT the customer service sucks!!! The restaurant was on 2 1/2 hrs for food.. what in the world is that?? Why do they even have a kitchen. There was dirty glasses and plates everywhere in the bowling area. Even after I asked if they could send a busser out to clean up nothing was done. There were managers sitting at the bar hanging out with other co-workers but couldn’t get things cleaned. All these dishes in the pictures were from previous people!!!

We chose Tiebreakers as a place for our work Christmas party. Overall, I was very impressed and pleased with the experience. Starting with Ron, he was extremely nice and helpful! He went above and beyond to help make the night enjoyable for everyone! Liz followed that up during the event, she was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed! The pizza surprised many, not only at how large it was but also with the taste! I definitely recommend anyone that hasn't been to give it a visit!

Absolutely loved this place. The food was great, and it's loads of fun. They give military discounts, which I didn't expect. The ONLY draw back for me. The menu is VERY small, so I wouldn't eat here often, just play. When I'm in the mood for this delicious burger, I will eat here though

I'm so glad a place like this is finally opened in johnson city. Me and my fiance go here at least once every two weeks and have a great time. The food is always spot on and employees are always glad too help out when you need something. The bowling is great because every time I go. There's always a lane open for me and her to go bowling. Plus the games are great. She loves it when she gets a jackpot sometimes. I would highly recommend this place if you have kids or you are a couple that loves too play games and are looking for a great time.

Absolutely the best bar in the Tri-Cities. The decorations on the drinks are ABOVE & BEYOND anything around!!!! Macy was great explaining the drinks for us, This is now our go-to bar every weekend. Thank you for creating a great atmosphere!!!!!

We decided to celebrate our daughter's 8 birthday at Tiebreakers and let me tell you, it's so stress-free! Brooke was wonderful and so helpful with us planning the party and the food. Our party host, Ali was so sweet and attentive. I didn't have to do anything but hang out and chit chat with our party! This was definitely a first for me 😅 We came about 20 minutes before the party time and the room was already decorated and ready. No stress there 😊😉 We ordered chicken tenders, jackpot tots, Pretzel bites, pizza (it came with the party), house salad with some chicken and steak. They were really delicious and the pizza was massive! We didn't have to clean up because our party host did all that and she was putting away the leftovers for us to take home. Again, no stress. We want to say thank you again, Tiebreakers team! My daughter and all her friends had a blast. On our way home, she wanted to have another birthday at Tiebreakers next year! And thank you for making this experience stress-free for us parents.

We just went to eat. I ordered chicken and Funnel Cake, mashed potatoes, slaw. I thought it was pretty good. My husband ordered the big 1 lb steak. Med rare. Sweet potato and applesauce. His steak was raw and pot was cold, would've melt butter. They brought back a hot potato but the steak was still raw. We just brought it home and I recooked it! Also got the cheese bread, it was wonderful.

We just had my sons birthday party here! It was one of their absolute favorite parties to date! We had guest from adults, young adults, teenagers, and 10 year olds and everyone just raved about what a GREAT time they had! Our host, Ali, was absolutely awesome as well! Which made the party actually enjoyable for us too!! As parents and host, we often end up running around trying to fetch everything our guests need and clean up after 8 kids too. We all too often end up stressed out and exhausted. That wasn’t the case at all!!! She brought everything our guests could possibly need and then some! Plus those last minute things you “remember” you forgot once you’ve arrived like a cake cutter and serving utensils! lol 😂 She made this a TRULY fun, memorable party for EVERYONE!!

Great first experience, food was good, drinks were great and had the best server ever, Cassandra was so kind, helpful and was quick to help with any questions and suggestions. She definitely is a great partner for this establishment

What an amazing night. Shannon took care of us so well. They have service at the bowling lanes, the bartenders were making good drinks. The food looked and smelled amazing. We had a blast.

This was a team building day and celebration for our leaders. From the time we walked in ate and moved to each fun station we were treated with kindness, big smiles, and made us feel special. Brooke was so attentive and thoughtful. She wanted to make sure we had everything we wanted. Lizz would come up and check on us bowling to ensure we were having fun. Mackenzie helped us with the Virtual fun. She was patient and so sweet. You have a top notch team. We will do this again.

We had the most amazing birthday party for our oldest to celebrate his 15th birthday bash. I want to personally think Ms Brooke for her service going above and beyond I want to thank tiebreakers for being as great as they are We will definitely be back to party again and we will absolutely be back again to play more. Our 2-year-old really loves your robots

Food is delicious seven though the salmon was overcooked. Everything in fact had to much salt. But tasted good other then that. Service, drinks and atmosphere was fantastic. Great place for a variety of ages.

Last weekend, we held our 10 year class reunion in the back event room, and we couldn’t have been more happy with the way things turned out. We had a group of about 100 people, and the space was great. The decor was amazing!! They had a big balloon arch and backdrop for pictures. The event staff really made the room look personalized to our school. We were also able to play a slideshow of pictures on their projector. So fun! The food was amazing and they never let things empty out. The kitchen staff did an INCREDIBLE JOB. We had chicken tenders, potato skins, pretzel bites, and more of their appetizers, and everything was a such hit! So yummy. There was a private bar in the back, and the bartenders were so polite and did an excellent job. Liz, Brooke, and Gabe were a dream team.They made the planning process so easy and took sooooo much stress off of me. They really did everything they could to help, and they were wonderful hosts! From set up to tear down, everything and everyone was phenomenal. Couldn’t recommend this place more for any sort of event!

I absolutely LOVE Tiebreakers!!! It’s like a Chuck E Cheese for adults! The staff is super friendly, the food is amazing and the experience is too fun! If you haven’t been, GO!!! FYI, each slice of pizza is bigger than an adult’s hand!!!

Had a blast. Servers were amazing. But, food was slow to come. Also, you had to swipe some games several times to work, and come to find out it charged every swipe but wasn't counting it. Had two pizzas.

My husband and I went here for our 7th anniversary date night and it did NOT disappoint! We had a couple drinks then ate a cheese pizza, which was ahhhmazing! We then went to the arcade side and played games for 2 or 3 hours! It was so much fun! The employees were helpful and courteous! The atmosphere was great! The bathrooms were clean! It was just an all around great experience! We will definitely be back!!!

Updated review to my last that I can happily say has completed changed, we had a party of 6 tonight, where the staff and management took care of us and was able to out do our last poor experience by 10 miles! We started with bowling which was a much more pleasant experience with a clean table and seating area this time, then we had dinner which was great portions and delicious, then we did a bit of arcade games, and the whole night was super enjoyable and had my mother in law walking out saying “that was so fun, we need to do this again.” So so happy with how management dealt with our poor experience and were so generous and caring with making it right. Thank you specifically to Sheila, Alyssa, and Brooke for taking care of us and being so amazing throughout this ordeal <3

We went axe-throwing and it was pretty awesome. They have different games you can play so you don't have to play the same exact thing every single round and also 2 different weighted axes to accommodate different strength levels. The arcade was pretty nice too. The kids had plenty to do. The prices for play tokens are actually very reasonable. They also have black light bowling which we will go back to try as well. We didn't eat here so I have no input there but as far as a night out with the family. This is a great place to visit.

A large group of us went on a very busy night. Kids loved the food. Bartenders left room for improvement. Loved our server Allie. She was very attentive and prompt with a wonderful personality. She handled everything great even though it was a chaotic environment. Request her, you will thank me.

I reserved a room and had my birthday party here, the service and product receive were outstanding, the atmosphere was a blast, the thing I enjoyed most was the virtual reality arena, my friends and I played Zombite and made one of the best memories I think I’ll ever have. We want to come back and just drink and play in the arena again, it was so much fun. I highly suggest you go to Tie Breakers you put on the VR goggles and you have a blast.
