I had a great experience with worker Sophia as she diligently helped me figure out the perfect chocolates to get my family. She bagged merkins perfectly and was so sweet and energetic!

I had the most amazing experience with chocolates etc for my daughters 3rd birthday party! The owner made the most amazing chocolate sweets table for the party and the kids went nuts!!!! Absolutely would use them again for every occasion

Best chocolate in Ontario. Coming 150km away to get some awesome hand made chocolate and coffee ! But most important is a family atmosphere 👍💪❤️

We celebrated my daughter’s 10th birthday party and they made it perfect. We were totally unprepared as we had a personal emergency before the party date and the staff and management went over and beyond to help set up and get everything ready. We had a big group and some friends joined 15-25 min later and they helped manage the delay and handled it really well. Special shout out to the Aleksey and Michelle for being amazing hosts. Strongly recommend

Bought party favors for a surprise 65 th birthday. Shop owner was awesome spending time with me working to create a fun ( slightly rated-x) bag of chocolate as a giveaway. She also created a bag tag for me thanking guests for coming. It was ready, all tied up in ribbon with tag attached on the day it was promised and the party favor was a big hit. As a surprise event for my husband, all the work was done in store and so there was nothing to hide at home. Wish I had a photo to share but they are all gone. So many guests texted to say they ate them on the way home!🤣

This is my family’s favorite chocolate place. My wife had birthday parties here as a child and we drove all the way from Sparta to get chocolates for our son’s party. The chocolate is amazing here but the ladies working could not have been more rude. The experience was unpleasant and we thought maybe they’d let our 2 and 3 year old children try a sample, but they were impossible to speak to. We probably won’t be making any more trips down. Very disappointed with the customer service.

Marcia has a real knack of putting together the perfect gift basket. I know I am in good hands when dealing with them. As a guilty pleasure I always order one gift basket for my own office and my entire staff looks forward to the basket arriving each year. The service is great, always delivered on time and it's the perfect gift during the holiday season. I highly recommend this establishment for any occasion.
