    I highly recommend The Pilates Lab. The studio is beautifully presented with very good quality equipment and excellent instructors. As someone new to reformer, I was made to feel very welcome and adaptations were suggested as needed. The classes are energising and uplifting. I’m grateful to have found this lovely Pilates community!

    I’ve had a great experience at the Pilates Lab! From my first class I felt a difference and definitely felt the burn! Each instructor was extremely professional and I could tell all very passionate about Pilates and ensuring we got the best out of each class! Being pregnant I felt they catered to me and easily adjusted any exercises to suit what I needed. They have an easy booking system and answer any queries with minimal turn around time. Thank you to the team there, will definitely be back and highly recommend the Pilates Lab!

    Loving the Pilates lab! I’m new to Pilates and have found the teachers great and the classes varied. Such a great work out and in a beautiful, light filled room. Would highly recommend.

    I have recently returned to exercise post baby and had enjoyed Pilates at another studio during my pregnancy. I thought I would try another studio close by since I had only tried the one whilst I was pregnant. I am so glad I found the Pilates lab. It is much more informative and the intro class you need to attend before your sessions is really important. I thought I knew how to use the machine correctly but I honestly hadn’t been shown! The girls really show you how to engage your core which for me, after having a Caesarean is very important. The staff are very friendly and the studio is beautiful. Not to mention the coffee next door is great too haha. It’s in a very nice location close to Scarborough Beach and a nice neighbourhood. I would highly recommend to anyone. I was nervous, starting up exercise again, But the girls make you very comfortable. Thank you very much 🩷

    Very impressed with this studio. I found the classes much more technique based than a lot of other studios which provides me with confidence that I’m truly working in the right areas. The trainers were all awesome- all lovely people, focus on every individuals needs and keep the classes interesting. I will be back!

    The Pilates Lab is lovely from the moment you walk in, it has an awesomely welcoming and calm vibe. The drawcard for me was the option if so many different types of class, I’ve enjoyed them all and in each class the attention to detail of the instructor has been spot on, which I think is so important and easy to lose when a class is overflowing, an experience I’ve never had at TPL. Thank you!

    I bought a block to include an introductory class and have really enjoyed the Pilates here. Very warm, welcoming and friendly with great instructors and great classes no matter what level you’re at 👌🏻

    Easy to book, good class times that cater for early and slightly later AM (plus late afternoon so you can go straight after a work day and not loose any momentum waiting for a later class). I'm still a newbie and trying out different places in the area, but teachers here seem very well trained compared to others I have tried in the area. Particularly liked the class I went to hosted by Dani!

    The introduction to Pilates class was great. Kate Savage was my instructor and she made everyone feel comfortable with working to our own fitness levels and she explained the equipment and techniques clearly. I enjoyed my first time experience at Pilates Lab which encouraged me to keep going.

    My sessions at the Pilates Lab were awesome. I liked the fact that each class was different and challenging. The teachers were welcoming, helpful and patient. I always felt good and energized after.
