    Dom is absolutely incredible and I couldn’t recommend working with her highly enough! I began working with Dom as I was lacking motivation in the gym, and wanted to improve my body composition. Dom’s approach to both fitness and nutrition is achievable, evidence based and results driven. I’ve learnt a lot about my body, and have been able to incorporate diversity back into my diet. Dom is supportive, understanding and tailored my programs specifically to me. I was able to achieve my goals whilst travelling and created sustainable habits for the future. Thank you so much Dom! 🤍

    This woman is a god sent... Honestly there is no amount of words that could ever be enough to explain just how much this woman has changed my life, not just physically but mentally too. I always thought that I lived a pretty healthy lifestyle, however after having my son everything changed. My old methods didn't seem to give me the usual results. I felt like in a way I lost a part of who I used to be before becoming a mum and I was struggling to find my way back there. After seeing the results that my friend got from working with Dom, I decided it was time to invest in myself, and put myself first for once and I can tell you it was worth every cent. Dom has guided me through the 12 weeks and educated me through each hurdle. She explains thing in a way that is straight forward and easy to follow. She teaches you how to understand the concept of nutrition and how to work it into your life without starving yourself or having to miss out on social events, yes, you can still have that glass of wine ....and the best part is you still achieve amazing results. We reached my goals that we had set in place, and I loved her so much I've continued to stay on and set some new goals and I have no doubt we'll smash those too. I now feel like I have found myself again and I'm so much happier for it! So, thank you Dom, for steering me on the right path to the best version of me .... you're simply incredible!

    Nutrition coaching with Dom has been life changing! In 7 months I lost over fifteen kilos & then learnt how to maintain my body weight, increase muscle/strength and improve my lifestyle and fitness. I completed my first triathlon and now exercise daily, I am so much fitter and stronger. I also learnt about managing my personal binge eating tendencies which has been a game changer. Dom kept me very accountable and responded to my questions quickly. It’s not a diet but a way to live and fuel your body to meet your own personal goals. I cannot recommend Dom more, if you are thinking about it, do it! You will not regret it!

    DOM CHANGED MY LIFE. There really is no other way to say it, I’ve had some horribly discouraging experiences with dietitian’s in the past (you know, the ones that encourage you to cut out entire food groups). Before Dom, I’d lost weight but not sustainably… I’d also put it back on and some several more times. Dom’s approach to flexible eating can really be the template to you achieving any goal with her guidance and support. She gives the perfect amount of tough love whilst being your biggest cheerleader. I couldn’t recommend the 1:1 coaching with her more. She packs so much educational content into this offering and helps you navigate challenges along the way that are unique and specific to you. I always looked forward to our weekly voice memo exchanges! I’ve lost 17kg and kept it off to date since starting with her in Sept 2022! I’ve now transitioned to her group coaching offering Transform where I’m aiming to loose a little more weight before transitioning to Thrive which is her maintenance offering. I wish I’d worked with Dom sooner but I’m working with her now and that’s the main thing! Couldn’t recommend this superwoman more!!!!

    After following Dom on IG for a while, & a huge life change I decided to finally sign up for 1:1 coaching and my god, it is one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life. Dom has a wealth of knowledge in fitness, nutrition & life coaching & is able to use it in a way to guide & support you into becoming the best possible version of yourself you can be. During coaching she is your number 1 fan & supports you in your big & little wins. When things aren’t quite going right, she will work with you to re-tailor your program to suit exactly what you need in that moment. Dom you are an absolute Wonder Woman! 🤍

    Well…I didn’t even know where to begin with this incredible, life changing woman! I have soooooooo many positive things and could talk forever about the ways she has changed my life for the better but I will try and keep it short and sweet and straight to the point. I came across Dom a few months ago where I was in a pretty poor mental state which included over exercising and a very bad relationship with food and my body. I had been with multiple coaches and nutritionist prior to working with Dom and had not seen any results, specifically in regards to my relationship with food or my body composition. I wanted to find someone who would have the persistence, kindness and patience as well as belief in me. Well, I have found her and she is absolutely incredible!! Since working with Dom I have developed a better relationship with food and along side this have made the most progress and seen the best results I have in YEARS!! Dom has a lot of knowledge around what she is doing and there is a reason why she tells people to do certain things. I like the way her feedback and her approach is targeted specifically at an individual. Dom’s approach to nutrition is also realistic and sustainable and it clearly works and gets results. What I absolutely love the most about her is the constant support, communication, check ins, adaptability and for me most importantly her belief and persistence. I am currently looking the best, weighing the lightest and am eating more than I ever have and enjoying it all. Dom is so amazing at what she does I have just recently decided to not only work with her in regards to my nutrition but I have also just asked to work with her for an exercise program as well. I cannot wait to see what more we can achieve together on this journey!

    An awesome 12 weeks spent working with Dom, I have learn so much and achieved many goals. I could not have achieved so much without her outstanding support. From weekly check in, amazing recipes, the huge amount of knowledge and information given. Dom's attention to detail and expertise was outstanding. She always went beyond my expectation. What she has taught me I will carry on into the future for a healthier me. Thanks so much Dom!!

    When I started with Dom in the Ignite challenge, I wasn’t conscious of what I was consuming, I couldn’t hardly even hang off a bar when doing pull ups, any unilateral exercises caused pain in my hip flexors, I hadn’t run more than 2km in a very long time and I felt flat, frumpy and “just a mum.” Now, I plan my meals, feel close to being able to do one unassisted pull up, can easily do strength exercises, unilateral included, without pain or feeling twinges, can easily run 10km+ and feel excited to train. It’s my luxury outside of being a mum. I’m proud of being able to balance my meals. I know I can control my food now rather than feeling as if my food controls me. I feel lost on days when I don’t train now and am excited for the next training session. I’m better at pushing myself early morning because I can feel how important it is to get up and train for both physical and mental wellness. I think having everything mapped out made it that little bit easier to achieve. So having the food there ready to choose from and the workouts set up already. It meant all I had to do was do it! I feel like this challenge was exactly what I needed to show myself that I can put myself first and I can do it!

    Dom is full of amazing knowledge! After working with her my knowledge around food and exercise has changed so much! From doing circuit classes in the gym 5-6 times a week I am now lifting heavy weights and actually understand the positive impact it has on my body! 5kg down and I couldn’t be happier! I couldn’t recommend Dom enough! She is amazing and was always willing to answer any questions or go above and beyond to help! 🤩

    Before I started coaching with Dom I was very down about my body since having two kids. I’d done coaching before but wanted to get more knowledge about losing weight whilst maintaining my milk supply for my son. I had heard it wasn’t possible to lose weight and not have your milk supply compromised. Dom reassured me that this was not the case and I lost 5 kilos with her whilst still enjoying special events. She provided me with an individualised plan and tweaked things when needed, but I also had the flexibility to change things to suit me. Check ins were always positive with so detailed help & support. I learnt things I had never knew about when working with other coaches. Her approach is holistic and flexible which I love! I would definitely recommend working with Dom!

    When I first found Dom, I was feeling really down not just about my physical appearance, but over the lack of control I had over my exercise and food. I had tried many different programs in the past, with nothing ever really sticking and although I was exercising and eating what I thought was a balanced diet, I was getting nowhere with my body composition and weight. In 9 weeks of working with Dom in the 1:1 coaching program, I have lost 5kg and gained so much more. I initially thought the program was going to be about weight loss and last for 12 weeks, but I've now realised that what Dom has actually done is help me to make lifestyle changes that have now just become habits. Her encouragement, praise and feedback have been exactly what I've needed to shift my mindset from 'this is a chore' to 'this just happens'. Where previously my eating habits and exercise were all negotiables, these have become non-negotiables through Dom's guidance and support. I love check-in Mondays for reorientating me and keeping me focused and she drops in with pearls of wisdom that help me to keep cementing the habits I've built. The feedback on the exercise videos has been so helpful for pushing me with my weights and I love that the food plan is based around building the knowledge to make balanced choices at every meal time. Dom has also helped me to feel confident that going away and being out of routine doesn't mean losing control of food and exercise. This has been a huge revelation and something that I would not have achieved without her. I honestly don't feel like words can do justice to the incredible impact that Dom has had on my life, but I absolutely know that when I googled 'online fitness coaching' a few months ago, I am SO glad that it led me to Dom!!! The best investment I have ever made in myself!

    Before starting this coaching program I had major gym anxiety and a terrible relationship with food. I am so grateful to Dom for helping me completely transform my habits and confidence. Dom has been incredibly patient and encouraging while delivering prompt constructive feedback tailored to all individual challenges and questions I had.     Dom has empowered and educated me to self manage a healthy lifestyle through balanced nutrition and exercise.     Dom has an incredible way of simplifying everything health & fitness. Her program was the perfect mix of implementing the right eating habits, hitting macro targets & seeing/feeling those results! The thing I love most about the program is that I can do everything in my own time, choose what I’d like to eat all whilst Dom is keeping you accountable every step of the journey. Her program is like having a personal trainer & nutrition coach at the click of a button. If you are wanting to see results I highly recommend Dom’s simple to follow and super effective program!

    I have absolutely LOVED working with Dom! Honestly before starting I felt so much dread as I though it would be really hard work. Boy was I wrong. Having the structure, guidance, check ins and accountability has actually allowed me to ENJOY the process! Everything is taken care of, I really just have to show up. I decided to also give up alcohol whilst working with Dom, and I don’t remember the last time I felt this good not only physically but also mentally and emotionally! For anyone feeling lost with their diet, exercise and overall health and wellbeing....I highly recommend with Dom. You owe it to yourself!!!

    I first started with Dom last year to help change my body composition and help with my nutrition as I was always tired and run down. I’ve successfully achieved that but so much more. I have changed my body composition drastically, gained more muscle, lost body fat, increased my strength and completed a half marathon. Dom is insanely knowledge and super helpful. I never felt restricted, she adapted my diet based on how I like to eat which made the whole experience enjoyable as I have two kids and work full time and I need things to be achievable and realistic. I couldn’t recommend Dom more ❤️

    The Fuelled course from Dom is hands down the best nutrition course I have ever been a part of and I have been a part of a few in my time. You can tell how passionate Dom is about the sports nutrition space and the content she provides is highly informative without being overwhelming. It is so refreshing to see someone in the fitness industry pushing you to really properly fuel your body and not be on some ultra-restrictive calorie allowance. The best part is Dom actively encourages participant involvement (we have homework tasks each week), which helps to hammer home each week’s learnings and fosters a supportive environment. Highly recommend the course for anyone who is interested in the science of nutrition and using food to drive their results.

    My experience working with Dom was nothing short of amazing! I did 1:1 nutrition coaching with Dom and it honestly gave me the kickstart I needed to forever change my habits and lifestyle. I always struggled with fear of food and not understanding what food will fuel and nourish my body to coincide with my training regime. Dom made everything feel super easy, not only did her knowledge and skills ensure I stayed on track, but her understanding and empathy really shined through and made me feel like someone actually cares! Thanks to Dom, I now have healthier habits which I’ll have for life! Super proud of myself for losing 4kg overall and I’m so grateful to Dom!

    Dom has been an amazing coach. I first reached out to her as I had a good understanding of nutrition but just couldn’t seem to piece it all together. I wanted the accountability as well as someone to help me through every day situations. I didn’t want to follow a meal plan that was so strict it made eating out scary or made my life revolve around this choice. I wanted to lose some weight but also wanted someone to tailor that weight loss plan to me and my lifestyle. Dom did that. She gave me meal plans but also gave me options where I could build a meal myself (which made eating out a breeze). The accountability was great with weekly check ins. And outside of those check ins I could easily message her if I was struggling with something. The meal plans were affordable options (no crazy organic superfood powders that cost $50 per kilo) and so easy to follow. Dom has given me a lot more than just my 7kg weight loss, she has instilled a confidence in me for nutrition and lifestyle I never had before. I have the confidence to maintain the hard work whilst not restricting myself or going through cycles or binge and restrict for the rest of my life (I honestly thought that was going to be what my life looked like before reaching out to Dom). It’s the best decision I made to undertake the coaching!

    THE BEST INVESTMENT YOU’LL EVER MAKE! You honestly won’t find a better coach! Dom has really changed my entire lifestyle & mindset when it comes to nutrition & training. I had always been in the gym, played around with nutrition & had some understanding but working with Dom just elevated everything I needed to know to reach my goals. This wasn’t just a “quick fix” style of coaching. Dom ensures you’re getting the knowledge to go out in your own & maintain a lifestyle that YOU want. It’s realistic, achievable & maintainable. Dom provides sooooo much extra knowledge to really help you learn what you need to know. She is sure to answer any questions or find the answers if she doesn’t have them & you feel so confident in being supported by her. For a few weeks running, Dom’s feedback to me was “there’s nothing to improve on your nutrition” so I knew that she had taught me all the essentials & helped me get to a point where I could do it alone. I continued nutrition coaching beyond this point, purely cause I loved having the support. Training is simple, effective & can be easily tailored to you & want you need. You can’t fault having Dom in your corner & supporting you through it all! An absolute asset!

    When I started coaching with Dom, I needed expertise to take my training to the next level. I was struggling to increase my weight and wasn't consistent with my exercise form. Dom was able to provide solid advice on my technique. We were also able to work together to help me take on new exercises and excel my confidence in the gym. I am working much more strategically and more effectively at each session. My results have left me feeling much more confident in everything I own and much stronger. Dom provides really honest gym advice (the perfect balance between not body shaming but also tips for getting the work done) and you know that you can trust her opinion.

    Cannot recommend Dom enough for what she has done not only for my nutrition goals but for my new mindset on nutrition. The pandemic has challenged us all and like some, I put on excess weight through stressors whilst working as a nurse during this time. Anyone who’s been susceptible to diet culture in the past knows how difficult it is to sustain fad diets but this definitely isn’t that! Dom provides you with education and knowledge that is individualised to you and your goals. She takes every part of your fitness and nutrition journey through your life so far and creates a plan that is easily achievable if you work at it. Dom is approachable and easily contactable for any nutrition query and is very well priced given her extensive qualifications and the work she puts into your plan! At no point did I feel judged or anxious whilst working with her and for the first time in my adult life, feel happy with my body and it’s progress. I can still eat all the food I want to and have such an amazing relationship with food because of her teachings. If you’re struggling or need an extra push/guidance with your nutrition, Dom is your gal and I’m so grateful to have had the chance to work with her. Thank you so much Dom!

    Dom is an absolute legend when it comes to nutrition and exercise 🥰 I was really struggling with feeling confident in my body, and was very restrictive in my eating before I joined. Literally 1 week after I joined, I started noticing a difference in my body - I was also eating more food, enjoying what I loved and doing exercises in the comfort of my home!! The best part is that I have learnt so much about my nutrition, and exercise which can be incorporated when I travel, or eat out. Dom is lovely and SO attentive, which makes everything so easy to understand and implement 😊
