😐 Nice setting. Pitches are a bit tight and facilities tired and need updating - even a lick of paint would help the toilets/shower blocks to look better. Chemical waste is a large out door toilet with flush. No hose pipe to wash out our toilet cassette so not as good as other sites. Long walk to to... Nice setting. Pitches are a bit tight and facilities tired and need updating - even a lick of paint would help the toilets/shower blocks to look better. Chemical waste is a large out door toilet with flush. No hose pipe to wash out our toilet cassette so not as good as other sites. Long walk to town but taxi was cheaper than bus!

Just home from our spring break. Lovely views and nice walk into town. The Braes restaurant is lovely and staff friendly and very hard working. Pitch however left a lot to be desired. Cramped with very little space for car once awning was up. Very hard to get caravan level with wheels being stuck in the water logged Pitch. Toilet facilities were very dated and unkempt. Won't be back I'm afraid!

The cabin was adequate and spacious to our needs. Facilities are excellent. Very clean and quiet environment and easy walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay tremendously.

This has to be one of the nicest parks we have stayed on. The pitch had electricity hook up, but no water hook up. There is a water fill up point and waste water empty area. Shower and toilet blocks are clean. Staff are friendly and approachable. There is an on-site Papa Johns. The bar serves food which is really nice. The price is pub prices. So making a family meal out affordable. The park is clean and tidy, with easy access to the beach, which is lovely and not over populated. The town centre is a must to visit. The bus stops outside the park. We walked down, and caught the bus back. The walk is through the park all downhill. We liked that much we stayed an extra night. The quiet part is where we stayed, the North cliff. The lower touring part looked very busy. Recommended.

Perched just above St Andrews on the less aloof (non golf) side of the town with lovely views of the harbour. Nice little on-site club with entertainment and food. When we arrived, because we had booked our dog in with us (at the time a £35 supplement for the whole week) she received her own welcome pack which contained 2 blankets, two bowls a large chew bone and some poo bags all in a dog basket.

Had to cancel our touring caravan pitch a week before arrival date, due to unforeseen circumstances. Wanted to see if it was possible to move dates. Was flatly refused and told we couldn’t get a refund or even a partial. I tried this place a few years ago and had a poor customer service experience and thought we would give it another chance. Definitely won’t give them another! AVOID

Nice Park, well kept common areas with frequent security drive bys which I find really nice for making the place feel safe. Not much around but only a 20 minute walk to the centre of two or a few minutes by car or taxi. Not many buses go by but not impossible to get one and staff are all very helpful and friendly and keep you right. St andrews is nice, bit expensive but there is cheaper shops and supermarkets so worth stocking up in those rather than the more expensive central places.

Like to thank the staff at the park for helping us when the private rental ran out of gas. If we return we would book through you as we were impressed by the attitude to help even though you didn't have to. At least we would know your property is fit for purpose. So please don't book 35 greyfriars grove through the owners or booking .com as no one helped us when it was freezing, big shout to Dot the cleaner who did help us well unlike the owners

We had a pitch in Cliff tops and these are well spaced out. It’s a nice walk into St Andrews. Unfortunately to state of the toilets let’s this place down. They are very tired and in need of overhaul. Also chemical waste is poor in terms of no hose supplied just a tap. For prices charged these facilities should be better!

We stayed for 2 nights while touring, shower blocks weren't the best but they are clean. The Bar/Restaurant staff were lovely and good with the Dogs (giving treats and water) and food/drinks aren't overly expensive. There was no entertainment on so very quite. It is up a hill from the town and beach so be prepared for a good walk. Some taxis are Dog friendly though.

Visited twice now, will def go back next year. Ideal for dogs, very pet friendly. Lovely coastal walks, back to St Andrews centre or South towards Crail. On site bar is very nice, good dine in food available all day/evening. A variety of live music entertainment on most evenings. Papa John's pizza for takeaway on offer too. Many local eateries deliver to site too.

First time solo camping so I chose St.Andrews Holiday Park as it’s not to far from home. I booked online which was seamless and was even able pick my preferred pitch. Contactless check in was easy enough, email before hand was easy follow with site maps. The site itself was spotless and well looked after. Nice on-site bar with bar food, small amusements, well maintained childrens play area and Papa Johns pizza. Wash block is a little dated but is clean and well looked after. The views are stunning looking over St Andrews and good access to east sands beach and the cheesy toasty shack 😋. Overall a wonderful, positive first time solo camp here. Would defiantly recommend to anyone to stay here in the lovely, safe, clean St Andrews Holiday Park

Stunningly spotless, breathtaking views. Kids play out safely and have an absolute ball, while the adults can relax properly. Entertainment is great the locals often join as good, live music is peculiarly rare in town.

A vast and well maintained holiday park comprising largely of static holiday homes. As we were in our campervan, we stayed on the touring field, which has a lot of green, open space. This was pretty level, but ramps are required for a lot of the pitches. The services block is basic but clean. There is a good play park and restaurant/bar a short walk away on site. Personally, I prefer smaller scale sites, but I would stay here again if in the area.

A really nice holiday park, the bar was nice and had some entertainment. I thought the swing park could have been better given the size of the park. The touring section is nice and with decent spacing, thought the toilets could do with a refresh, and those taps in the toilet…..you walk out as if you’ve either been in a water fight or pee’d yourself. Still a really nice place to go!

My gran had a caravan in St Andrews Holiday Park, it was a lovely caravan and it was quite spacious too. There's a bar and an arcade here with direct access to the beach. There is also a shop here but it does have limited opening hours. I did like walking from here to the town centre and it's just a wonderful park and I look forward to visiting here once again with my partner.

Love Kinkell Braes Caravan Park. Great location for St Andrews, can walk via east sands to town in about 20 to 25 mins (at a brisk pace) or drive it in about 5 mins. Good base for the East Neuk of Fife (Crail, Anstruther, St Monans, Elie etc). Loads of good places to eat, lots to do and if you get good weather, the beaches are fantastic.

Just had a lovely 2 night stay. Nice pitch on the cliff top touring field. Lovely views to St Andrew’s and a lovely walk along the coastal path into town directly accessed from the touring field. Had a takeout breakfast from the restaurant which was very tasty. Staff lovely, friendly and helpful. Only downside was the toilets and showers which were ok but not great, could use a little tlc

Stayed at St Andrews holiday park kinkell braes for 5 nights. Great value for money. Lovely location overlooking the sea and St Andrews. Site very good, the only two critisms were the showers had no seats to sit down to get dried and dressed, also dog bins could have been emptied more often however very minor things. Site was great, amazing views, good bar and restaurant with good value meals, would definitely recommend.

Accommodation was clean and comfortable with everything you need. The park is huge but well maintained and laid out with magnificent views over the sea. The on-site restaurant serves good food at a reasonable cost. Would like to have seen a little shop selling every day needs like milk, newspapers etc. (Apologies if there is one - but I couldn't find it)

Location, location, location. Overlooking St Andrews East Sands and the old town. A short walk along the beach and you are in the centre of town. Caravans are a little dated but ideal base to explore the nook of Fife.

Site toilet and shower facilities are a bit outdated & pitches in touring quite close together. However, brilliant walks, good pub & pizza place on site! Swimming pool just a short walk down the road too!!

Great location for St Andrews, Amazing view of Coastline and new bar/restaurant. Lost points due to touring site toilets on Spires View. Very odd that such a lovely park finds these acceptable.
