    Order on the app or in person, you still will get the same lazy service. I have been to a lot of Starbucks and this takes the cake for worst one. Try to avoid, drive the extra couple of miles and go to another location. You will maybe get greeted as you walk in and that’s where it ends. People taking orders stand there bothered you showed up as the barista is building up a sweat trying to get orders filled .

    My wife and I just endured the worst two coffees, in memory. Worse than day old coffee in Abilene, worse than 2 day old coffee in a volunteer center in New Hampshire. Almost rancid. The teen employees seemed friendly but kind of going through the motions. Been going there for years but this memory will stick.

    Very milky, tried two different occasions last week, even mentioned that it wasn't very strong..received the same lacking latte. It should be noted that I order the same latte grande with whole milk at every Starbucks and never have an issue.

    sooooo ran to @Starbucks before I got to work to grab a coffee so I can wake up and study at work and home. I ordered a tall white chocolate mocah with oat milk. Upon receiving my drink the server asked if I would like whipped cream, and I answered yes. I was handed my drink and I walked to my car to get to work. While walking I noticed the drink seemed a little light but I didn’t have time to turn back and inspect the drink because I was running Late. I got to work placed the drink at my station so it could cool off. I took one sip to make sure the temperature was correct. And I noticed the drink still felt light. I opened the lid only to see that I had half of a drink in my cup. Now I didn’t drink more than the sip so I know I was only served a half a cup of coffee. so this location served me a half-a-cup of coffee with a half-a-cup of whipped cream. I am truly disgusted and disappointed. I used my Starbucks points, which I would like back on top of a new cup of coffee. How can we fix this ?

    It doesn't fail - why can these baristas not figure out how to make a cup of coffee? First, don't order regular coffee - guaranteed it will take them longer to make that than to make a hand crafted drink. The mobile order system to have the cashier make my coffee and ring customers is terrible. Then, without fail (even though I order a size up in the cup) they overfill the cup so it spills all over the console of my car! Now there's coffee all in the electronics and the buttons stick. Thanks sooooo much.

    Omg - one star is too much. I understand that they are dealing with staffing issues but people should be trained before making drinks. I went in at 4:00 (not a busy time). I waited 20 minutes for a frozen drink and then was given cup of what looked like ice milk. I had to throw it out.

    I shouldn’t complain about free coffee on Veterans Day, but I don’t drink coffee. And most Starbucks will give me a free tea instead. Not this Starbucks however.

    Sept 2023. These workers really hustle at this location and are very nice. Especially, Chuck, we had a problem with our drink and he made us a new one right away. All and all at this location you get your drinks right away, and the staff are friendly.
