    I came here yesterday, and I was extremely displeased with the service here. I waited about half an hour for my “fast food” to arrive. I assume it was due to the severe shortage of staff. I only saw three or four staff working here. What made me more upset was the fact that the chicken wasn’t ready yet. When I arrived there, there were about five parties hat had not yet received their food, and it was around two in the afternoon. How can the chicken still not be ready? Seriously. I saw about two families demand a refund and go to Burger King down the street. One of them asked to speak to the manager, and she was actually just one of the employees that didn’t know what they were doing. I do not want to ever come back to this restaurant ever again.

    Hands down the nastiest, slowest, angriest fast food restaurant I've ever been in. These guys get mad that you're there ordering food. Went through the drive thru with my girlfriend, who has allergies, and after a THIRTY MINUTE WAIT for our food, got it back with all seven items that were either not what we ordered, made wrong, or simply gross to the point of being inedible. When I went back inside to have two items remade, they were ticked off. They remade one, and RE-WRAPPED the other. I know because my girlfriend's teeth marks were still in it. On top of all this, there was food all over their floor, and they were kicking it under their cooking units. This was an appalling experience. I'm not sure how they can get away with this. I'll be following up with their manager without doubt. Do not go here.

    Overpriced. KFC went downhill over the years and prices are way high. It was a KFC/Taco Bell. Taco Bell has also lost their touch. Taco Bell food is the size of the food as it was in the movie Demolition Man and the prices are terrible 10 dollars for 2 Chalupas and a taco. KFC is almost $30 Dollars. Avoid it. These prices are the same in every KFC or Taco Bell from Oregon, Nevada, California I have been to. They also removed items off the menu. The chicken was dry and stuck to the bones. It was deep fried bones.

    KFC is my husbands favorite fast food so we go to a lot of them. We just went through the drive through at this location. My husband like dark meat but upping ordering we were told that we would have to wait 20 minutes for them to cook some. As an old employee of KFC my husband knew that they do fry it for 15 minutes. Which indicates to us that we would have to wait for them to also bread the chicken before cooking. I'm not wanting to be too harsh on this location but they did not appear to be busy so we wondered why they were completely out of dark meat chicken. The white meat that we ended up with was good and I enjoyed it. I just felt they needed to step up their business some.

    Waited at counter about 5 minutes for service, we had to holler for help. Our chicken was dried out and we got the $20 Bucket deal. Bathrooms were horrendous, one door did not lock. Eating area was a mess as well. Would not go back there again.

    Thank goodness my shoes were tied when I walked in, or they would have been pulled right off of my feet, due to the sticky floor. Every table was dirty. Seriously, camping grounds outhouses are cleaner. We waited quite a while for our food, which is typically is a good sign that it is fresh. Not so. The chicken tasted like it was warmed up from yesterday, perhaps yesterweek. On a positive note, at least we didn't get sick.

    DO NOT EAT HERE, EVEN IF YOU'RE STARVING! We visited on 8/13/16 around 8 pm. As soon as we walked in, we noticed the floor was absolutely sticky and filthy. There was also a dirty mop bucket with filthy water in it right next to the soda machine. We should have turned around right then, but we ordered anyway. We ordered a 12 piece meal. During the time that we waited, we saw three other customers receive their food after 30+ minute waits only to receive something wrong with their order. After a 45 minute wait, we received and checked our food to notice that we had gotten what looked like four pieces of chicken instead of the 12 that we ordered. Additionally, the gravy had the consistency of water. The guy said something has been up with their gravy since that morning, but he still served it anyway as if it was no big deal. The gravy was the last straw; at that point we asked for a refund and got out of there as soon as possible.

    Waited over 15 minutes for our food today. Lobby was super dirty. OH AND our order was wrong. We got onions in the bean and cheese burritos... Which we did not order... It was for little kids! Needless to say my kids didnt eat it and our "quick" lunch was ruined. I asked where our order was nicely once and the cashier yelled at me 😱 oh and then they tried to charge us for water after waiting so long. What a nightmare... Never go through the drive thru either unless you have a full tank of gas and an extremely high patience and tolerance level. I won't be returning for quite a while. I hope the owners see this.

    Food was okay (it's fast food, what do you expect). But the service was extremely slow, to the point that all the patrons in the seating area were talking with each other about how long they'd waited. I timed it, we waited over 30 minutes for our food, and our order number was still 10 orders out from what they were serving. We returned to the counter for a refund, planning to go somewhere else, but they quickly got our order ready and gave us a free dessert, so we ended up eating there anyway. This has never happened at any other fast food restaurant, ever. We took a walk down the street to look at the train tracks to entertain our kids while we waited.
