Very nice hotel, remodeled. Spacious and comfy rooms. Excellent customer service!! Our ONLY grip was seeing toothpaste splatter on the walls and mirror around the bathroom sink. We love that Starbucks is in the same complex, the hotel store and Bistro.

Great room, close to Highway, and exception service. My wife and I stayed here during a drive through wine country for our anniversary. We were quickly greeted by Ava who was bubbly, and lovely to meet. After mentioning our visit for our anniversary, Ava met us at our room with a complimentary bottle of wine and two glasses. This attention to detail and going the extra mile was wonderful. Unsure who from Marriott reads these reviews but if it is anyone with some decision making ability I would PROMOTE AVA ASAP. These type of interactions and and customer service should be rewarded and isnโ€™t something to not highlight. Overall our stay while short was wonderful. The fitness center was wonderful and offered plenty machine both weight and cardio and a small area for stretching/yoga/peloton workouts. When visiting this area in the future we will be staying here again and would recommend it to those near the Portland area.

We spent the first night of our 10th anniversary trip at this hotel. When we mentioned this to Ava at the front desk, she sent up a bottle of wine and a sweet handwritten note! We were so touched by this thoughtful gesture. Would highly recommend this hotel. Also their fitness center is high-quality with plenty of equipment. We will be staying here again when we return to Portland. Thank you, Ava!

10/10 would stay at the Courtyard Tigard again. From check in to check out my four day stay was great. My room on the 4th floor was very quiet, I rarely heard my neighbors. Great location, water pressure and AC! The gold star though goes to my new friend Eva! A true gem.

The facility is very updated and modern, receptionist was courteous and the price reasonable. Canโ€™t ask for more. I would definitely stay here again. Nice game room and waiting areas/ lounge

This is a nice off the highway hotel. Clean rooms and great example of a courtyard with the limited times of bar service. Also lock and remove any valuables from your car. The $10 pay to park does not include any sort of protection.

I usually love staying at Marriotts, but I did not find this one great on the inside- somewhat outdated. Looks wonderful on the outside. My TV did not work, no service, my clock had the wrong time, late into the night and early in the morning I could hear people walking upstairs and at 10 pm - 11 there was a party in the hallway and then into the room next door with lots of male voices. It stopped a little after 11 when I turned on my phone to listen to a video after not being able to sleep. The only reason why I gave it a 2star is because they gave me a slight discount when I reported that I had no TVcable service.

Newly renovated, very nice overall. No longer has a swimming pool, nor a hot tub. Has an enhanced gym and a game room with a ping pong table and a really fun golf arcade game. My room smells fantastic! I would certainly stay here again.

I was supposed to stay at a nearby hotel that my family and I had reservations at. We showed up only to find out our room had been double booked. We were freaking out trying to find another nearby hotel as it was past 9 pm at this point. We called Marriott and Lindsay was AMAZING. she helped get us booked, and her customer service was impeccable. She definitely helped turn our night around. Thank you Lindsay for the amazing customer service.

Located between train tracks and a freeway, so you either get traffic sounds or train runnings. Our room's faucet had great pressure but shot out sideways and had incredibly squeaky handles. Bred was adequate, at least.

Kim and her staff are great! Very accommodating and friendly. I had an emergency trip and arrived on my birthday, the staff delivered a nice little tray of snacks, wine and birthday card shortly after I arrive. Absolutely did not expect anything like that and have never been treated better at any Courtyard property. The housekeeping staff would always great you with a smile and hello as well. Very convenient location with shopping, restaurants and a Whole Food nearby. There are other posts that mention highway noise or a train. The train does not come through very often or even daily. I've heard it one time in the eight days that I have been here. Cons: You are charged $10 to park in a suburban parking lot with no competing business around.

Stayed for 2 weeks, during the two weeks I stayed my room was tended to one time, had I not went to the front desk and asked them to have my room tended to I would not have had anyone clean my room. I followed up a few times and they still did not regularly clean my room. The staff was quick to point out they only tend rooms every 2 days but completely ignored the fact that I was not getting my room serviced. Parking is 10 a night which will be communicated to you after you check in lol. Terrible experience overall.

I was VERY impressed by this location. Extremely clean and extremely high level of customer service . I also liked that they did not allow pets because we have allergies. The Game Room downstairs was a plus. Highly recommend.

They lost a lot of stars because of slimy marketing. They price the room $10 less than the nearby equivalent hotels to get your attention. Then they charge you $10 a night to park in a mostly empty, non-city parking lot. Other than that a nice place.

Fairly typical Marriott property, although it does seem a little bit pricey for the location. But then that seems to be the case for a lot of hotels around the Portland area. Either I haven't visited enough or the pricing has inflated greatly. Worse, some of the lower Budget hotels don't charge much less than this Marriott property. And so that's probably the best reason to stay at this property, because a lesser hotel is going to save you not very much.

I've stayed here 3 times this year already. I love this hotel and location. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Nice gym and game room. The staff is always friendly and always remember me. Anytime I am in town on business, I stay here and no where else. Thank you guys! - Lost in the Trees Media

I expect a full refund I left the hotel at 3am bc it was unreal the slider wouldnโ€™t lock nothing a female should feel comfortable with, no soap, room dirty, old gross toilet paper roll with feces already in toilet that would not flush. I asked for another room Non available I was told, asked for management none available I was told and then hung up on by your employee I left hotel at 3am and rebooked my hotel. I have pictures as well to share on review and Bonvoy and Marriott site so awful worst experience in all my travel as a titanium lifetime member

We've stayed at this hotel 3 times in the past few weeks. It is in a quiet business district, convenient to restaurants and shopping. The front desk host Kerry is phenomenal. Besides being friendly and accommodating, he's also very knowledgeable and helpful with our needs. Kerry really made a huge difference to our travels.

I do not recommend this hotel. Apparently, they're really desperate for revenue because they've devised another way to eek a few extra dollars from each guest. They are now charging a parking fee of $10 in an area with ample parking. This fee was totally undisclosed to me and it would have been quite easy to park somewhere else had they informed me of it. When I called they refused to remove the charge.

This was a fairly last minute reservation and Priceline suggested this hotel as similar to others we had been looking at. Based on the lack of amenities that felt pretty untrue, starting the reservation off with disappointment (a fault of Priceline, but be warned this hotel is a room and that's just about it). In addition to that, the hotel didn't serve itself well by being incredibly uncomfortable. The beds are slabs of granite, the lounge chair is akin to a boulder. The shower is small and the mini fridge is randomly in the middle of the floor? Making it difficult to get to one side of the bed. Most importantly, however, is that the swing lock on the door is useless, mounted so low that it runs into the electronic latch and has nothing to lock to. The only level of security not easily bypassed by a hotel key, completely unusable. Also there's no stopper in the sink and we almost lost a ring down the drain.

We were in town as we were working the Tigard Festival and needed a place close by and clean. We had exactly that. It was very nice. The check in was easy, they put us in the room we requested without issues, and were very friendly. The weekend was very quiet the hours we were there to sleep. The amenities were very nice as well. Itโ€™s what Iโ€™d expect from a Marriott.
