Didn't put chocolate on my wife's cup. Came back and told them. They ask to see it and I was already holding it in front their face. Maybe get yours eyes checked and an attitude adjustment when someone complains about an OBVIOUS issue. Still the best beans in town but for four ppl and no line to mess up a simple one drink order is sad. 172st and division Dutch isn't it.

The crew working today was awesome. I like all the Dutch Bros they are always upbeat and friendly. Always can suggest the best new drinks. This is a Great store.

This location is always busy, and it's usually ok as far as drink quality. I just went there today and there was a misunderstanding where I may have been out of order in line because the order taker skipped me. She didn't talk to me just walked right past. Another customer got out of their car and came up to my window with her tiny dog in arms and she insisted that I cut in line. So I left. I'm really embarrassed. The worker could have told me something when she walked by me, and she definitely should have intervened if she saw two customers arguing. It really sucked. Super bad customer service. I'm also not convinced that I wasn't there first- even if I was entering the line from the wrong direction.

Always friendly and very fast service. The green apple smoothie and blended white mocha are my go to drinks in the sunshine! And rainy times. Made perfectly every time! 👌🏾

Not happy with staff not accepting my full card for free cup of my choice of drink. I have not been to a Dutch Bor since before the pandemic, I used to live near one and now I don't, I have recently started to drive by the one on SE 62nd and Foster on the 3 Wednesday of the month thought I would stop in on my way to dance and use my full card fir a free hot chocolate and they refused Saying they have not excepted them for over a year, so what, I have a full card , I earned that free drink and it should be honored. Very unhappy as Dutch Bros is my favorite place for hot chocolate. 😡🤬😡

Yummy sugary coffee served super quick by super caffeinated staff. I do appreciate that this spot picks up on the vibe and doesn't aggressively try to have a conversation with me the mornings when I'm zombified looking for a coffee fix.

Very polite only been there maybe 3 times but definitely plan on going back.

I have to change my reading from a 2 to a 4. Three years ago I had a bad experience. I went back to other times, and it did not change. Three days ago I decided to go again. Not only was it one of my best experiences that a coffee shop. The service was great. I had no idea what I wanted, and they helped me figure out the drink that I wanted. It tasted awesome. They talk to me the whole time, they had smiles the whole time, they dressed well, clean environment. Very good experience. Thank you. I appreciate you!

Some staff is great but every single time I go, there is something wrong or forgotten in my drink. I understand issues every once in a while but every time? No other Dutch that I go to has this bad of an issue with this. Usually I wouldn’t mind but with price increases, I think it’s important to get exactly what I pay for. I used to come to this Dutch everyday and have definitely seen a significant drop in customer service quality.

What I love about Dutch bros, is I can get a desired drink done the way I want it, which is usually different than what's on the menu. If I tell them what I basically am wanting , they never fail to come up with it in a very yummy version. The employees are super happy, and happy to help you - I have always had great drinks, and great vibes with every visit, noatter the store location. Thankyou 🙏🌷🥰

Service was great, lovely young lady at the window, and the price was right. Sadly, coffee was weak, looked like tea, and tasted like dirty dish water. Sorry, even iced coffee should not be see through. Maybe my expectations were too high...I'll stick with my usual mom and pop coffee shop.

Awesome, friendly, and fast! Seasonal drinks hot, cold, iced, smoothies, they have it all. Bring your dog for a puppy-cino pup cup ( a dog treat on whipped cream in a cup)

My mom's and my favorite Dutch Bro's that is closest to us. We know the crew, they know our drinks. The location on foster isn't the best, but the Dutch crew themselves keep their space and environment as clean as they can. They're fun and silly and make really great drinks, especially they're manager Jordan. He makes them the best 👌. Oh, and on occasions, we get to see Lauren, their regional manager, but we met her and Jordan both when they were first at the Otty Dutch Bros. I'm a true regular customer
