The exam went well, Doctor and Assistant were amazing. But the Billing office decided to come out into the waiting room to publicly discuss my insurance coverage which was incorrect but yet embarrassing. Completely ruined my experience here.

My appointment was July of 2022. I am now just getting a Bill, May 2023.bibsm being charged 7 months of late fees. This was my first visit to this clinic. My Dr of many years retired. I hope this is not how all new referrals are treated. Unsure if I will return for another appointment. Also wonder why I just got this survey at this time....

The staff is amazing and so accommodating! One of my children has ADHD and Autism so finding a place they are comfortable with is important! Every time we go I always leave impressed!

Receptionists at front desk very kind, thoughtful, and friendly. The tech was very professional. The doctor was professional and friendly. All at the clinic treated me with respect. I can see for miles. 👓 👓 Thank you for your services !!!!

Friendly staff and doctor, great location, quick (no waiting around), and hot in the next day for a fitting. Brittny at the fitting was really nice and patient (my first pair of glasses).

I am happy with Eye Health NW. Especially the back staff and Dr Lubahn. The check in needs some etiquette and what appears more help then the 2 people could handle.

Front desk receptionist didn’t wear mask the entire time I was at clinic. Everyone else did. She presented a bad example to clients and staff., as well as potentially putting others at risk! She had blonde hair and the only female receptionist.

Everything was great from the medical assistant rooming and doing her stuff to the great Dr. Ronald Hampel who was so funny and nice with my son

I specifically requested a contact lens fitting along with my routine eye exam, only to find out the Gresham office doesn't provide that service. REALLY! Now I've spent my annual exam insurance copay, and must go somewhere else and pay out of pocket for the exam all over again to get fit for contacts. Their east Portland office would fit me for contacts at a very high price, so I might as well go to a Gresham competitor. The technician was understanding, but the OD - Ronald Hample didn't seem to care, plus he had a hard time sharing any information about my eyes. 2 years ago I saw Karen Chung OD who shared a lot of information with me. Unfortunately our schedules didn't work out this visit. Very dissatisfied, and won't be back.

Dr. Jordan Lubahn and EyeHealth Northwest are fabulous. Dr. Lubahn and his Assistants answered all my questions and I never felt rushed. After my cataract surgery I see colors that I haven’t seen in years. I also feel comfortable driving at night again. Thank you everyone at EyeHealth Northwest. Jim Tower

Dr Karen Truong is amazing. She is very attentive, caring, and full of knowledge. The staff was also friendly and helpful! I already recommended this place to my friends and family.
