Good ambience, cozy but not too dark. Small but felt homely. Got the chicken dumplings, an Alaskan and another with Buffalo sauce. The dumplings were fresh and warm. Also tried the piroshky, which was a first for us and so I can’t compare, it was still nice and flaky. The filling could have been better. The honey cake was the perfect desert to end.

My wife and I ordered the chicken & pork With Alaskan classic sauce, potatoes and cheese with Loaded sauce, and Russian cake and they’re “meh”. I thought the flavors were a bit bland and our food was cold too. This is our first time having Russian-style dumplings so we’re not sure if that’s normal. I did enjoy the Russian Cake. Not too sweet- it was perfect. Since they just recently open, I will have to come back again soon and give it another shot and try other flavors.

Nice local spot for Russian food! The borscht was delicious as well as the dumplings. The dumplings were bite sized so it was very easy to eat.

Very nice woman who ran the restaurant. Laid back ambiance. The Alaskan Classic dumplings paired with sour cream and buffalo sauce were excellent. Kids loved the loaded dumplings. No complaints. Recommended

Stopped by with a friend after a nice hike by the river and was quite surprised. This place has some amazing authentic food! Had the Borscht & dumplings with some honey cake. Very flavorful and satisfying! Service was great & will be back again!

Went in this evening for a dinner...such a friendly and relaxed owner. Fantastic and well priced food. My first time having this cuisine. Honey cake was chef's kiss! Love findings these gems while traveling!

Great food, good beer, $5.50 a pint if you order food. We love to order things we've never had before. Easy to do here. They let us sample a few draft choices before deciding which we wanted. Tried all the appetizers, the fish sticks were great, they gave a good portion of tartar sauce.

Food was delicious and light. The dumplings had a very soft texture, which shows that they’re fresh. The pierogies were a different style than I’m used to but really nice. The value is amazing and the service was good. I’ll be eating here again.

We love this place. It's chill, kind of unassuming at first glance, but the food is DELICIOUS. The pierogie crumbles so perfectly, I feel guilty only paying $5.50. The dumplings are also very good with several flavors and a good variety of fillings. Sweet and spicy or the the Alaskan classic have Been our go-to's.

Been here two times with my friends to check the place. Awesome both times. Simple chicken dumplings plate with a sour cream was amazing to try. I tried a couple of soups from them as well… Delicious! Not saying a word about their beer. To be honest maybe the best beer I tried this month and I assume still the cheapest around Maple Valley area. Decent place with affordable prices. In other words that’s on my list for sure any time I need to fill up my stomach.

Lovely little spot! I’m not familiar with Russian food, but my wife and I decided to try the place randomly on a weekday for lunch. The man helping us was very friendly, and food was tasty. The place is small, laid back, and without frills, so not exactly the setting you’d want for some fancy night out. However, for good food and friendly service, I’d strongly recommend this dumpling shop. We will definitely be back!

This place has the best borscht I have ever had outside of Russia! And the dumplings are absolutely fantastic. The people there are so nice and they have a small but great draft beer selection. I will be back many times to try more menu items!

Just found this spot, and it will not be my last visit. Hard to find Russian style dumplings this good, and wow they are good. Try the Alaskan spicy sauce. Try everything. They Also serve giant 22oz mugs of beer and cider. Interior is simple and clean, not a pub vibe or anything. Deserts are rare form here as well. Avoid the borscht if you are vegetarian. It has delicious beef steak chunks in there.
