100% DO NOT RECOMMEND!! To say this was a nightmare was an understatement. I made reservations months in advance due to coming in the area from so far away. Upon arrival our room was filthy (food on the floor, looked like the entire floor had not been swept or mopped in some time, food pieces and dirt on most surfaces) we asked to be moved to a clean room. The person in the office took us to the room next door and asked if that was better. It was still not what I would say was clean, but it would do for our short 2 day stay because I was tired and over the hassle that has already occurred. She gave us the key and we payed $323 for two nights. An absolutely outrageous price for the room, but not a lot to choose from. Fist night was not bad however after being gone all day on night two, we came back to someone else in our room and our things GONE! To say we were angry was an understatement!!! The girl behind the desk, same one from check in, was absolutely clueless and stated that we didn’t have a reservation for two nights. Upon some harsh words and a more competent individual taking over and handing the situation, we figured out that she never moved our reservation to the other room and and apparently forgot overnight that we were supposed to be there and and someone else had a reservation for the room that she moved us to. I cannot stress enough that I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT!! All said and done, they tried to give us another room and we absolutely declined and luckily got a room elsewhere. According to the person that came to help fix things, the former manager left suddenly and this other person we had to deal with was brought in with apparently no training. Still not an excuse for the absolute absence of personality or sense in her head.

It was absolutely disgusting place. There was stuff spilled all over the front of our door. The floor with sticky the toilet ran all night long. The air conditioner was so freaking loud. It sound like a train running all night long and then to top it off when I got back I was charged two different charges on my credit card. Neither a match the price I was sent in an email confirmation . I would never recommend anyone staying at this place. I recommend to stay clear of this motel and stay somewhere else. Unless u want a headache & stress when you get home ..worst place I’ve EVER stayed at.!!!!

Way more expensive than the last time I was here. New owners but nothing has changed. Room is the same, but it costs almost twice as much as last time. I just tried to take a shower but the water isn't even hot. I probably won't be staying here again. All of that being said, Thunder River Brewing is right across the street and they're awesome!

Terrible experience unfortunately! I never write bad reviews however, I thought it necessary as to warn others who make make plans to stay here and count on a bed for the night. It started off we reserved a room for 2 nights and I noticed no confirmation was sent to email. So to be sure, I called and they told me they have a known issue with their system that they have heard the same from other customers. But they said they saw the reservation and confirmed that we were good and have the nights we reserved. I double checked with a call the day prior just to make sure they still have us to come in for the next day with the reservations and they said yes, they are expecting us. We arrived around 5-6pm on a Thursday to check-in and the office door was locked. Note on the door stated open from 9am-2:00am. and if no answer to call. We called (several times). No answer. We waited for an hour and others showed up as well for their reservations. No answer for them either. It really put us in a bind for our trip plans. We went to eat dinner to give some time and thinking perhaps there would be someone there in the office afterwards. No luck. Another family was also waiting outside the locked office hoping someone would answer to their reservations as well. I have never had a hotel do this to me so I pretty much couldn't believe a business would do this. Anyway, it ultimately turned out in our favor as we found another room not too far away 2 minutes before their closing time. They were great to work with and we had a great 2 nights stay at that location.

Stayed in back-in fhu spot 6 in the back area. It was a tad sloped but so is everything in this area. It was for a 50 amp hook-up but the office was kind enough to bring down a converter so I could use as 30amp. There is mix of cabins and RV spots. Appeared to be a lot of permanent residents. Older RVs not a problem here. Surroundings a bit worn and overgrown. Bathroom/Shower house didn't have lock. Possibly locked from inside. I didn't check. There's a big laundry area. Cable worked and wi-fi was outstanding. There are feral cats running around but weren't mean and ran away when coming and going. Everyone I met was very nice. It's a good location too, surrounded by mountains and views of Washington. Walking distance to Brigham Fish Market (across the street) which has delicious Salmon and Chips, a Brewery, and a grocery store among a few other things. It's definitely sufficient for a night or two.

This was a very adequate place. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. Great location; walking distance to a couple of breweries and the market.

I really enjoyed my night’s stay here. A cozy motel with super friendly, kind staff. This will be my first choice place to stay in the future.

We switched to this room at the last minute after booking a dive down the road the night before. This room is great and we can’t wait to come back. For nearly the same price we have a full kitchen and a tub with jets. Just what we needed after hiking all day. Our son thought the bath was the best thing ever.

Wish Rodger still owned as if u make one little mistake like backing up and on a hill and spite some tiny rocks back onto the black top and he went to the guests I visited and complained and then bringing the guest back from giving a ride to the store the guy ran up to us and said I had to park to park in the road as I made rocks kick back and I have to go to the road. That is fine but no one complained except him cause he had to sweep up maybe a cup and a half of pebble rocks and if he told me what I did and asked me to pick up what I did, I would of picked up the pebble rocks and gladly go to the street. I just told him I was unloading the guest with groceries and from now on will stay out on the road but that really sucks for the guest who has hard time walking period, so I'm sorry I didnt drive 100% to accommodate u and your liking and I spit back a few pebble rocks that u are upset and yelling at me for but when I am done I am leaving and wont park up here anymore. Very harsh for a simple slide back with a stick in first on a small incline, but other than that rooms nice but not owner.

Had a lovely experience here as i finished up the Oregon PCT. Owners were so helpful and made a way for me to wash down and dry my tent and sleeping bag (had been hiking in the rain for a few days). They made lots of effort to accommodate my many requests and i felt welcome and respected. The beds were very comfortable and the shampoo, conditioner and soaps were high quality. Thank you!!!

Staff is really friendly. Both rooms we rented were clean and super cute. My family will be staying there again on our next visit!!
