Just had my first annual exam here. Such a lovely environment! It was very simple to schedule an appointment online. The reception and other staff were so kind and so helpful! Dr. German was very friendly, thorough, and helpful. Happy to have found a great new ophthalmologist!

My whole family loves visiting this clinic because the clinic is so clean, all the staff are friendly and kind. We were seen by all their doctors and they were all great. We always get Dr. German and he is very detailed and he explains everything without rushing the patient. My dad loves to dress up during his younger days and he always compliments Dr. German’s outfit because we don’t see a lot of doctors who is as sleek and sharp as he is. He also very polite and gentle to to my kid who has autism. He educated my kid about the parts of the eye and my son cannot forget him because he keeps asking a lot of questions. My son is always excited to go to his appointment to this clinic because of this experience. Kudos to all the staff and thank you for always giving us excellent service.

The staff are incredibly friendly from checking in all the way through the exam process. Outstanding service and support when looking at new glasses. This is a new office for me and I will definitely be making it my main office. Highly recommend them.

I’ve been going to Vision Health for as long as I can remember. For this appointment I needed to get in asap and as always, Amelia was very accommodating and was able to squeeze me in the next day. The front office staff is very welcoming. The back office staff is very thorough, patient and understanding, as well as all 3 doctors (over the years I have seen them all), the optical department staff, and the billing department staff. I’ve always had a great experience here, and will never go anywhere else for my optometry needs. Their new office is a beautiful, comfortable and warm environment. I highly recommend them for all ages!

I’ve been going to Dr Baxter since I was in primary school (mid 40’s now) and have enjoyed the excellent patient care and service Vision Health has provided for all those years. Knowing Dr Baxter’s history of such great eye care services, I’m not surprised that my first appointment seeing Dr Woolsey was also excellent. The guy knows his stuff, recommended the perfect contacts for the work I do, was friendly/easy to talk to, and like the rest of the staff there—he was efficient with the limited time I had today. I have always highly recommended Dr Baxter and his staff, and Dr Woolsey definitely lived up to those already high standards of care. From the front desk to the last person I saw before I left, everyone was very kind, knowledgeable, respectful, efficient, and just plain friendly. Admittedly, I’m sometimes hard to please, but I’m never disappointed with the service here. Thanks Everyone!

I really enjoyed the friendly staff and amazed at the new technology for checking all the different things they check in your eyes. Dr Baxter was very thorough. I would highly recommend using Vision Health for your eye health.

Dr Woolsey explains his findings very well & lets you know what you can expect. I highly recommend this team of pure professionals!!

Dr.Woolsey is thorough and informative. He's a great doctor. His Medical Assistant was also very knowledgeable. The optician was helpful. The front desk receptionist was friendly and courteous. This office is the best!
