My husband and I lived in the Ardea for 2 1/2 years before moving out to do some traveling overseas. Before we returned to the US, we reached out to Meta to see if she could help us find a new apartment. Even though we will still overseas at the time, Meta kept in close contact with us through email and showed us several units via video. She helped make our decision to come back to Portland an easy one and made the transition seamless. Since we hadn't seen the apartment in person, we were extremely pleased with what was waiting for us when we opened our door! Great job Meta!! We were also pleased with the many changes that the Adrea did while we were away! The lobby, concierge, and mail room layouts are beautiful and well thought out. And the new state of the art gym is like no other in the neighborhood with top-of-the-line equipment and large spaces for everyone to work out in! Well done! It's been great being back at the Ardea to experience all the new changes, and to see old familiar faces and to meet some new ones! Thanks for everything, we're happy to be back!

It's now been just over a month since we moved into The Ardea. Danielle & Meta did a fine job guiding us through the lease and move-in process. They kept us well informed. So far, the building is inviting and clean and the unit is comfortable and quiet. The concierge crew is friendly and informative. I've not yet spent much time with the maintenance folks, but they seem attentive and responsive. We're meeting neighbors almost daily. It's been a good start for our new home.

Love staying in these apartments! You can tell they are well taken care and it's also super helpful that they are walking distance from a lot of cool spots in the city. Also, thank you to Michael who was super courteous!

Where to begin! Our move in process with Logan was one of the most seamless transitions we have ever experienced. All of our questioned and needs were met so promptly & he was so accommodating to our requests. He was extremely knowledgeable about every detail of the unit we ended up in & the others we viewed as well. We have been here since February and I can honestly say this is the most comfortable and safe place I have ever lived in since moving to Portland in 2015. We are expecting in august & I feel so relieved to have a place I can call home here! The building is very well taken care of, the amenities are awesome- we get an espresso everyday! The maintenance team is also so great, whenever we have had an issue (very few and far between) they always see us same day, and usually within the hour we call. Concierge delivers our packages and also helps out with any last minute questions we have and are always so incredibly friendly. Thank you to all the staff, we appreciate you!

I absolutely love living at the Ardea and it's my 7th year living here. It's great place to call home! I have consistently experienced the best residential support services, couldn't have asked for a better management company. The Ardea management operated by great people. The building has stunning views and access to the river & biking paths, high quality interiors, great amenities, the gym so spacious and always clean. Last, I enjoy living at the Ardea and special thank you for all the team for the wonderful job they do every day...!!

I recently moved here from an apartment building owned by the same company, Security Properties, in the Pearl. I had high expectations from my experience at my last building. I couldn't be more pleased with my choice. Danielle, Logan, Meta, and everyone at the concierge desk have exceeded what I ever expected. There are many other names I still need to learn, but regardless, everyone goes out of their way to ensure questions get answered, and problems are solved. If I ask a question, no one has ever said, "It's down the hall to the right"...They say, "I'll show you; follow me." The Ardea is the first building that brings my packages to my door. I love the apartment, the appliances, the views...I love it here. Before moving to the S Waterfront from the Pearl, my only concern was the lack of restaurants, bars, etc., but that hasn't been an issue, and there is more on the way based on the construction. I especially love the Thursday Farmers Market. I have zero complaints. It's a great community.

I have been in the Ardea for 2 1/2 years now and I don't think I ever want to leave! Everyone on staff has been nothing but terrific to work with. Mani, Meta, Tori and everyone in maintenance, Liam, Roy and Edwardo have been fantastic. They are always right there when you might need them and do a great job fixing anything that might need fixing or any questions I might have. The Guest Apartment is wonderful to have available and has been a life-saver when I needed it for family visits. Thank you everyone for being so responsive and delightful. Feels like a little bit "family".

The Ardea truly captures the ideal living experience for the working professional who enjoys a sense of community and luxury. As a current resident, I can honestly say that I have never experienced such an inviting, attentive, safe and secure inhabitancy that feels peaceful and private, yet stimulating with eatery and small shop options just outside.

I toured the Ardea a couple months ago, and while I ended up going a different route I just had to leave a review about my amazing experience. Their sales associate, Anna, was spectacular. She made me feel welcome and was interested in what I was looking for in a future home. It was an 10/10 touring experience. I will definitely keep The Ardea on my radar for the future

A great place to live, one of the best communities in the south waterfront neighborhood. Quality finishes and appliances. Property management team are responsive, with many services offered. In addition to hosting fun events around the year and happy hours. Modern gym, and recently renovated lobby.

Ardea Management, I wanted to take a moment to let you know how much I appreciate your staff and their daily commitment to making our experience at the Ardea a great one!
