I'm adding to my review as I've just renewed my lease due to this continually fantastic place to call My Home, My Sanctuary, My Nest, My Dream Space, WHY? Below is my last review and every word still stands. I also wanted to add that I'm not easily pleased and am quite particular about the details. The back drop View of Mt Hood with River & Bridge Landscapes in the foreground make the floor to ceiling window views in my apartment the best natural home decoration a person could dream of. Night photo from Harrison Towers: IMG_1821.JPG shown below The Team: The Staff has been honestly just over the top supportive. They really do care about this community and it shows. Ive not had one question go unanswered or a need not fulfilled to this point. Beyond being on top of everything it takes to keep this community running like a machine, The management team also create events and contests to help bring the community together. With how busy people are these days and with social media isolating people, its nice to have fun ways to help us feel we are part of a unique and special community. I'm brand new to the community and do feel welcomed. I was looking for a sanctuary in downtown and quite honestly decided to accept some of the drawbacks of apartment and city living, like noise from the city, noise from my apartment neighbors, having to wait to get something fixed or trouble getting from point A to point B due to parking and or traffic. None of this applies here at Harrison. Ive yet to hear a neighbors music, TV, conversations much less even walking around. Its completely quiet. Its my understanding that the building is built with a very thick layer of concrete for every wall so it remains so very quiet, which is extremely important to me. Getting around town: The Portland trolley picks up right in front of the entrance and you can go just about anywhere you need to every 10minutes or less. The Space: The apartment layouts are more of the classic style of 1 and 2 bedrooms, meaning they actually have a completely separate bedroom, which is wonderful. Many of the apartment buildings i visited prior to choosing Harrison were trying to call their studios, "one bedrooms" because they had a partition wall or half wall or a curtain to separate the areas. Other buildings also seem to be trying to be trendy with odd shaped rooms, tilted ceilings and other interesting ways to disguise creating smaller units in an effort to raise the number of units per building. I was not fooled nor impressed. I just prefer my 1 bedroom to actually be a separate room that I sleep in, go figure. Safety is also high on my list and Harrison has taken many measures to help ensure our safety from onsite security, to key and or FOB entry at every turn. Honestly, it feels like a resort. The only thing that's missing is room service, ha ha ha, but Uber Eats has got us covered. Thank you Harrison Team for helping me settle in and enjoy my sanctuary.

Harrison towers is a great apartment building to live in downtown Portland. Amazing views of Mt. Hood and excellent for walking and biking. Sky, Sean, and Tim are great to work with and very responsive.

I was looking for a place that my kids would enjoy, be downtown, and feel safe. I feel like I got that plus some with Harrison Towers. I'm a runner and usually run through the waterfront, but the recent heat wave kept me in. Thankfully I had access to their indoor gym. After dinner I've taken my kids to the pool for a late afternoon dip and they love it. My son tells me almost daily how much he enjoys staying here with me. Great staff and service response times. I would recommend Harrison Tower to anyone.

By far the best experience I've had looking for an apartment ever. Sky and the rest of the leasing team were incredible throughout the entire process. Every question we asked was answered and they were transparent about everything. Sky was great to me and my folks as we were apartment hunting and has been so patient and helpful throughout. I haven't moved in yet but I am extremely excited solely for the fact that the Harrison Tower team made everything smooth.

I kept meaning to submit this review because everyone that helped me at Harrison Tower was great - Tim & especially Skye! Both very professional, courteous & knowledgeable. Skye answered all my questions & was so accommodating! She made our move into Harrison Tower smooth & I had so much less stress than what a move usually has - so appreciated!

Living at Harrison Tower has been super convenient for me. It's in a very walkable part of town, quiet, safe, and pretty scenic. The management and maintenance teams are always friendly and quick to address any problems that may arise. Sky is an especially helpful part of the team, and has consistently gone above and beyond to help me! From tracking lost packages and making sure my apartment was move in ready and I had access to the resources the building provides to just being a great conversationalist, she makes living here great for me.

A great place to live in! The apartment is right next to downtown and has stunning views along with great facilities. Sky Trantham was my leasing manager and helped a lot with the move in process. Sky was genuinely eager to help and came up with solutions to all the issues that I have come across during my stay. I've never lived in an apartment with maintenance response times as fast as Harrison Tower. Would also like to thank Sean, Tim and Michael who helped a lot with parking, package and maintenance requests. Overall a very smart and genuinely caring team. The apartment also has great community rooms, gym, pool, golf simulators which add to the experience.

Harrison Towers is a great building in a great location. The unit I toured felt spacious, had a sizable balcony and modern appliances to boot. There is also a pool, and I mean who doesn't want access to one of those. Not to mention the farmers market, a bunch of food carts and a solid gym all a 5 minute walk away. Sky, the Leasing Consultant who worked with me, was friendly, informative and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend you consider this place if you're looking to move to the area!

I warmly recommend anyone to rent an apartment at the Harrison Tower in Portland, OR. The house itself is iconic, 1960ies building in Portland that has been well managed and updated for the comfort and needs of the inhabitants - gym, sauna, hot tub, billiard room etc opened year round, large swimming pool from spring to autumn. All included in the rental price. The house has its own spacious garage available for reasonable price for inhabitants and guests.The community atmosphere is excellent - people are polite, friendly, clean, caring about the home and surroundings. The management team makes all efforts that you feel like at home and secure. Any issues were solved immediately and the office and support team are available every day. My special thanks to Sky Trantham for very warm welcome, friendly and highly professional atmosphere since I first stepped into the office in my seek for a comfortable rental home in Portland for one year. Sky is also the driver of various house community events from Christmas get-together to the pool opening party and ice cream event in summer. Also Timothy Mutua from the house management office is to be thanked for professional attitude and always friendly assistance. And lastly, Harrison Tower is located in the centre of the city, near Portland State University, the Portland Farmers' Market opened every Saturday, riverside park and other parks, Oregon Health and Science University, concert halls etc. It is easy to manage by foot or using public transport in the city without a car.

Harrison Tower is just above and beyond. The apartment location is good, especially the downtown location is great with a streetcar and bus outside the front door. The building has great amenities, and all the common spaces are very clean. Specially, we love the pool area a lot during summer season. The leasing office is amazing. They helped me a lot with literally everything, especially Sky and Tim. Sky and Tim made everything easy and accessible to me when I moved directly from South Korea to here, last year. They were so quick to get us on that day. Honestly, Sky and Tim are the reason for us to select Harrison Tower. The residents here are super helping and friendly. We are also enjoying here amazing Kick off parties from Harrison tower.
