Not an Urgent Care if you need an appointment!! This is the second time your clinic has let us down. On the first visit your team referred us to the Hospital Room for stitches just to be told a simple glue would be fine. Step up your game you are not a retail store and don’t have the luxury of making these types of mistakes. Have your SEO team update your listing, no reason your location should come up if I need appointment to have my children seen urgently.

Wife already made a post about this hospital. I just wanted to do the same and give credit to Hector. We have had at least 3-4 other people try to draw my daughters blood and it always was a struggle and a mess. He has gotten it every time in less than a minute. Anyone who needs blood work go here and ask for Hector. We live 40 min away and still choose here. Give that man a raise!!!

For getting blood drawn, it's amazing! They are so nice and almost no wait! Hector is the best! After going to 3 different places and no one being able to find our 1 year olds veins, he found it and did it within 30 seconds! Highly recommend!

I had to bring my son here for Covid testing before his surgery. I came at the appointed time we were given and was in and out within 5-8 minutes. I was surprised by how well organized the staff was and amazed by the amount of knowledge they had to offer. I would highly recommend this location for anyone needing testing or urgent care.

We took our daughter here earlier today for a goopy eye. I’m so thankful to have pediatric urgent care available after hours and on the weekend! The staff was friendly and patient and the doctor we saw was wonderful. This was our first time taking our daughter to the doctor for anything other than a check up so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The doctor, Dr. Beste, was fantastic! Thank you for taking such phenomenal care of my little one.

Do not recommend. The reception here is so unprofessional, and rude. As a nurse I would never treat or talk to anyone like this. The reception was talking about me and my sister while we are sitting a few feet away. After her rude attitude toward my sister for no reason other than we are “ walk ins “. A lot of better facilities than this one. Definitely need to train staff on what hospitality is, and compassion.

This clinic is so lucky to have HECTOR as their phlebotomist! Hector is hands down the best at drawing blood. My son has been admitted into the hospital a few times, and when they would attempt to draw blood it was always a traumatic experience every single time. HECTOR at the south clinic never fails, and gets it done within minutes of walking in. Please don't ever lose him! He is great at his job!!!

This clinic is fast, clean, friendly and communicates well with my son's care-provider. Hector in the lab is especially amazing. He is always successful the first time!
