I came in after my father's funeral and the staff was incredibly rude to both myself and my husband. You could tell there was definitely a classist vibe. We are low-income and both work in customer service, but we always tip well and act polite. I don't expect service workers to be peppy or smiling, but basic human decently would have been nice. The menu was also dishonest. The sandwich I ordered clearly stated on the sign that it came with peppers and onions (not bacon, which is what it came with instead of vegetables). If you change the ingredients in a menu item, especially if it "was changed over a month ago" like I was rudely told after receiving a sandwich filled with meat and no vegetables, the change should be listed or at the very least verbally communicated to the customers. The person behind the counter rolled their eyes almost every time I tried to say something or ask a question. They even rolled their eyes when my husband said thank you and tipped them (before the whole sandwich debacle). I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you like rude baristas and mediocre food.

4.5 with no rounding. Price definitely affordable than mostly if the place, the large one only has 4.85, which other place can go to 6. It’s a small place I don’t know it would be a good place to do your work but it’s definitely good to have a coffee and chilling a little bit. The coffee definitely… good I guess? Unlike most of the coffee shop, it’s more coffee taste and little bitter. I will like to come back couple more time tho!

We had latte caramello and cappuccino vienese. I wasn't expecting the level of goodness from the creamy whip topping. We enjoyed a sunny Saturday wine testing on Feb 11. Eight tasteful varieties at $20 per person. There are plenty of choices to purchase and take home. The next event is March 11 We visited again on Feb 25. Two more great coffees to go and a treat to watch it come together.

We stopped in on a early morning, Eric was helping us. Since it was our first time there he helped us choose our drinks.,We ordered a 16 oz Mocha Latte and 16 oz Iced Mocha Quad Shot. He recommended the Pumpkin Pastry and we ordered a Cream Cheese Pastry. We spent $20 with tip included. Omgoodnrss Both Coffees were excellent and the Pumpkin Pastry was amazing. The Cream cheese puff was so good. We will definitely come back. They even have a Cafe dog that is so friendly.

Good coffee, but the service (or lack thereof when it comes to reciprocating a smile or exchanging any kind of words unless you’re a regular) feels really weird. I wouldn’t recommend going out of your way to come here when there’s so many places where you can get great coffee and not feel unwelcome. Maybe I just came here at a bad time, but theoretically shouldn’t baristas have enough caffeine on hand to be able to be able to at least act like they don’t begrudge you coming to their shop? It’s rare that someone ignores their customers this significantly— it just feels so rude and jarring to try and be polite and kind to someone just for them to completely ignore you. Coming into this place, I was already excited for my next visit— but after the surreal experience with the detached barista who pretends you’re not there, there unfortunately won’t be another visit.

Went here once before and liked it. Tried to take my wife yesterday and they had a sign that said they were closing early but it wasn't time quite yet and the open sign was still there. Went in and the guy working definitely saw us but just ignored us and eventually went to do something. Waited a bit to see if maybe someone else was working the counter....no one came so we just left. Probs won't be coming back.

A little cup of Italy, I love this place! Their espresso drinks are authentic and delicious. They serve Illy espresso which is the best. Great breakfast sandwiches too, and you can buy some Italian wine while you're there. Primo!

This is a really nice little Italian cafe. The coffee flavors and options are more interesting than your typical Starbucks. They have a great selection of pastries. Just be careful, based on past experience I don't think the pastries get delivered before 7:30 in the morning. I would give 5 stars, but they allow dogs (non service) in this establishment. I can't stand dogs in restaurants near my food. That being said, I've gone here 4 time already, and will be back again.

It's a great European style espresso with extensive selection of coffee drinks, they also have quite the choices if you are looking for wine. I definitely recommend Cafe Marzocca to anyone who enjoys a good coffee

Visited Cafe Marzocca for the first today and had a wonderful time. We ordered a chai, a neve fondente which was wonderful, a mortadella and a ham sandwich, the mortadella was our favorite. Everything tasted delicious. We also got the wedding cookies and omg so good! Service was wonderful! Highly recommend!!!

this place felt really unsafe and had almost no food options. I work as a gardener and my appearance breaks some gender norms. I don't know if it was classism or because my appearance breaks gender norms, but when I came in I was met with some of the most out right hostility that I have ever faced in the Portland metro area. I came in looking for a snack and a treat to augment my lunch and to enjoy on a beautiful day. I found no snack and canceled my drink because of the barista's behavior. this is not a safe space.

This is the best little gem of a family-owned coffee shop in the SW area. Would highly recommend stopping & trying out one of their specialties like a 'neve fondente' melting snow drink when you stop by. The staff are incredibly pleasant & attentive. Michelle especially goes out of her way to create day-brightening experience during each visit - through COVID and beyond.

Excellent espresso, friendly and accommodating staff, and very comfortable and cozy atmosphere. A local independent shop I will mark on my map to slip into whenever I am in the area.

Good coffee, good pastry. I’d like to see what else they have!

Cute little locals cafe for coffee, lattes and small selection of pastry - perfect alternative to Starbucks. Dogs are welcome (awesome). Maybe that is where I picked up fleas from? Itch. Dog owners please tell your dogs not to bark while dinging indoors. Convenient parking. Service not so welcoming but the coffee was decent. Double latte $4.10.

Everything I expect out of good cappuccino! Rich, creamy, smooth while not bitter. And the prices are very reasonable and good parking too. I will be coming back for sure!

The drinks were good. Simple but well made. The space is tiny. While waiting in line, we were bumped multiple times with people getting around us and sitting. The barista knew all the regulars and catered to them so I can understand why it's loved. But as an outsider it felt a little uncomfortable.

Love this place (and the barista)! We stopped in for a morning coffee, which was great, and ended up with a walnut cookie, vodka pasta sauce, and pasta noodles imported from Italy. Everything was great ♥️
