The
staff
was
very
friendly
and
did
their
best
to
make
me
feel
comfortable
during
the
visit,
but
I
did
not
receive
what
I
wanted
and
expected
from
my
surgery.
I
am
not
someone
with
severe
balding,
just
thinning
on
top
and
receded
widows
peaks.
My
original
consult
was
actually
a
few
years
ago
and
at
the
time
I
could
not
afford
full
restoration
so
went
with
the
PRP
treatment.
I
finally
had
some
savings
and
was
ready
and
came
back,
was
showed
from
previous
pictures
compared
to
current
that
I
had
actually
grew
back
hair
since
before
due
to
my
PRP
treatment
and
other
home
care,
but
I
still
went
with
the
original
higher
graft
recommendation
from
when
I
had
less
hair
because
I
wanted
to
ensure
I
was
satisfied
with
my
results.
My
surgery
day
came
and
Dr.
Lee
was
drawing
where
my
new
hairline
would
be
but
only
brought
the
top
forward,
I
explained
I
want
the
side
corners
forward
as
well
which
is
a
very
small
area
that
I
thought
I
had
made
clear
in
my
initial
consultation
I
wanted
and
assumed
my
graft
quote
covered
it
but
I
was
told
that
there
would
not
be
enough
hairs
to
do
this
section
and
that
I
would
need
a
second
surgery
for
those
little
side
corners.
I
donât
understand
how
on
receded
windows
peaks
a
Dr.
Can
think
youâll
just
want
the
top
to
come
forward
and
not
the
side
corners
leading
to
a
misquote
on
how
many
hairs
Iâll
need,
and
how
he
can
so
casually
say
âoh
you
just
will
need
another
procedureâ
of
this
painful
procedure
that
will
completely
disrupt
your
life
for
a
few
weeks
again
when
it
could
have
all
been
taken
care
of
at
once
if
I
had
properly
quoted
you.
He
acted
very
surprised
when
I
said
I
wouldnât
want
to
come
back
for
an
additional
surgery
and
made
no
other
attempts
at
how
to
resolve
it
like
offering
to
up
the
quantity
of
not
yet
harvested
grafts
for
additional
cost
or
anything.
Iâm
currently
11
days
post
opp
and
am
seeing
good
results,
itâs
just
unfortunate
I
will
always
be
dissatisfied
not
having
received
what
I
wanted
or
expected,
and
if
I
do
decide
to
go
for
a
second
procedure
it
will
be
a
unsatisfactory
experience
being
tainted
by
the
fact
itâs
a
procedure
that
should
never
have
needed
redone
if
I
had
been
properly
quoted
and
helped
the
first
time.
Iâd
recommend
it
if
youâre
unhappy
with
your
hairline,
just
be
EXTREMELY
clear
on
where
you
want
filled
in
and
getting
enough
grafts
so
they
donât
try
to
put
you
into
multiple
surgeries.
Also
donât
trust
them
saying
âmany
people
return
to
work
the
next
dayâ
unless
you
have
a
super
relaxed
home
computer
job.
And
be
aware
youâre
gonna
be
unable
to
style
your
hair
or
do
anything
other
than
hats
to
cover
it
for
10
days,
and
need
to
apply
post
op
spray
every
2
hours
and
since
you
canât
manage
any
of
the
hair
up
their
and
are
constantly
wetting
it,
youâre
gonna
be
really
unattractive
and
not
want
to
be
seen
by
people
for
10
days.
Oh
and
they
are
kinda
stingy
with
post
op
pain
meds
despite
over
charging
you
for
them
and
a
home
post
op
care
kit.
