The staff and doctor were professional, friendly, accommodating and made my experience very comfortable. The facilities were nice. After my procedure, the doctor was open, available and encouraging; however, I had concerns about my healing progress and issues with pain and in-grown hairs and felt the doctor was somewhat dismissive. I expressed concerns that not all the grafts were growing, but I was told that it hasn't been a full year yet, and there was no reason to believe they wouldn't work. My follow-up exam occurred in the 11th month, and I feel strongly and communicated that not all the grafts worked. I felt the doctor was dismissive about my concerns and discussion turned to doing additional procedures. I wasn't heard. No remedy. Very disappointing.

Dr Lee and Stephanie were far from helpful. Company would succeed without their influence. Dr Lee ignored all my questions and had his own answers and didn't classify me correctly, Stephanie was more interested in money instead of helping the customer and answering questions, obviously money will be discussed later but she was all about her and what she wanted. I put her in her place after I heard her complaining about me like I couldn't hear her down the hall. I listened to their B's the rest of my session and didn't bother to move forward with them.

The Seattle support staff was fantastic. All of them were very friendly and are clearly focused on the Bosley mission and and Pledge to patients. However, my experience with the Dr. Rekow was extremely disappointing. I'm not even sure where to start. While it was brought to my attention that my scalp was more challenging than others, there were so many missteps. I had 2,065 graphs, the first 400 didn't get finished until 1:30 - this Dr. was slow and absent. As a result of getting started late, we were behind on pain management the whole day, and I mean the whole day. I rarely curse, I cursed twice due to the pain almost knocking over a table in the process. Also, since another 400 holes needed to be pressed into my head later in the afternoon, I did it without anti-anxiety medication. She only prescribes one valium since, using her words, because it takes so long to wear off. There was plenty of time, I didn't get out of the chair until 7:15 pm. There is nothing like being fully alert and listening to the puncturing of my flesh all 400 times - this is not what i signed up for. To make matters worse, the staff had to wait wait 45 minutes for her to get off the phone to do the 400 extra holes. The doctor was overly absent with a crew she hasn't worked with much leading to delays and unacceptable pain. I could go on, there is more. By the way, this was my third procedure. I would grade the prior two procedures as solid A's, this one gets a D rounded up from an F on Doctor to Patient relationship rounded up to a D due to an exceptional support staff.

Happy to hear about the success of my procedure. Dr. Lee and his medical staff have done a wonderful job. Laura has provided all the different options for additional post-operative steps to maintain my hair. This office has that friendly and caring atmosphere.

My consultation was fine, but I think that BOSLEY needs to be available for surgical procedures in the State of Alaska, or you will not have my business.

This staff was/is the best crew I ever experienced. They worked together like a well oiled machine. They’re both understanding and informative about the program and the process.

The staff was very friendly and did their best to make me feel comfortable during the visit, but I did not receive what I wanted and expected from my surgery. I am not someone with severe balding, just thinning on top and receded widows peaks. My original consult was actually a few years ago and at the time I could not afford full restoration so went with the PRP treatment. I finally had some savings and was ready and came back, was showed from previous pictures compared to current that I had actually grew back hair since before due to my PRP treatment and other home care, but I still went with the original higher graft recommendation from when I had less hair because I wanted to ensure I was satisfied with my results. My surgery day came and Dr. Lee was drawing where my new hairline would be but only brought the top forward, I explained I want the side corners forward as well which is a very small area that I thought I had made clear in my initial consultation I wanted and assumed my graft quote covered it but I was told that there would not be enough hairs to do this section and that I would need a second surgery for those little side corners. I don’t understand how on receded windows peaks a Dr. Can think you’ll just want the top to come forward and not the side corners leading to a misquote on how many hairs I’ll need, and how he can so casually say “oh you just will need another procedure” of this painful procedure that will completely disrupt your life for a few weeks again when it could have all been taken care of at once if I had properly quoted you. He acted very surprised when I said I wouldn’t want to come back for an additional surgery and made no other attempts at how to resolve it like offering to up the quantity of not yet harvested grafts for additional cost or anything. I’m currently 11 days post opp and am seeing good results, it’s just unfortunate I will always be dissatisfied not having received what I wanted or expected, and if I do decide to go for a second procedure it will be a unsatisfactory experience being tainted by the fact it’s a procedure that should never have needed redone if I had been properly quoted and helped the first time. I’d recommend it if you’re unhappy with your hairline, just be EXTREMELY clear on where you want filled in and getting enough grafts so they don’t try to put you into multiple surgeries. Also don’t trust them saying “many people return to work the next day” unless you have a super relaxed home computer job. And be aware you’re gonna be unable to style your hair or do anything other than hats to cover it for 10 days, and need to apply post op spray every 2 hours and since you can’t manage any of the hair up their and are constantly wetting it, you’re gonna be really unattractive and not want to be seen by people for 10 days. Oh and they are kinda stingy with post op pain meds despite over charging you for them and a home post op care kit.

They over priced me. I paid over $7000 for 800 grafts. That is the biggest robbery I've ever had to deal with. Bosley only wants money not to help. They want you to need help with your hair no matter what but it's funny they have no real real doctors with education to help you.

I am 81 and thought to have a second transplant in about 16 years. When I first came to Bosley and with subsequent visits they were amazing and thorough. On my early visit on the day of the treatmentment the doctor did a closeup exam and found my scalp to not be able to take another surgery and he explained why. So I wasn’t able to move ahead with the treatment, however, I have total respect and understanding given the doctor’s advice. So know how these operations work and my experience with the Seattle office everyone including the doctor. I give them the highest grade for performance.

Bosley Seattle...what an amazing office! Scheduling was a breeze and the consult with Laura Hoffert was professional yet personal, engaging without being overly focused on medical jargon, and was highly informative, enabling me to confidently make a decision regarding restoration. Brenda and Nikki, from the front desk, were quite pleasant to work with as well, regarding all the administrative side of things. Unfortunately, after being scheduled for an FUT - and subsequently moved up when an opening arose - I had a separate medical issue arise which ultimately required me to cancel this procedure. Laura once again sprang into action, made a phone call, and Bosley was able to offer a refund of my deposit due to the circumstances. Overall, the experience was 100% positive and - if able - I would look forward to working with Bosley and Laura (who is, professionally, a gem!) again in the future.

I just recently finished my third hair restoration procedure at the Bosley Seattle office. My three hair restoration procedures have spanned over the last 10 plus years. My procedures have enabled me to maintain an acceptable volume of hair for my personal satisfaction. My most recent visit was in November of 2023. I would like to thank the entire staff, Dr. Lee, Laura, Brenda, Jennifer, Mari, Caroline, Amy, Stephanie, Kelly and Fatima. The entire staff was professional, courteous and attentive to my wants and needs from start to finish. I highly recommend this office if you are considering a hair restoration procedure.

Don’t waste your time and money on the PRP treatment. It just doesn’t work. If you’re thinking about it, ask them to show you the very best results they’ve had with it, and then see if you still want to pay for that. (Spoiler alert- you won’t). They clearly just push that product with a “guarantee” that if (read: when) it doesn’t work, the money you paid can be put toward a hair transplant procedure. (Reminds me of the guaranteed piece of $h!+ from Tommy Boy). They just want to sell the procedure. Not sure how they sleep at night taking people’s money for the PRP treatment. Seriously disappointing organization. Should probably be reported to the BBB for hyping a product they know doesn’t do anything.

Everyone was very thorough, explained everything. The entire staff was awesome , from Dr Rekow ( I believe) who filled in for Dr Lee was fantastic, though Brenda in the morning , to Kelly finishing the long procedure into the evening. Can’t say good enough things about how nice everyone was - never experienced that in any health care facility.

Dr Lee and his entire staff were outstanding throughout the entire procedure. I felt very confident in their ability as the procedure was being performed. You can tell that they were just very experienced and did everything to make me feel at ease and comfortable. At one point I actually thought "This isn't as nearly a big deal as I made up in my mind!". Top notch!

The staff was great, but the entire experience was painful. Local anesthesia did not work, and only advil was given for pain which was insufficient.

Stephanie was comfortable to work with; As soon as I mentioned I have basic knowledge of hair transplant she was quick to setup an appointment with the doctor to help with deep questions and that too free of charge. Clear, transparent and quick to action. Dr.Lee also cleared all of my doubts. There is a very good chance I will be doing my hair transplant here.

The reason I give number one 3 stars, and number two 7 stars, Because I have to wait for three months to see the new transplant hair come out. By then I can do the survey again. Dr. Lee is very good doctor, he alway response to my text and question. Thank you Dr. Lee

It was very disappointing. The reason I made an in person appointment was because I figured the experience would be more personal, with a staff member/doctor actually looking and touching my problem area (that’s what my dermatologist and PCM does) but that didn’t happen. All the did was take a picture from afar, which didn’t show much. I made a huge sacrifice to go in person for a more accurate assessment and I didn’t get that. The prices for the 3 options are also really high with no clear recommendation on my situation (since assessment was so poorly). I was feeling very hopeful but not anymore. I will not be returning.

Awesome team at Bosely in Seattle! Dr. Steven Lee is a great doctor who is outstanding at his work. He is so very kind, compassionate, caring, knowledgeable and fantastic with great skill and precision in Hair transplant and Hair Restoration! He does it all with great technique and is very skilled. I am so happy with the outcome with my hair transplant because of the great work of Dr. Lee. The Seattle team at the office are the most friendly I have seen, very considerate, helpful, and everyone always went above and beyond to help me throughout the process. My second Bosley FUT procedure. The medical procedure part went smoothly and professionally Dr. Lee and his staff are excellent. I had an awful experience with scheduling my appointment, which was inexplicably rescheduled without my consent to a different and conflicting time. I almost abandoned Bosley, but Stephanie Hamre figured out a way to get me back on my original schedule. There was a week of stress that seemed unnecessary before the problem was resolved. Other than that experience, everything else was fine.

the staff were fantastic. The only suggestion is the ice pack was a onetime use and I did not know to have ice packs a head of time and when I started bleeding in the evening after it was a challenge to compress to stop the bleeding and the pads I had for compressing were not nonadherent so it was a challenge to try to compress without impacting the grafts. I think better guidance on what to do if excessive bleeding occurs so as to compress without risk to the grafts is needed and sending home with more nonadherent dressing materials both for the graft site and the donor site plus re-useable ice pack . I literally had no pain during or after the procedure and actually had no swelling either. the only issue I had was the bleeding in front and it did stop with compression but I do not feel I had clear guidance on how to compress and not effect the grafts and the pads I was given stuck so I may have impacted the grafts in front, only time will tell.

This was a repeat visit and I sincerely appreciated the patience the staff provided. I had some concerns/questions to clarify and subsequently both Dr. Lee and Stephanie took the time to go over visualizing the final results. This is a substantial investment, however, I have now decided and will make the commitment to start my restoration.

Very informative and as comfortable as possible. The day of the surgery was very straight forward and I knew exactly what was happening before it happened. If I needed anything all I had to do was ask. Thank you for a great experience and the confidence which comes after all is done.

I’d been considering getting a hair transplant for a few years. I was pretty nervous about the procedure so I held off until I just got annoyed enough with my receding hairline to go do it. I signed up for the FUE procedure and 2,000 grafts. The doctor and all of the staff were excellent. They worked seamlessly and efficiently together during the whole procedure. I really appreciate the caring way in which I was treated by everyone. They were communicating and walking me through every step of the procedure and that really helped ease my mind. There is a bit of pain that you feel from the local anesthesia shots, but other than that, it’s painless. And even those shots are very tolerable! Most of the procedure I was laying back watching Seinfeld. If you’re thinking of getting a hair transplant I would absolutely recommend Bosley of Seattle. Thanks again Dr. Lee and all the lovely ladies who worked on my procedure!!

Everyone was amazing! the lady (sorry im terrible remembering names) who met me first to sign paperwork and collect my payment was great very fun to talk to. Dr. Lee was professional, straight forward on what to expect and clear explanation of the work. Also, having his cell number to text with any questions post opp has been nice. The entire staff of nurses was an absolute pleasure to work with! They were extremely professional, friendly, easy to talk to treated me very well. Will definitely be coming back to this group when time for my 2nd opp!
