Today was my first experience in this store. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by who I assumed was the manager and she immediately started showing me fragrances and answered any questions I had. The store is a great size, it doesn't feel too crowded, and the layout is wonderful! Their prices are just like Forever 21's, maybe even cheaper. I walked in on a good day, because there were deals left and right! I personally think that they have really cute clothing, and it isn't too outlandish like Forever 21. I'd wear just about everything in that store! There was also a BUNCH of unicorn stuff. That's an enormous plus! ;) All in all, my first experience was great, and I can't wait to shop there again!

Rue 21 has the latest in fashion, they carry young trendy clothing. They keep up with what is in fashion nowadays. Route 21 also carries a variety of perfumes and Colognes With great sense. Other than that the store was clean and the staff was friendly.

I love the staff at this location when entering the store they greet you with a smile and warm welcome. I love the great deals and the great prices they have on their clearance items. The staff there look like they work hard to keep the store clean there's always someone folding the clothes.

I shop here mainly in the plus size section which is pretty good. They have tons of clearance items most of the time and I mean actual clearance where you can get $25 jeans for $10. I recommend shopping here for the price and selection. The only reason I don't give this store 5 stars is that the quality of the clothes isn't the greatest. It's the definition of you get what you pay for.

I think that this is a very cute and nice shop, but it is only crop tops and like clothes for tiny people. I am not a plus size like they offer there, but I am also not willing to show off my body as much as some other people. I wish that they would put a section for like actual people who are not fans of their body's with normal covering clothes.

Many of the staff wore head phones and could not hear us, I heard a lot of "what?" Or they passed me because they couldn't hear me over their music. It was very annoying and difficult as well as many of the sales stuff was not under the right signs, those items being under the wrong signs in bulks of them so the sale we were going for was not applicable and the excuse was "they don't know what they are doing" by the employee cashing us out. It's very disappointing that we were treated that way when in the past I've had no problems .

My daughter loves the clothing here. They have a decent selection especially for young women

Lots of inexpensive and cute clothes, while the quality isn’t the best it’s fine with me since trends usually only last a season or two anyways. It’s a bit difficult to get the staff to stop standing around talking and unlock a fitting room for you, but overall still worth it for the prices.

What a fantastic experience! Veronica was so awesome and made shopping such a blast! Usually I have trouble going to stores like this but not this time! Veronica recognized my troubles and offered me the perfect solution! She also has a great sense of fashion. Shout out to her and the store!

Clothes are so trashy now! Hate shopping there now, and your perfumes all suck

Good prices. Some stuff is a great deal, and some stuff is cheap and cheap quality to match. But the very strong scent of perfume and cologne is overbearing and prevents me from being able to look around much because I start not feeling well.

Actually has my size..very cute styles.love this place..my go to when i want something new.also has good perfumes for not that much.has a lil bit of everything from clothes to make up to bath stuff.always get complimented on what i buy.

I really enjoy the perfumes. I get clothes about once a month. The staff is always there if you need them.
