Amazing Time!! Great customer service! They knew how to assist and was very professional. The experience its self was unreal. It took me a minute to adjust when I was in the VR that it was me. Anytime one of us had a malfunction with the equip they pause it and assist us with no complaints. The trailer you receive afterwards is amazing! To see you in real life verse how you look in VR. I WOULD DEFINITELY COME BACK!

It was a great experience, something I'll remember this for the rest of my life. Plus it was very clean and they had cleaned and sanitize everything. Definitely gonna come back.

My husband & I are GRATEFUL for the team @ Sandbox VR (The Battery). We began our experience yesterday playing the Squid Games, but encountered technical difficulties. The problem(s) was resolved by allowing us to play as much as we could and then offered us an additional session. It is exemplary customer service, patience and professionalism that makes our family willing to travel back to Atlanta from South Carolina and Florida for another experience. Btw: The 'Hollywood... ' session is NOT for the faint @ heart... One must love zombies & killing :) . This virtual game was overall AWESOME. You are really in a virtual world that seems real, but isn't. Choose to play with people that you can have fun with, b/c it's interactive and talking amongst one another makes it more enjoyable!

Sandbox was a really cool experience. First time ever doing virtual reality id definitely do it again. Our host Kalonji was great!

I had THE BEST experience here today with my son. Booking this event online was easy. Then check in was fast and informative. Once the game started it was so much fun. It was so real. When the floor drops BELIEVE me you feel like you are dropping with it. Good Family time activity. Thank you for everything.
