The summer salad with brisket was delicious!

The chicken tacos, per the menu, come with pico, avocado crema, and chicken. I did a pickup order today and the tacos came with nothing but chicken. I removed the pico when ordered; I did not remove the crema. I'm really disappointed because it's dry without it. I have gotten these tacos before. I know they're good, but there are only three things on the tacos. It should be a difficult thing to mess up. Not happy about it much at all. I paid $17 for dry chicken tacos, and if they didn't have avocados, no one mentioned it to me.

Awesome spot for weekend brunch or weekday lunch. Staff very friendly, atmosphere just excellent, and above all else, food is out of this world! The freshness of the food both from the source and how it’s prepared is on a different level. Highly recommend!

This place rocks!! The staff was so friendly and helpful. The setting is fresh, clean, and hip. The food Ahhhh-Mazing I ate it too fast to take a pic because it just looked and smelled too good I couldn't wait to chow down. I wish I would have known about the 20% online order coupon. I would have ordered beforehand and picked it up. I'm only in town for two days so won't be able to use the offer but here is a pic for all of you. The chocolate bread pudding 😮😮😮😍😍 there are no words to describe how yummy this treat it is, it is a rich dense dish, I recommend sharing and adding extra whip cream which tasted home-made as well. I added more pics to main gallery as well. But if you are in Birmingham I HIGHLY recommend eating here.

Hard to say what was better - the service or the food. I was made to feel like a VIP, and the food was delicious. Best butternut squash soup I have ever eaten, and the field pea salad was super tasty. Thank you!

This was the best brisket sandwich I have ever had. My service was great (Ashley) was very hospitable and gave great recommendations on food and the area. The cook also stopped by before I left and was very sweet. I wish they were open on weekends so I could eat here again before I fly out.

Visited this location for lunch. The atmosphere was inviting and the staff was very friendly. I had the brisket sandwich which while good was not in my opinion worth $20+. This is hard because I think people have just excepted that you are going to pay higher prices for sandwiches based on where the restaurant is located. I had never been here before and will most likely not return on my own. It was good but just not what I will choose to spend my money on in the future. This is my opinion and should not sway anyone from going and making their own decisions on how they do or don’t like the food.

Brick & Tin is wonderful! The food is delicious! I often get it delivered to me at work, and the person that delivers is so awesome they are always quick and not only bring my yummy food but also a smile!

First time visiting on my way through Birmingham. Everything was so fresh and delicious. They also pride themselves on locally sourced meat!

Recently had lunch. Ham and cheese sandwich and farrow salad. Sandwich had the perfect ratio of ham and cheese. Neither overpowered the other. Bread was toasty on the outside and pillow soft on the inside. The farrow salad was ethereal and other worldly. Sauteed onion, celery, spinach, carrots and shallots. Farrow was cooked perfectly. Seriously, this one side dish deserves a James Beard Award by itself.

As someone who doesn't really like vinaigrette or blue cheese dressing, I can't get over how well they go together on their Bluebird Salad. I would eat there more often, but I'm always scared I'm going to break one of their fancy clear plastic chairs.

We were trying to go somewhere else downtown for lunch on a Saturday, and I'm really glad the other place was closed because Brick and Tin was wonderful! Such a cute place with trendy but not overwhelming décor. Our food was excellent. I had the Bluebird salad and the chips and dip. They were good, but the stars were my husband's brisket panini and the chocolate bread pudding. Wow. Outstanding. We'll definitely be back!

Stopped in for lunch on our way through Birmingham. Great ordering experience. Great food. I look forward to timing my next trip through the area just for these sandwiches.

What a great first visit experience! I like the idea you order before you sit. The host was very friendly and patient with us. Will I be returning? Of course!! The only thing I would suggest is adding a Sweet Red table wine.

We ate here for lunch today with our 2 kids.. the wait staff was very accommodating going out of their way to find the kids crayons and making my son a new lemonade when he thought it was too sour :) The food was delicious and the atmosphere was great and inviting! Would defiantly come back!

First time! Order first, then seat yourself. We sat at the bar. Salmon bowl was amazing as was the brisket.

Came here since I've been craving brisket. Got the brisket sandwich with a classic salad. Gotta say, damn that's a good sandwich. Brisket was just right, and the onions were sweet and moist. In house made bread was absolutely superb. Overall excellent experience with service as good as the food. Lovely location and nice building. Only real downside is finding parking is a bit of a chore.
