I asked for bbq sauce on the side and to my surprise it was Sweet Baby Rays sauce in a cup 😩🙌🏽 whewwww! It made the fries 10x better. The double bacon burger gave me Wendy’s baconator teas. It was good though! Wendy’s probably a lil cheaper though for those days you want to save a coin but if you want to try a new spot, try theirs instead. I took some of the lettuce off because it was way too much and I added grilled onions instead of the raw ones. Perfect combination. Other than that, I left it as is. Friendly and prompt service. Outstanding burgers (ordered the cheeesy burger and a build your own)! Generous portions of fries, too. Shakes were good, but a bit overpriced. There were significant alterations to the menu; don't count on anything on the online menu being available when you go.

Great service and food . Staff was very friendly and accommodating . I am pescatarian and stoped here because i frequent the one in my home state . I was told that the cod sandwich has been discontinued just two days earlier and was sad about that but the staff made my day and was able to still make one with the fish they had left . 10/10 would recommend ! not sure if the gentleman who assisted me was the manager but he definitely went above and beyond.

Nasty!! My burgers had no seasoning nor flavor!! Tried to add some seasoning..but no!! Mugshots will be my favorite! Ijs y'all!! No seasoning!? Yuck!

I gave this place 5 stars for being just as good, if not better than Five Guys at like half the price. I got a double bacon Cheeeesey burger with fries and a drink for less than $14, which would probably be over $25 bucks at Five Guys. Excellent burger and really good fries.

I've visited Wayback maybe 3 or 4 times and have tried both the Philly cheesesteak and the cheeseburger. I will say the Philly steak I had was good, it just needs a touch of seasoning to add flavor. As far as their burgers, really filling, although I would prefer the buns toasted and a little of bit of seasoning in the meat, kind of bland. With the lettuce and grease, the bun was too soft mushy. Otherwise a good place to go and you will get full for sure!

Absolutely awful! Worst customer service! Ordered online at 7:35 from the company website, which said they closed at 9. Due to personal reasons, I wasn’t able to get there until 8:33, in which all lights were off and not a soul in sight, but you bet that money was still taken out of my account. Called this morning to get a refund to be told they can’t do anything and when I asked why they didn’t call when they were about to close I was told that since I had a 256 area code phone number she thought “I ordered from the wrong location”. Didn’t think maybe the person was at UAB?? Now having to dispute the charges with my bank cause they were absolutely no help at all.

I’ve been visiting the hospital for weeks now. This is the only place that I’ve been wanting to eat. So far this month along I’ve have eaten at this establishment maybe five times. These burgers are very good to me. The bun is always so soft, the meat is tasty, my fries or tots are always hot. Everything is cook fresh and I never have to wait long. I always dine in and enjoy that it’s never crowded when I arrive. Therefore, I always have a place to sit. Lastly, customer service is good. I’ve always been greeted with a smile and they make sure to repeat the order back to me.

Pretty ehhh the chicken was huge(a little stiff and burnt) fries are eh not my cup of tea. Paid about 12 dollars. It's a little higher on the price than most stores. No seasoning on the fries or chicken. Staff seem like they didn't care much either. I would avoid this one.

I finally got to try this place and it was the best Burger I think I've ever had in my life guys. It was so good and the fries were awesome too. And the people were Friendly and sweet.

listen guys, i ordered this for the first time, and my experience was nothing short of absolute bliss. i had a philly cheesesteak so good it would make an angel weep. the fries were nothing short of immaculate. the fountain coke even tasted better than usual. 5 stars, will order again

The business is RACIST OR HAS JUST EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE Don't go to this place I ordered buffalo tingers and asked the cashier a (non native English) speaker if the were wet or dry . She tells me dry .... they were wet afff soggy when I tried to just get dry tenders they refused to just make the order I had asked for . They treated me like I was being deceptive even tho I just spent $40 honestly I really don't think this business cares much for black people . 0/10

A lady threw up by the bathrooms and told the employees. All the employees did was put a wet floor sign up so when anyone had to use the restroom they had to walk around the puke. I understand being busy but this should have taken priority.

Burger is just ok. The hot dog and the chicken tenders are very good though. Prices a little high but we still went here several times. Good fries too.

Excellent fast casual burgers, the staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. I’ll be back next time I’m in B’ham.

I put in an online order for 14 burgers, and 14 sides on Friday 4/8 for the order to picked up at 11:15am on Monday 4/11. The order was relevantly complicated, but I did think it was doable, being I came from the food industry and was trying to simplify it the best I could. I called the store to confirm order Monday morning at 10:15am and they denied service because the order was too big and could not be done. They said it could have been done if given 2-3 days notice, which was given. I am super disappointed to be denied service after following all the protocols I knew to do. My team at work were really looking forward to this lunch and were disappointed when told it was canceled.

Burger are great. Photo of Bacon Cheese Fries on the website is misleading. It does NOT have crumbled bacon pieces. Its more like ground bacon DUST. Very disappointing. Stay away.

I saw some reviews that made me cautious, but we went after an event at the BJCC, and the service was amazing. The worker was so sweet, and it didn't take too long for our food to come out. They brought it to us, and the portion size was amazing; the chicken tenders were huge, as were the fries and onion rings. And the food tasted amazing—it was really good!
