I
used
to
order
from
this
location
a
few
times
a
month,
but
after
my
last
experience
here,
I
don’t
intend
to
do
business
with
this
store
ever
again.
This
first
portion
of
the
review
is
about
Doordash:
if
you
wish
to
hear
about
the
experience
I
had
attempting
to
get
a
replacement
order
from
this
store,
please
scroll
until
you
see
“They
refused
to
even
attempt
to
make
another
order”.
My
friend
and
I
had
a
craving
for
some
Popeyes
Chicken
and
ordered
promptly
at
11:59am
so
that
the
order
(which
was
to
be
provided
by
Doordash)
would
arrive
by
12:45
at
the
latest.
We
placed
our
order
(which
added
up
to
about
40
dollars
after
delivery
fees)
and
waited.
After
an
hour,
I
began
to
feel
quite
concerned
as
to
the
whereabouts
of
my
order,
so
I
called
the
driver.
No
answer.
So,
I
called
Doordash
Customer
Service
and
they
were
understanding,
apologetic
and
offered
two
options:
1.)
to
call
the
restaurant
and
have
them
make
a
new
order
to
be
delivered
ASAP
or
2.)
to
request
a
refund.
Given
that
an
hour
and
forty
minutes
had
now
gone
by
since
I
had
placed
my
order
and
we
were
still
hungry,
I
decided
to
go
with
Option
1.
After
another
ten
minutes
on
hold
with
Doordash,
the
representative
informed
me
that
the
restaurant
would
not
accommodate
my
request.
They
refused
to
even
attempt
to
make
another
order.
Peak
lunch
hours
are
often
from
12:00pm
to
2:00pm.
It
starts
to
fizzle
out
after
2:30pm.
I
know
this
because
I
have
worked
in
fast
food
and
the
food
service
industry
before.
By
3:00
(the
time
it
was
when
I
finished
up
with
Doordash
and
spoke
to
a
Popeyes
Customer
Service
rep,
who,
by
the
way,
was
also
very
friendly
and
is
the
only
reason
I
awarded
an
extra
star),
the
business
is
slow
until
5:00
when
the
dinner
rush
begins.
This
location
has
lost
my
business
permanently.
To
insult
me,
the
customer,
by
refusing
to
accommodate
nor
offer
a
reasonable
excuse
as
to
why
you
can’t
do
so
is
the
complete
opposite
of
customer
service.
This
review
is
not
an
attack
on
the
employees.
I’m
almost
certain
they’re
not
being
paid
enough
as
it
is.
However,
I
encourage
management
at
this
location
to
take
this
review
very
personally.
You
are
a
failure
to
your
profession
and
should
be
removed
from
your
position
as
soon
as
possible
for
basically
implying
that
I’m
a
thief
when
you
failed
to
deliver
a
product
that
I
paid
for.
