This Popeyes location is clean and the staff is friendly and attentive. I have to say for myself I am not a big fan of Popeyes. Ordered their traditional crispy chicken sandwich it was just okay I got a side of fries, again they were just okay. If you like Popeyes chicken then you should like this location.

Complete incompetence. Ordered a few times, always an issue. Wrong food, dried out, spoiled coleslaw, or missing food. Today is the final order I will ever get from this place. Last time they left out half the order. The time before that they gave completely wrong food. Today the tenders were paper thin with just breading. We are done with this place

Food is usually consistent. Ghost pepper wings are balanced, cooked through and not too greasy. Quick service. Still prefer chick fil a spicy chicken sandwich over Popeyes though.

Clean place. Well organized. Staff was grumpy. I did not want a soft drink and asked for water instead. No cups were offered but instead they gave me water in the the side bowls used for coleslaw. Disappointing. The chicken pieces and the spicy sandwich was freshly made and per my expectations. Both were tasty and crispy. Better than KFC.

Was scrolling through my camera roll and saw the pictures from my visit on May 21, 2022. Very dissatisfied with the food received. I guess they were running out of fries and mixed it with shoestring fries. My kids didn't even want it after seeing that. That wasn't right. The visit before that I had an issue with old shrimp and chicken. I will not patronize this location again.

Food quality at this Popeyes is horrendous. Extremely over priced just to get a meal with scraps of stale chicken, not an actual tender. Very hard pieces of chicken it was like eating rocks. Even my dog didn’t want to eat, and I’ve regrettably seen the little guy eat his own vomit. True story

This review is solely on the spicy chicken sandwich. I ordered in the drive-thru and received the sandwich quickly. The sandwich itself was warm, crispy, and the chicken was tender. I was hoping for a little more spice. Overall the value was very fair. As long as the line is short I will be returning!

I ordered Mac and cheese and 1. There was a HAIR in it! 2. It was literally ALL cheese! Nooooo “Mac”, no pasta shells. Absolutely disgusting! YUCK!!!

Juan is an amazing shift leader! Very kind with great customer service! The food was very fresh and hot. I loved how clean the atmosphere was! I would drive all the way to Dover for Popeyes everytime! Thank you and Happy New Year Juan 🩵

I am writing this review due to the exemplary customer service I received from Juan today. He was so pleasant and helpful. I have never felt so welcomed at a Popeye's before. The food was good, but the customer service from Juan made the visit GREAT!

my food was amazing! and the drive through order taker- his name was manav- was so helpful and patient as it was my first time there! the food was great too and nothing was wrong so i loved it! atmosphere was so great too everyone was so friendly.

Was surprised to find out that they would not provide French fries unless I ordered online. Asked for some butter, and they said they didn't have any. Wife order wings and when we asked for another cup of sauce, they shared it would be $.50. While the restaurant seemed clean, when we were there between 6 & 7 PM, they had all their stools up on tables looking like they were closing. Lastly, I requested my chicken combo to be spicy, it was not. Chicken was a bit dry. Not very consumer friendly for eating at restaurant.

Better than average fast food place. Very clean with adequate seating. The menu has something for everyone. The food is of very good quality and service was very fast. Staff were extremely friendly and courteous. I would definitely go back and highly recommend this for everyone.

Ordered mac and cheese and found a strand of hair in it, but to make matters worst I forgot to ask for BBQ sauce for my tenders in the drive thru and when I go in to ask for some the guy at the counter proceeds to grill me about when I ordered, so I go back to my car to show him the receipt, and he says he can only give me 1 for free, and I have to pay 43 cents for an extra. So long story short if you go to this place bring your own BBQ sauce cause apparently there's a national shortage, that causes them to do a full scale investigation if you ask for some.

I used to order from this location a few times a month, but after my last experience here, I don’t intend to do business with this store ever again. This first portion of the review is about Doordash: if you wish to hear about the experience I had attempting to get a replacement order from this store, please scroll until you see “They refused to even attempt to make another order”. My friend and I had a craving for some Popeyes Chicken and ordered promptly at 11:59am so that the order (which was to be provided by Doordash) would arrive by 12:45 at the latest. We placed our order (which added up to about 40 dollars after delivery fees) and waited. After an hour, I began to feel quite concerned as to the whereabouts of my order, so I called the driver. No answer. So, I called Doordash Customer Service and they were understanding, apologetic and offered two options: 1.) to call the restaurant and have them make a new order to be delivered ASAP or 2.) to request a refund. Given that an hour and forty minutes had now gone by since I had placed my order and we were still hungry, I decided to go with Option 1. After another ten minutes on hold with Doordash, the representative informed me that the restaurant would not accommodate my request. They refused to even attempt to make another order. Peak lunch hours are often from 12:00pm to 2:00pm. It starts to fizzle out after 2:30pm. I know this because I have worked in fast food and the food service industry before. By 3:00 (the time it was when I finished up with Doordash and spoke to a Popeyes Customer Service rep, who, by the way, was also very friendly and is the only reason I awarded an extra star), the business is slow until 5:00 when the dinner rush begins. This location has lost my business permanently. To insult me, the customer, by refusing to accommodate nor offer a reasonable excuse as to why you can’t do so is the complete opposite of customer service. This review is not an attack on the employees. I’m almost certain they’re not being paid enough as it is. However, I encourage management at this location to take this review very personally. You are a failure to your profession and should be removed from your position as soon as possible for basically implying that I’m a thief when you failed to deliver a product that I paid for.

Even though It was really busy and my order took long to come out. I can said, that I never saw a manager walking by each table and asking if everything was ok. You see that type of service in upscale restaurant. I couldn’t take his name, I know is a Latino man, but thank you so much for checking on the customer. I wish all manager can do the same thing. Great job.

Excellent customer service! This is my new favorite popeyes to go to wherever I am in need of some fried chicken. Such an amazing atmosphere with great and polite employees and managers. I like the variety of coca-cola flavors they have in the lobby!

Best fast food restaurant in town. I love this place, their food is always fresh and delicious. They have an excellent customer service, and their speed much better. Thorough cheats. Just ordered 12 piece wings and should have got 6 piece wings free, guy at driveway gives me2 boxes stapled and asks to move on even though no one was in drive through.just came home and checked 2 sets of 6 wings packed in separate boxes . Additional box of 6 wings free was not given. Swindling customers. False promises. Check your orders there !!!

1st time trying Popeyes yesterday with my kids! Gotta say the staff is very courteous and when my child cried because I didn’t get him a kids meal! The head manager was nice enough to give him a toy on the house! Thank you so much for such a lovely experience Christian ❤️🥰 Definetely coming here more often now

Excellent fast food restaurant around. Amazing customer service, they are very fast in drivethru. Food always fresh and their chicken is very crispy and their fries as well. Highly recommend it.
