( this was my wife's review that they took down ) On the day of my wife's appt she filled out the form to cancel due to testing positive for covid . She never confirmed her appt because she was sick and used the form to let them know by text she would not be there for my appt . This place conveniently could not find her form and charged me $188.00 for a $130.00 massage that she did not receive. Do not book with this place they are crooked and do not care that you are sick and could get others sick. Covid is not a joke This is stealing and disgusting. When asked the manager for her managers/owners number she was refused. DO NOT book here!! Horribly poor management. My wife and I get a lot of massages and have been to many massage places that have never treated us this way . We will be filing a complaint. Unbelievable!!!!

Sarie was amazing! I need deep tissue massage and she was great about listening and communicating to make sure the pressure was right... 10/10 would recommend! (I already scheduled another massage with her😊)

I felt that my visit went extremely well. I arrived early, as suggested, to fill out my paperwork and the woman who greeted me at the door was very helpful. My therapist, Caleb AKA Thomas, was extremely thorough and his technique is very relaxing and tension relieving! I enjoyed it very much! 5 Stars!

Thankful for Caleb!! I came in just to relax and help my body feel better. It had been about a year since my last massage and I was dying for one. Although I say I like to relax, I love meeting new people! I’m not one of those that fall asleep during a massage unless I’m exhausted. Me and Caleb talked the entire 90 minutes. He made sure I was comfortable with the massage areas, and the pressure. I don’t live locally, but I WILL be making a trip back to see him! Y’all are lucky to have him on your team. I worked at a massage envy for 3 years & have had a million massages. He’s one of the best!

I have always had great results with Sydney. She is very knowledgeable at her profession. Along with her professionalism, she is a joy to talk to! She’s very sensitive to her clients needs. If you want to talk, she’s easy to talk to. If you don’t want to, she’s quiet. She will also adjust pressure to your liking. She’s the best!

Great experience. The massage by Caleb was amazing. He used techniques that made a great difference! Logan did my facial and was great! I have found my permanent people for future services. I’ve been a member of Massage Envy for over 10 years and the Conway location is awesome!!

Absolutely wonderful experience!! I booked for a 90 minute custom massage and it was definitely worth it!! I never knew my muscles could be so tense until going into this massage. My body feels wonderful and refreshed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Really good experience. Shanna was great, I had a huge knot on my left shoulder and she was gentle but just enough pressure and worked it out for me. Made a huge difference!!

I have only had maybe 5 professional massages. This was the best. Jodi could tell I was having problems when I walked in. And whatever magic she did with her hands made all of my pain go away. I have already been recommending her. Great work and thank you so much.

Sydney did an incredible job. I’m very picky when it comes to massages and she did great! She was very intuitive and was able to find the areas that really needed attention. She uses a firm pressure which I loved. I’ve already booked another one!

Haylee is absolutely amazing! She used the right amount of pressure and was able to tell some of the side effects from my neck being so tense like headaches without me even telling her. She’s so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend her!

I go once every four weeks and I really like the massage I get from Loren I very much recommend him for anyone wanting a firm touch to get you relaxed. I recently had Thomas as a massage therapist yesterday and had quite a good experience can definitely recommend also.
