This location would not allow me to ask for the whipped cream on my milkshakes to be on the side, nor would they allow me to purchase a separate side of whipped cream. At first the person helping me at the drive thru told me it is their policy, but then the manager on the phone almost let me purchase a side of whipped cream until he learned it was for my dog. It sounded like they were making this policy up just because they didn’t want to make an accommodation. Classen Point location happily allows me to do this all of the time! Very disappointing as a Signature member.

We haven't had issues when we drive thru, but we placed a catering order for yesterday and they couldn't get it right. When we picked up they asked if we needed any sauces, we said yes we ordered some and told them what kinds (it was also clearly listed on the receipt). They still couldn't give us the right kinds. If they can't get a simple nugget and sauce order correct for a kids birthday party, I can't imagine trusting them for a big catering order.

This location has gone downhill since they reopened after their renovation in 2020. The service used to be top notch. Now it’s mediocre at best. They get orders wrong often, and the wait time has gotten ridiculous.

Super dirty Tables, flies everywhere, (carrie) the cashier super rude attitude I ask her if she got my order she reply yes” well guess what? She didn’t, I just ask for a refund, she called the mgr who didn’t even ask what was the issue absolutely zero sympathy for customers! Love me she some chick fill it But No to this location!! Sucks cuz it’s the nearest location!! Rude employees+nasty restaurant!!! 👎🏼

Finally a great experience and it was out of town! The service is what I expected as always. Thank you for that! The best part was ordering the food the way I wanted it and not telling me that i could not make any changes to the menu! Hopefully it stays that way at all locations. We dropped in there 3 times, twice for breakfast and once for dinner. The breakfast bowl with chicken is a great hearty portion along with the breakfast burrito. The egg white chicken grill was perfect and not heavy since it was served on an English muffin. During dinner time the drive through did stack up but they kept the line moving and we spent no more than 7 mins in line. Thanks for great service!

no point of ordering a large fry just to get less than a medium. also they usually forget sauce.

I go here for breakfast and the chicken biscuits are always consistent, warm, and fresh. My last visit on memorial day they were a bit short staffed so the wait was considerably longer than normal but that's okay. It normal goes very quickly even with long lines

While I really appreciate how fast the drive thru is, our order was completely wrong. Crispy chicken instead of grilled, no salad dressing, Diet Coke instead of unsweetened missing ice tea extra ice and granola packet instead of croutons. Second order had the wrong size drink and it wasn’t Diet Coke. No sauce packets for nuggets. Bummer!

Food was good, staff was awesome. It was a little over crowded, but my complaint is simply that I don't think the product matches the prices set by the company. No fault of the location, it's a company issue. But it is one of the most over priced fast food places I've been to. The food isn't bad, it's very good, but not equivalent to what they ask you to pay.

Ordered my food 5 minutes before arriving, sat at the curbside lane and waited an extra 10 minutes. First time I ordered curbside and it took longer than if I went through the drive through. Also missing a small fry for my sons order, then It literally says no tomato on my chicken sandwhich and it was still added.

For 2 days straight, August 13 and 14, 2023, I ordered the take out 'market salad with grilled chicken' and for both days the order was 'under par'; there was very little chicken, (shaved version) and the lettuce was romaine instead of spring mix lettuce.. very disappointing! Since covid the quality of ingredients has dwindled....

Pulled through Chick-fil-A to order breakfast bacon egg cheese, biscuit meal with well-done bacon. Was told they can’t do well-done bacon because it’s a health violation🤔 as opposed to undercooked chewy bacon. Left and went to sonic where they still can give you well done bacon. That’s unfortunate Chick-fil-A. There’s a lot of folks that like well-done bacon and there’s a lot of places that will accommodate the customers who don’t like chewy bacon.
