This manager shown in picture was insanely rude to me today at the restaurant. They got my order wrong, and he wanted to charge me again for my order. He was yelling at me the entire store could hear it. It went on for at least 15 minutes. His name is Earl Robinson. he is the general store manager. He should not be working with the public. I believe he should be fired or flipping burgers instead. This entire incident was over a $1.50 breakfast sandwich. It’s a shame, since most all of the employees here are always so nice. McDonald’s needs to correct the situation quickly.

This McDonald's has went down the drain. They have an employee named Ashton, working in the kitchen, who literally hasn't had a shower in at least a year and they have employees with active covid, handling food. I would NOT give them business. The night crew have extremely nasty attitudes and refuse to wait on people at the registers. They are completely lazy and whiny about having to work.

Didn't get the order right. Overcharged me. Had to share my meal with way too many flys. The place was filthy. Both the dining room and restroom. Guess I will eat elsewhere. BEWARE is not a good place.

Service is horrible. Evey staff member aside from one dude acts as though they are slaves being forced to work from sunrise to sunset. Terrible customer service skills, terrible communication skills, but McDonald's mostly employs younger people, and the above issues are largely a product of the schools and current state of my generation, Generation Z. Aside from this though, the food and the atmosphere is wonderful. It's a shame they got rid of the old aesthetic which provided me with great childhood memories but I'm glad they kept the play area for families. I definitely recommend dining inside the restaurant, as eating inside a restaurant is always a more pleasant experience than going through the drive through. Plus if you have nowhere else to be you may as well enjoy your meal inside so that people who are on the go can get through quickly. For breakfast I highly recommend ordering their sausage biscuit and gravy and for lunch and dinner I also recommend using the app to take advantage of their excellent deals and rewards system.

Sometimes McDonald's becomes rather busy but you won't usually wait very long. The service is quick and they always seem to be friendly and helpful. The food is always fresh cooked. I can't remember a time when they made a mistake with my order. Their menu is reasonably priced for me. Food could possibly be only a little better somewhere else but for me the extra price that I have to pay elsewhere compared to everything I've mentioned about McDonald's it isn't worth going elsewhere. I've never found anything to complain about. Most of the time I'm satisfied with McDonald's food. It's good enough for me. I've never gotten sick from it.

It's McDonald's, they never get the order right, it's either missing something or most of everything you order. I ordered chicken nuggets last time and received bricks. Told them about it and they wanted to charge me for another order of nuggets! Save yourself some time and go next door to Freddy's!

My breakfast food was fresh . Biscuit was wonderful not turning hard around the edges. Nice and warm. Plus I got a second sausage biscuit for only one dollar great to share

Rude people. Every time I go through here there’s always an issue w the food or the service. Also ordered breakfast on the app 25 mins before 10:30, got there at 10:29 to pick it up and they told me no that they had already stopped serving breakfast. Now I have to wait days for a refund. Ridiculous.

Line typically pretty long but nice people. I was charged twice for same meal and missing items at My location and manager said they would not pay me back or fix it

I very rarely go inside. This place is always packed as it's the only McDonald's in our town. (Literally could use one between here and ash flat and all of them would still be packed. Lol! I usually order from app. Get points then free things. Usually a bunch of kids working. So may not get your name right but always smiling and accommodating. Never had a problem with food. But it's fast food.

I've not had fresh hot fries in over a year. I love McDonald's fries! But can only get them outside the Batesville ar location cuz they are never hot and fresh. But there not alone, lots of other locations are the same way. Their employees are lazy! They are polite, just lazy. So the food is never fresh. I'd be surprised if some jackass doesn't sue them and make millions off soggy fries! Lmao

Slowest drive through I've ever been to. Sat in line for 15min after my order was taken. Definitely poor management. Skip this McDonald's.
