Great experience! Monika is very kind and friendly and really knows a lot about skincare. I haven't had many facials and was a little nervous. She asked me at the start if I was comfortable with specific treatments and checked in with me during the facial, always explaining what she was going to do next. The best part was that I noticed a definite improvement in my skin and the benefits lasted several weeks.
