Love Thompson Dental!!! Actually look forward to my appointments. The friendliest staff ever. Hilna is the best hygienist I have ever had work on my teeth. Super friendly too. Dr. Susan is very cheerful and has a great sense of humor, almost as good as mine. :) She always explains issues and treatment plans in great detail. Each visit is like visiting great friends. Other perks. Love the educational Spear video playing in the waiting area as well as the kids play section. Makes me want to get on the floor and play too! I also love the annual Toys for Tots opportunity. I have a blast shopping for toys and appreciate the chance to give!

Initially, when I decided to pick a dentist I did some research and found Thompson Family Dentistry. I read some of the reviews and decided to give it a try. I was happy to see the office and how organized it was along with all the employees had smiles on their face. My tech Brooke was fantastic and had a very upbeat personality and was very helpful with everything that ai had to do for my initial appointment. When Dr. Ben came in, he was pretty cool, and very through with my examination and provided a detailed treatment plan. I really enjoyed picking Thompson Family Dentistry, they treat you just like you’re part of the family!

The state-of-the-art technology used for the x-rays was impressive, providing clear and precise images that Dr Ben carefully examined and explained to me in detail. The office is incredibly efficient, and the staff is wonderful! Dr Thompson came up with a plan to address multiple issues I had been putting off. These were taken care of within my first 18 months and now I’m happy to drop in for cleanings twice a year. The whole process helped me get over the anxiety of dental visits! I had another great experience at Thompson Family Dentistry this morning. Martie is wonderful! She is always very gentle and checks with me intermittently to make sure I am doing okay. She has a very kind demeanor which eases my anxiety. Dr. Ben has always been very friendly, engaging, and thorough. The administrative staff is also very friendly and willing to help when needed. Teeth Cleaning was great last week, they were able to remove some very stubborn stains. Just had a crown done today. I was super nervous at first but it went very smooth and Sharahn was a blessing, she had great customer service. Lastly, although I don’t have the best insurance, they were very easy to work with financially. I definitely recommend them 😁.
