I have had a great experience at Eleanor Health. They are very attentive to my needs and are always available if I need them.

Eleanor Health has completely changed my life! The doctors and staff there have been very accommodating and have bent over backwards to see me through my recovery! There convenient virtual appointments, friendly staff and treatment plans tailored to fit your specific needs, makes this place one of a kind. These guys really care about there patients and I would recommend this place to anyone that needs help getting back on the right path!

Eleanor is very professionally run and effectively operated. The staff are very knowledgeable, kind and compassionate caring for their patients. I would recommend 10/10 and highly recommend to any and everybody. They honestly care about each patient individually and are definitely the facility with the nicest workers. They know you by name and work even in snow storms for you!! They’re awesome :)

Called the number listed on the website to get some information and felt completely dismissed as the women who answered was extremely short with me, changed her tone negatively as the call went on and gave the impression she would rather not be talking to me as I told her the client would be self pay and she couldn't help apparently. Not only is customer support imperative for any company however it is of upmost importance in fields such as this when people are going through a hard time and are looking for guidance. Very disappointed.

I have been to a few recovery places and same results with every one except this one!! When I first started here I was under 100 lbs now I'm almost 140 lbs and improving daily. The communication and dedication this team gives you is the best top notch you can receive. I love them! They truly do care about you and your life!!

I'm trying my best to get back into this treatment center because it's by far the best I've ever attended. My only problem is they don't except self pay right now and I don't have insurance. I'm starting a new job this week so hopefully that will change because this place really helped me more than anyone ever has.

All associates of Eleanor health that I have encountered have been truly amazing even at the front desk of their office. They have all been very respectable, patient, completely kind, helpful, and inspiring thank you so much.

The therapists are Very understanding and empathetic. They listen well, and they have great insight into your issues.
