Absoulutely horrible customer service. My can fell inside of the garbage truck and it took a week to get a replacement trash can. The Office Manager claimed it was a "paper work issue" on their end and I would have a can by Thursday or Friday. I called back Monday and was promised a can in a few hours. I called them back 7hrs later. The guy on the phone said he was on the way and he lived down my way. Really? You live close by and it takes 7 days to get here. He show's up an 1:20 minutes later in a company truck wearing a polo shirt. I assume he is part of the management team and not a route guy. He rolled my can up my driveway and didnt have the decency to knock on my door. The owner of my previous trash service provider knew his customers by name. When I signed up with him, he came by the same day to deliver the can and took time to actually get to know me.

My trash is supposed to be picked up every Monday and this past Monday it wasn't picked up. I called Tuesday and was told that the person that does my route was out Monday and that they would be at to pick up that day. My trash was still sitting there Wednesday afternoon so I called again and was promised it would be picked up by the end of the day. Now it's Thursday afternoon and my trash is still there. I tried to call customer service again today but everytime I call, I get disconnected as soon as I hit option 1 to speak to someone. This will be my last 90 day term with them.

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. Ridiculous service! My garbage can has been picked up for 2 weeks and the only answer I keep getting is the route is down or delayed and they will be there tomorrow, they never show up!

I dont pay for their pick-up service. But i do take my trash there weekly and then some. I am able to dump everything there. Even old dried up paint. I have inherited a hoarded yard and without this place i wouldnt know what to do. Again..i cant speak for their trash service, just taking to the dump myself. Doing it myself is a Godsend. I have had zero issues. Even haul a neighbors trash for them biweekly.

Horrible odorous stink along Polkton/Ansonville Rd and 3 miles along Cameron Rd.

We have used Waste Connections for a year at our current address. We have had nothing but problems with our trash pick up It has been two weeks since our last trash pick up, and this is not the first time this has happened. When we call them there’s always a lame excuse given as to why the trash isn’t picked up. If I could rate them below one star I would I would never recommend this company for trash pickup, they are a sorry excuse for a sanitation company.

Rollout container at my home not picked up on the proper day at least one week out of every three. Customer service reps know nothing about what their dispatchers and drivers are actually doing. Apparently their trucks do not even have GPS.

Its a shame I can’t leave zero stars!! We have had service for over seven years! Company took our barrel after the hurricane and said it may have fallen into the truck!! We have been without a new barrel for almost three weeks now. They stated “ They were out of barrels”!!! How could you be out of barrels!! They told us to keep trash in our house and put it out the night before on curb, in bags!!!!! We live in the country and advised them they will get torn up by animals!! And they did. Also wife had to pick up trash all over yard and was bitten multiple times by the ants now covering the trash!! Called them and was essentially blown off and still no eta on a barrel or when they will pick the bags up they promised to do!!! This company has one thing to do supply trash barrels and pick them up!!!! How do you not have trash barrels in stock ready to go. Someone in management needs to be fired for failing to there job!!
