I
felt
as
if
the
food
was
a
little
more
expensive
than
other
similar
restaurants.
The
presentation
was
beautiful
as
it
looked
delicious
but
did
not
taste
as
well
as
I
had
imagined.
Others
in
my
group
felt
the
same.
The
staff
were
a
little
abrupt,
maybe
they
were
just
busy
or
short
staffed
since
this
is
a
common
theme
for
us
all
during
a
pandemic.
I
did
note
that
this
was
my
first
time
at
this
particular
location
and
had
some
questions
&
confusion
regarding
the
flow
&
area
to
pick
up
the
food
but
they
just
brushed
me
off
leaving
me
to
ask
2
different
people
the
same
question
regarding
my
pick
up.
One
staff
member
on
the
tray
line
seemed
a
little
argumentative
but
when
I
asked
about
her
day,
she
changed
her
attitude
&
tone.
Maybe
it
was
just
a
moment
but
we
got
through
it
&
all
ended
well.
Others
on
the
tray
line
were
cheerful.
My
dissatisfaction
is
that
the
okra
was
soft
and
soggy.
The
BBQ
chicken
was
dry
&
bland.
I
asked
for
extra
gravy
on
my
potatoes
but
she
just
kept
it
moving.
I
asked
twice
&
she
seemed
bothered
that
I
asked
again.
Nobody
was
really
satisfied
with
our
food
so
we
just
paid
&
told
the
staff
to
have
a
great
day.
The
jello
was
delicious!
Honestly,
I
went
for
the
chicken
livers
but
they
were
soft,
oven
baked.
I
asked
if
they
had
a
crunchier
version
even
though
they
were
oven
baked
but
they
don’t
do
special
orders
or
at
least
that
is
what
I
was
told.
