Stopped by for some seafood and steak options and they did not disappoint! Fall off the bone ribs, crab legs, cat fish all delish! Sharika and the rest of the staff fun and attentive! Will definitely be returning!!

Love the burgers.. the service is great. I don't like the hot dog cut in half. And the tea taste to strong like it's over brewed but I just have a soda.

This is no steak house by any means. This establishment is more like a run down used to be bar, turned to more like a fast food dive The ribeye was super thin, bread was an old dinner roll, salad was just lettuce and croutons and couldn't even get refills on the tea.

We each had ribeyes w red boiled potato, salad and rolls. They were absolute perfection. Tender, flavorful and melt on your mouth. Beers were some of the coldest around!

The food has not disappointed, but to be honest I've only ever got the chuck steak and potatoes everytime we go as it's that good! She has done the tenders and burger, both look promising. Really was a fun experience. It reminds me of an old Veterans hangout spot with local music and good food. We dont drink but the place has cheap beer and good food. Seems like a great combination. Staff is friendly, parking fills fast so get your spot early. Small restaurant with A LOT to offer. Beats alot of these bigger restaurants by a long shot.

We had some older family members joining us so we went early, around 430 pm. I was worried the music would be too loud for them later in the evening. There were about four other tables with diners. The music they were playing Over the speaker, radio whatever, it was was enjoyable, sixties, seventies and some eighties. We ordered one barbecue plate, two Reuben's and 2 small rib eyes. One with onion rings and one with fries. I can confirm that whoever is cooking The ribeye's knows what they're doing, they were seasoned perfectly and cooked perfectly. The only downside is that the meat was not a high-quality meat. With that being said, because they were cooked so well and seasoned so well they were still very enjoyable. Service was phenomenal.

Tonight was our first visit and we loved it! We decided to celebrate my brother in law’s birthday at a new place and they didn’t disappoint! We all ordered different meals from Ground Steak, chicken tenders, cheese burgers and rib eye steak, everything was delicious! Can’t say enough about this place! Everyone was soo friendly and attentive! Definitely recommend and will be back!

Had ate here before on previous trips to the beach, and wanted to take our friends who had never been before. Very disappointed. The food was good, however the service was not, and that unfortunately ruined the entire experience. We couldn't get refills, and then we were told they were out of A1 but there were bottles at other tables, someone in our party asked some people that were finished if we could borrow their A1, and they said absolutely, but then the server basically "jumped" on our person and said that wasn't allowed and she would get the manager which we never did see. I did submit to this restaurant my review for a chance for them to reply however never received, but yet it has been viewed. Because in all honesty I felt like the server had not been properly trained. This steakhouse is a higher end steakhouse, how do you run out of steak sauce, which how do we know if they truly had. Also, getting refills was out of the question. We waited and waited for refills. Very disappointing. And they no longer have the hamburger steak which was always very good.

Jovana was a great waitress. Very knowledgeable about what is served here at the restaurant. Never had to ask for refills and the order came out perfect, just as ordered. Overall, great place to eat. Will definitely be returning in the future.

Never been here before so we gave it a try not a normal steak house you order from a board upfront no selection at all for sides three sides.. salad made me sick on my stomach steaks came out fast they didnt look appetizing one bite i was done they pile the frys all over it so now there soggy and nasty costed me 60 dollars and didnt eat any of it i ordered it so i paid for it but il never go back it was truly nasty and im not very picky

The burgers are not too bad. They cut them for you which does make it easier to eat. Food was fresh and hot. Good place to eat.

I was on a business trip when we decided to try the Angus due to all the positive reviews. When I walked in and saw the place, I thought to myself “this is either going to be the best steak I’ve ever eaten or I’m going to regret coming here.” Not all surprisingly, it was the greatest steak I’ve ever had. I even went back a second time on the trip to make sure it wasn’t a fluke (it was just as good the second time 😂). The staff was really sweet and while the lighting was a bit dim, it had a cozy feel to it. Bottom line: I need to find a reason to go back to Hickory so I can get another one of these steaks. 😂

Stumbled upon this place one Friday night. Walked it, live music, a good amout of folks, but plenty of seating, ordered and our food came out quick.. in speaking with the owner, she is 3rd generation owner and it's one of the last places in NC you can brown bag it! Her Grandmother started the restaurant back in the 60's. Excellent Food, HIGHLY recommend...

Great place to visit, plus service is just another highlight of the place, not forgetting the excellent food. Update second visit 2 week's later was as good as the first with impressive service., Of my party of 3 I was the only one who noticed getting upset stomach fist time and very sick 2nd time around which could be a coincidence since it was nothing strange and we share each other's food. So my rating stands.

Very nice place to eat. Fun atmosphere. Had live music Friday night when we were there. We had a party of 6 everyone loved their food. Service was great beer was real cold.

Such a great dining experience! Food was amazing, flavorful, and fresh! What was even better was our waitress. Jovanna was absolutely amazing. So personable and explained the menu perfectly when she found out this is our first time dining at Angus Steakhouse. If you are in myrtle beach and are looking for good food, and even better service, definitely put this restaurant on your places to go!

We always enjoy eating here, the food never disappoints even on their most busy nights. All of the staff are always so friendly. It's definitely our go to place for a good steak!
