Dr. Nguyen made me feel comfortable right away. She asked the right questions and was very informative. She provided me with options and potential outcomes on how my body could react. In short, she has good bedside manner. She is warm and professional.

I've been a patient of Dr. Michelle Nguyen since before the pandemic. I can't say enough great things about her and her staff. She's one of the most compassionate doctors I've ever met. She's very attentive and caring and I've never felt rushed or dismissed by her. Her staff is very efficient and professional. I do feel that I'm getting personalized care before and after all my procedures. I can't recommend her enough to family and friends.

Dr Michelle Nguyen is kind, knowledgeable and empathetic. She is excellent at explaining and showing photos of complicated medical issues. Apparently, I’m not the only one who thinks so highly of her. In January, I booked the soonest available appointment, in August! I was on her waiting list for something sooner, but nothing ever became available. If you’re due for a colonoscopy in the next year, make your appointment now.

This was my first time seeing Dr. Ruel Garcia, and it was outstanding. Dr. Garcia went over my health history extensively and attentively listened to my concerns. His staff is also outstanding. I definitely recommend Dr. Garcia for your GI needs.

The appointment started on time which rarely happens at MD offices. Dr. Nguyen thoroughly explained her thought process and treatment plan, making sure I understood the next steps. There was no delay in sending prescriptions to the pharmacy. The online patient portal is easy to set up and use. The only difficulty is that Fibroscans are performed on Mondays, limiting appointment date/time options to fit my schedule. Otherwise, this was an optimal patient experience.

Dr. Michelle Nguyen and her capable staff helped reduce 90% of my disabling gastric symptoms. If you suffer, you know the kind of awful symptoms I’m talking about. The office is professional, trustworthy, and provide excellent customer service. They genuinely care about their patients. Can’t recommend enough. I’d give six stars if I could.

Friendly staff. Beautiful waiting room (I loved the plants, especially the circular air succulent frame on the wall), and no waiting time to see the doctor. Dr. Nguyen is amazing!
