My experience at Solo Hair Design was amazing! Sandy was super responsive and accommodating setting up my haircut appointment. I had a lot of questions regarding my scalp as well as how to keep my hair healthy and she answered all of them! She is a super professional and knowledgeable hairstylist. I showed her a picture of the haircut I wanted and she made it even better! I am super impressed with her work. She is super welcoming and warm. I am super happy with the results and can’t wait for my next appointment. Will be recommending this place to everyone!!

I found myself in need of a last minute cut and style before a wedding and when I called the salon, Sandy (the owner) offered to open her salon an hour early just to accommodate! She took the time to listen to what I wanted, offer suggestions, and explain her vision to me. All the products she used were also described including their benefits. Not a single question I asked was left unanswered! Not to mention all the compliments I got at the wedding :) I'm so pleased with the results and I can say this salon's positive reputation is well-deserved with its fantastic customer service and talented staff!

Sandy is a very skillful and meticulous hairstylist. She will not treat you as just another customer, instead she will always take her time to carefully understand you and what you desire in order to help bring you as close as she can to your ideal haircut. When cutting hair she really focuses in on each and every factor in order to best personalize/adapt the hairstyle. The salon environment is also very calm, clean, and best of all it really quite private, so there's far less distractions and interruptions than the average salon. For my haircut Sandy used a used a razor creating very nice texture throughout with lots of layers, she also cut it to the right the length and proportions that we agreed upon. I think the haircut looked great immediately but even better through the weeks/months of growth. Highly satisfied and impressed!

I was really struggling to get a nice and manageable cut for my curly hair. Thank god I found Sandy !! I went to her after reading all the good reviews and she did not disappoint. Prior to my visit to Solo Hair Design, I admit I was a bit suspicious about the perfect 5 star reviews rating on Google. However, I can confidently say that it is well warranted and could be 6 stars if the option was available. Sandy goes above and beyond in what she does. It was my first time receiving a hair consultation and Sandy took the time to carefully explain potential hairstyles that suited my lifestyle. The hairstyle we ended up going with has already gotten me several compliments in real life. In addition, she truly makes you feel at home throughout the entire process and treats you like a friend instead of simply a client. I look forward to going back!

1st time going here and I was happy with the results. It's so hard finding a hairstylist that actually listens to you and delivers. Sandy is so knowledgeable about your scalp care and styling your hair. I left feeling amazing especially after having a scalp treatment done prior to my cut. Sandy did an amazing job on my haircut better than any other stylist before. She asked many questions on my preferences and was very knowledgeable about my hair. She was very thorough in examining the health of my scalp and gave excellent advice. She listened to my concerns and cut and styled my hair just the way I wanted.

Will be coming back forever now. I have sever psoriasis and she had products that were perfect for my scalp. She understood the haircut I wanted (shag/wolf cut) even though I just walked in for a trim because nobody else ever knows what I mean even with pictures. She was absolutely warm and extremely informative. You can tell she takes a lot of pride in her craft. Highly highly recommend her, she’s more than affordable for the service she provides. I am excited to come back in a couple of months!!

I really loved my time here from start to finish!!! Sandy was so affirming and helpful in my journey to cut my very LONG but unhealthy hair. I have veryyy thick curly hair that was damaged toward the bottom with lots of breakage. Sandy not only gave me an exceptional ‘curly cut’ so I could embrace my curls, but also provided exceptional hair care education to me! I really appreciated her attention to detail and personalized, customer-centered approach. Her level of experience spoke for itself! Many people are unable to work with curly hair and especially when it’s THICK like mine. Sandy made me feel so welcome and understood. She also called to check on me post-haircut! Wow! The best haircut I have ever gotten! Got my hair cut and styled by Ken, and I loved how he took time to get to know my hair! I would definitely recommend, especially for those with hair that stylists never seem to cut right.

I LOVE this hair salon. I was getting married later in the day and didn't plan my hair. I stopped by there to get a shampoo and blowout. I get my hair highlighted and I do keratin, but I still have trouble with my hair. It doesn't always look super healthy because it's thin and I do all of these things to make it look better which most likely is not healthy for it. The salon owner ( I believe she's the owner) gave me the best hair cut and blow out. It made my hair look healthier and thicker and it looked great for the wedding. She also showed did a treatment and showed me how to do it at home and educated me on what to do with my hair to stop it from thinning and become more healthy. She then called me a week later to see how I liked my hair and to answer some questions. She told me if I had any questions to call anytime and she is going to slowly keep adding to my hair regiment to help make my hair better and better. If you are someone who wants to not only get a really great hair cut and blow out, but to also learn about how to make your hair better please go to this salon! It's an amazing place:)!

Sandy has taken her profession to a whole other level by truly knowing and understanding your hair type and giving the best cut and style for it. I booked an appointment at Solo Hair Design for a haircut, and it was the best decision ever! I was going short and had a lot of questions and concerns about it. Sandy addressed all of my concerns patiently and designed the bob according to my hair texture, face cut, and the density of my hair on different parts of the scalp (my hair falls flat on the top and is dense from the back, so she balanced the weight by equally distributing it throughout). She not only kept me on board during the entire process but also guided me on how to take care of my hair and scalp. Sandy put a lot of hard work into my haircut! She did not rush through it and gave it so much time. I could see her taking care of every single hair strand, making sure the haircut was absolute perfection! And the outcome was beyond what I could have imagined! I love it! I enjoy playing around with my short bob with different textures, and the best part is that it sits perfectly on my face, even if I simply air-dry it! How amazing is that?
