I’ve
been
here
once
for
a
trim
and
root
touch
up
because
the
person
who
usually
does
my
hair
doesn't
work
anymore…
I
was
always
happy
with
her
work
and
I
saw
this
place
had
good
reviews
and
gave
it
a
shot.
Unfortunately
I
ended
up
not
loving
my
hair
so
I
asked
for
a
correction-
and
they
basically
agreed
to
do
it
but
then
failed
to
mention
that
the
whole
process
will
cost
me
an
extra
$150
/
hour
and
they
don’t
know
how
long
it
will
take;
when
I
already
paid
around
$300
the
first
time.
I’m
not
spending
upwards
of
$500
at
your
salon
if
I’m
not
happy
with
your
work
..
So
I
asked
to
talk
to
the
manager
(Alex)
and
she
was
not
understanding
a
word
I
was
saying
and
was
super
rude.
She
basically
just
goes
byeeee
and
then
hangs
up.
I’m
sorry
-
are
we
in
high
school
?
If
you’re
literally
the
owner
of
a
salon
you
can
probably
be
a
little
more
understanding
or
speak
a
little
bit
more
professionally.
I’m
the
one
spending
money
at
your
useless
salon
right
?
LOLL
Not
getting
any
sort
of
refund
and
I
hate
my
color
and
my
haircut
so
now
I’ll
wait
until
it
grows
out
and
get
it
done
literally
anywhere
else.
