We took our 1 year old and 6 year old to this location. It was a Saturday around 1pm. There was a party in a room and then there was 8 children just there to play. What we didn't know was that there was a 35 minute limit for each room (2 rooms) that had inflatables, worn out blocks, plastic animals that can be ridden on and they packed one of the rooms with balloons. They also had a few arcade items. The children had fun and it wasn't congested (possibly because of other competitive places like Kids Empire, Urban Air or trampoline park). In any case. The venue is deceit. I just hated the time limit.

I had my sons birthday 2 years in a row. They love it and it’s stress free for me. The hosts take cake of the timing, any extras like piñata and cleaning up. The kids have a blast jumping in the 2 rooms. They also loved the character add on.

Really awesome for kids birthday. Well organized function by the Pump it up Rosella Park staff. Food preparation standard should go up.

This was my first time at Pump it up and it was a great time! We went for a birthday party and upon entering the front desk staff was helpful with signing the waivers and checking us into the system. We were then walked to the party area that our family was in. The area had 3 separate bounce areas for kids to play in which was awesome. There was music playing and arcade games as well for additional entertainment. We stayed in that room for a while and then we went to the next room where there was about 3 more bounce houses and more arcade games to play with. I loved that each room had activities for children of all ages. The bounce houses were inclusive and there were hula hoops, soft foam play blocks for smaller children etc. The party hosts were really engaged and friendly. The pizza was good too. I would return here 10/10!

The party was amazing! The hosts were very accommodating. Very organized. They made sure the kids had a great time. Great fun! Great food! Great music! Great hosts! I would definitely recommend Pump It Up for your kids party. All I had to do was show up sign in and they took care of the rest.

I was not very satisfied with the way the facility managed my son's birthday party in the first week of September. Even though the place overall is suited well for big parties, there were numerous issues with how things were handled. My primary concern was that the lunch catering included meat, even though we had explicitly mentioned that the entire party should be vegetarian. The registration process for each guest and the tedious procedures at the kiosks were cumbersome. Additionally, the balloon drop and bash for which they charged extra did not include any games with the balloons. I also had to follow up twice for the party photo package, which turned out to have low-quality pictures taken by the team. I'm giving 2 stars primarily for the infrastructure and cleanliness. However, many aspects need improvement. I hope they raise their standards and take people's personal food choices more seriously in the future

Had my sons 3rd birthday party here and have been to others birthday parties as well. Truly the best place for birthday parties! Highly recommend adding the ninja room it was so great for all ages! The staff does everything for you from beginning to end, it was stress free and I could truly just enjoy the time with my son without having to worry about decorating, food etc. thank you to all of staff! It was so fun.

My kids really enjoyed it. The excitement and energy at such places make for unforgettable experiences. Whether it's bouncing on inflatables, playing games, or having fun with friends, Pump It Up provides a great environment for kids to create lasting memories. We just celebrated my daughter’s birthday here, and it was great! Everyone was happy. The kids had a blast on the inflatables, and the parents kept telling me what a nice place we chose and how the staff actually play with the children. We added the balloon drop to our package, and it was super exciting for the kids! They made the arena glow in the dark after the balloons came down, which was a nice touch we didn’t expect. They also added a little dance party of two to three songs during our party time, which we weren’t expecting either. The kids had so much fun dancing together! My only complaint is the music. Our age group was about 2-16 years old, and the songs they were playing were from a kids party playlist, but the lyrics weren’t clean and included curses. We had to ask them to play more age appropriate songs several times, but either way, I still give them 5 stars. They were very accommodating, kept us informed and did check-ins as to what was coming next, consulted with us for approval on certain things, and were generally very involved. It was a total hit! A big thank you to the team at Pump It Up! You guys made my little girl’s birthday epic!

The party was so perfect! All of the people who helped during the party were amazing and made sure everything ran smoothly. My daughter had an amazing time and I didn't have to bring anything! Pump it Up took care of it all! They made her feel so special for her birthday.

We did have a blast at the party. They were pretty organized, they watched the younger ones and entertained all kids - very happy with the service. They were fast, adjusted the volume when we requested and everyone had fun. I'll give them 5 starts when they declutter the rooms a bit, improve lighting and change their carpet 😅. Otherwise: Best party place around! (for reference: kids were 2-6 yo)

First, let me say don't go off the bad reviews you have to experience. Pump it Up for yourself. I threw my son's 7th party here, and it was a BLAST!!!! The staff was AMAZING; I would do it again because of them. Cons: communication should be better. No matter how many times I called because I had a question, no one answered the phone. The week of the party, someone will reach out. If you are someone that plans ahead, doesn't really work.

I attended a party here. It was fun. The idea of this place is interesting. You get to play with your party & only your party. Every 30 minutes you switch rooms and your belongings get carted with you. At the end you are brought to eat and celebrate in a special birthday room. It was fun and cute. MUCH BETTER than those free for all play places, what a nightmare. The floor was a little sticky and that bothered me a bit. I know they are constantly moving and rotating parties but, I feel like someone should be on quick cleaning and spraying duty...

I decided to celebrate my daughter 8th birthday try something new and all the kids had a great time. I felt like a kid there. Great timing the pump it up team were great with communication and working together to keep it fun.

Great place to celebrate a birthday party, just a few things, that I wish could change, for example my son wanted and needed help climbing some of the inflatables, and we were told “no adults allowed but, if you child needs help then one of the workers can help him and go down the slide with him,” but, that’s would be the same if it were my husband to do it, they said no he can’t but if we sign a waiver for all the adults we know the risks, and sign off on them. So why can’t I help my own child instead of another adult and stranger on top of that. That’s the only reason I can’t give this place a 5 star. Bathrooms didn’t have toilet paper. And the rooms for the cake time, were completely hot inside. Everyone was sweating. Kids were very uncomfortable.
