What a great time we had!! Simone and Erick were fantastic to deal with…they worked hard to find me the exact watch I wanted. Watch is absolutely fantastic and service was impeccable. The experience in the store was a memorable one, and one I will never forget!

From the moment we walked in to the Short Hills Breitling we felt at home. The customer service blew us away and Simone took her time helping me find my wedding day watch. After choosing the GMT Chronomat we came back in to have it sized for the perfect fit. We forgot to make an appointment and they still accommodated us despite being busy on a Saturday. Stephanie was friendly, patient and we couldn’t have gotten a better fit. Even though we live closer to Manhattan it was well worth the trip to this store.

I called prior to coming per the websites recommendation and was greeted by Simone on the phone. She confirmed the item I was looking for was in stock and asked for my info. Soon after I received a confirmation text and additional information regarding the item I was searching for. I arrived a few hours later and received a warm welcome. She remembered my name and the item and showed my some additional options. Great customer service from Simone. I felt like I made a friend. She was very informative as I was a first time customer to the brand. And she even gift wrapped my purchase and provided me with a birthday card (as I'm gifting it to someone). I can definitely see myself shopping with Simone in the future.

Simone at Breitling Short Hills was professional, courteous and knowledgeable of all her inventory. She was patient and allowed me to be comfortable with my purchase which led me to be ecstatic with my selection. We had a wonderful experience at the Breitling Boutique in the Short Hills Mall. We are celebrating our 30th Wedding Anniversary and wished to purchase a Navitimer as part of the celebration. Simone and her colleagues were phenomenal to work with, answered all our questions and spent the time to make sure we left with the perfect watch. The staff there are so personable and knowledgeable. Great experience purchasing my first nice watch at the Breitling boutique at Short Hills. Stephanie was awesome and was extremely helpful as soon as I walked in the door. And someone else that works there looks just like Halle Berry.

One of the best shopping experiences we have had is at Breitling store, Short Hills mall. Every time we go to this store, everyone there is so friendly and nice and non-judgmental. We have tried and tried watches here for the past year, and after our 3rd or 4th visit we bought watches today. Simone is so patience and funny.. This Breitling Store has a wide collection of watches and the ambiance is inviting and stylish. The Store Director James and Simone are so fun to shop with. They made our day!
