    I ordered a crossbody purse on Groupon from them and on 2nd day front zipper broke. I have sent several emails with no reply from company. It states 14 day return and you can’t return until hearing back from company. Originally I wanted an exchange but now how I get no reply from this company with horrible customer service I just want a refund. I’m probably going to have to call my bank as I can’t get in touch here

    I ordered a band for my Apple Watch and they shipped me the wrong color. Now, I can’t get in contact with them to exchange it. Horrible business. Please don’t order anything off line from them!

    I ordered two crossbody bags August 16, 2022 and the tracking from DHL shows it as: "EN ROUTE TO DHL ECOMMEREC DISTRIBUTION CENTER OR AWAITING PROCESSING” from Aug 16, 2022 3:11 PM EDT" No one will answer my inquiries regarding it and I'm ready to contact my credit card company. This is OUTRAGEOUS!

    You know those people that buy and resell pandemic items? Welp.. this was one of them. Selling rapid tests for triple the cost via Groupon. Guess when you can't rip people off on jewelry you find other ways.
