Totally
disappointed
with
this
florist
and
not
certain
how
the
folks
that
have
given
them
5-Star
reviews
were
thinking!
Perhaps
they
were
friends,
who
knows,
but
they
definitely
are
a
1
star
rated
florist.
I
ordered
the
Fashionista
Arrangement
online
on
Weds.,
Feb.
2,
2022
for
delivery
the
following
day.
At
10:08
am
Thurs.,
Feb.
3rd,
I
called
them
to
verify
receipt
of
online
order.
I
spoke
to
a
Spanish
older
gentleman
who
confirmed
that
the
order
was
received
and
that
it'd
be
delivered
by
2:30
pm
the
latest.
I
explained
to
him
that
it
was
my
mother's
birthday
and
that
it
was
a
very
special
occasion
and
wanted
to
ensure
all
was
well;
he
again,
confirmed.
I
called
at
3:45
pm
because
the
flowers
had
yet
to
be
delivered
and
spoke
to
the
same
older
gentleman
who
put
me
on
hold
and
contacted
the
driver.
The
older
gentleman
returned
to
our
call
and
advised
that
driver
stated
since
it
was
raining
there
was
ALOT
of
traffic
in
Belleville
(mind
you,
they're
in
Nutley
and
the
delivery
address
was
Belleville;
a
mere
1.6
miles
which
is
5
minute
drive
as
per
Google
maps)
caused
the
delay.
The
flowers
arrived
at
4:15
pm.
Below
on
the
left
is
what
I
ordered
and
on
the
right,
is
what
I
received!
On
top
of
that,
some
of
the
flowers
were
already
wilted
and
let
me
just
say,
it
was
an
embarrassment
to
deliver
a
flower
arrangement
in
that
condition.
Now,
with
any
florist,
I
know
and
expect
that
the
flower
arrangement
will
not
be
exactly
as
it
is
online,
but
it
looks
like
there
was
absolutely
no
attempt
to
make
it
look
similar
to
what's
online
at
all.
I
called
the
florist
again
upon
receiving
the
picture
from
my
sister
(I
live
in
NY)
of
what
was
delivered
and
they
would
not
answer
and
had
to
leave
a
voicemail
message
informing
them
of
my
dissatisfaction
with
the
arrangement
and
requested
a
refund
or
at
least
an
attempt
on
their
part
to
right
the
wrong;
by
this
time
they
knew
my
number
already
so
they
did
not
pick
up.
I
had
my
sisters
contact
them
from
their
phones,
and
THEY
PICKED
UP!
They
said
that
the
arrangement
that
was
prepared
and
delivered
indeed
looked
like
what
I
ordered;
at
that
point,
my
sister
reiterated
my
directions
to
pick
the
flowers
back
up
and
issue
a
refund
as
I
was
already
in
contact
with
my
bank
to
dispute
the
charge.
They
said
they'd
pick
it
up
and
that
it
would
take
two
days
for
my
refund
to
be
issued.
THIS
FLORIST
IS
A
TOTAL
DISAPPOINTMENT
AND
THEY
DO
NOT
CARE
FOR
THEIR
CUSTOMERS.
I'D
DEFINITELY
NEVER
RECOMMEND
THEM
TO
ANYONE.
