Nice to see a Gong Cha in Union now! Tapioca (boba) was consistent with how you might expect from Gong Cha as well which has been part of why I like their franchise. Their location is at a small strip mall area with plenty of parking. Inside they have a few stand up tables. Staff was pleasant and efficient. Thanks!

Super clean inside since this spot just opened. The staff is friendly and helpful. The milk foam dirty brown sugar tea is great. Plenty of options on the menu and it's cool that you're able to modify the drink anyway you want to. The only knock against this place is that it's too expensive. $8 for the smallest size is crazy. It's just milk tea & pearls!

Passing by on Morris Ave I kept seeing Gong Cha. My go to bubble tea place is a bit further away so finally decided to give it a try. The staff was helpful and patient as they offered a lot of specialty drinks that were very interesting looking. There was only one table inside so it is mostly for take out but it wasn’t a problem as it was a nice day. The bubble teas were a bit sweet for my personal taste but my daughter loved it. Quick service as well. Perfect place to stop on your way to or from an activity to grab a fast and tasty bubble tea with some unique flavors!

To kick things off, let me tell you, the bubble teas at this place are absolutely phenomenal! The customer service is top-notch, always quick and outstanding. I can't get enough of their taro milk boba—it's hands down my favorite! If you're in the mood for some delightful bubble tea, this place comes highly recommended. However, a minor drawback is the lack of seating available for customers to comfortably wait for their orders or simply relax and enjoy their boba. It can be a bit inconvenient to stand around while waiting.

I just love Gong Cha tea, the creme brulee. Always have to come to Jersey for some as they don't have a store close to my location. Please come to Orlando already 🤤. The Union location doesn't have a sitting area but we did use the window ledge and dined in.

First time trying the place and I loved it! The customer service was great and the teas were delicious. My daughter tried the mango green tea with the mango pearls and I tried the passionfruit green tea and the peach green tea. All of them were great!!

Barista with curly hair was very rude when my order came back and accused me of ordering it incorrectly. A small simple fix be made into a scene. I spoke calmly and even tipped prior to the matter. As remaking the drinks he snatches the curtain back and talks about me to the other baristas as if I wouldn’t hear over a cloth curtain. I’m used to the Gongcha’s in Maryland but micro aggressions at this location I will not go again.

Don’t waste your time! Take a drive to Edison for better service this place is run by individual with horrible customer service & they don’t listen to your request. 30% doesn’t mean 100% && neither does light ice mean all ice!!! Taking my business elsewhere. This was my third time is a charm try & failed. Train your employees more effectively!!

Love this Place always order from here Like Once or Twice. Never stepped food in the Place, I always ordered uber my order even I love 5 mins away. Thanks you Guys for the Mango Milk Slush with strawberry Heart Jelly!!
