I recently visited Five Guys and was thoroughly disappointed by my experience. Right from the outset, the staff's nonchalant attitude towards customers set a poor tone. What particularly caught my attention was the lack of personal hygiene, especially the staff's unkempt fingernails, which was off-putting. The cleanliness of the establishment left much to be desired. The soda and condiment area was swarming with gnats, creating a very unhygienic environment. This was further compounded by the state of the bathrooms, which were nothing short of disgusting. To make matters worse, the tables were dirty and created an unwelcoming atmosphere for dining. It's clear that there's a severe lack of attention to cleanliness and customer service, which reflects poorly on the management. The owners need to take a more active role in overseeing the operations and ensuring basic standards are met. Unfortunately, my experience was so unpleasant that I ended up throwing out my food and leaving the restaurant. It felt like I had just donated $18 to a place that doesn't value its customers or their dining experience. This visit was a total letdown and has discouraged me from returning in the future.

Love this place. They overloadwith fries and they take custom request when you place a delivery.

I wish no stars was available to place a review. The fact they got our order wrong wasn't the problem, it was them ridiculing us for coming to them to correct the bacon they left off of 4 burgers. On our way out they laughed and yelled,"oh you're leaving? Thank God!" I stood there to let them know that I heard them and they stopped when they realized that I will stand up for my family and me. I mean I had a 6 year old with me too- like really?! You are going to conduct yourself like that in a business and in front of customers and children? I am very very disappointed and dissatisfied with this place and will NEVER GO TO ANY 5 GUYS EVER AGAIN IN MY LIFE.

There is always a wait for takeout orders because they bag the fries fresh right before pick up. Consistent quality. Shakes take even longer. Good option if you are craving burgers and want them fast.

The burger was dry and the fries were raw. Train your employees. It took them 10 minutes to give out 2 burgers and 1 little fries.

The staff were pleasant and efficient!! The burger was deeeeelishous! I enjoyed every bite. I got peanuts which completed the meal. Love it! Will be back soon!

Great first five guys experience! Everything I hoped for from Five Guys. Solid burgers, free peanuts, cold beverages, and fresh cut fries. Only critiques are I ordered a large fries and I was expecting it to be bigger but its still a good amount. Then when I ordered another fries I asked for well done but it didn't seem much different

Food was delivered in a somewhat timely manner. the food is cooked while I'm there and it was very hot and it tasted like it was supposed to. The location is small but very busy so overall they do a good job.

Five Guys has the best Bacon Double Cheeseburgers. Got large fries 4 us both. Shakes could've been larger. Overall, we were happy.

I guess when it comes to a tourist experience this is not the best place to go. No meals, no plates (all in the same bag), pricy, meat was not something outta this world, and bread fell off constantly so you end up needing utensils and it's all messy bc there's no plate. Just disappointing.

Five guys is great although the prices seem to have doubled. A small cheeseburger and a regular cheeseburger with sautéed onions, small fries and a small vanilla shake was like $35 bucks. Food is great and so is the service but to sit and eat there is not one of my favorite things to do—what with all the shouting among the workers about who’s here for pickup and yelling the order to the others doesn’t make it very enjoyable to sit in and eat. But the food is GREAT. That’s what’s important.

We got in right before closing, and the staff was still super friendly and got us our food really quickly! Always enjoy Five Guy's food, and this run was no exception. I would definitely recommend hitting these guys up if you're in the area!

The food was amazing but the wait time was a while. The free peanuts were also super good. The only thing is there was not a lot of napkins in the bag.

Always love Five Guys! The staff at this location is very friendly and respectful. Food is excellent as always (compared to the usual fast food).

The burger was good was just there for lunch, but the two young guys running the whole place top shelf.. both very polite and efficient and focused on their jobs very rare to see.. pleasure going in there guys you’re doing a great job. Thank you.

In the summer of 2022, I experienced diarrhea after consuming my meal from here, reported it and the manager (?) said I would be getting a gift card or something as compensation in the mail. It never came. Now as recently as a few weeks ago, I got a burger that was raw in the middle, sent in a complaint. Heard nothing of it and followed up and the agent said the location had sent a gift card out… never got it. Why lie? The manager (?) emailed me and I asked for a refund and never got a response back. What a shady location.

Excellent service! Employees were friendly and fast! The restaurant was clean and the food was delicious!

Burger was fantastic. Fries even though fresh were either soggy or undercooked. There were a lot of them though. Freestyle machine out of a lot of choices. But the biggest issue was 25 minute wait with almost no customers after ordering on app.

We were served cold, stale burgers, and cold, stale fries. There also was a lot of chaos and confusion, as our friend's receipt didn't print and we had to ask for the milkshake we ordered. Avoid this place at all costs.

Great food. Cajun Fries are the best. Also got a orea milkshake that was really excellent. Servers were kind and patient while we made our decision. Picking up process was fairly simple. Overall a good location to get some good ole food to eat

Try the Bun-less burger wrapped in lettuce for a gluten free option... its delicious

I love this place! They got me my burger quickly and it was so delicious! Not to mention the fries. They give you extra and they are nice and hot Come here and you will be very pleased

A burger, fries and a shake is $20. The fries are more than enough to fill you up because they give you a lot. I got a cheeseburger with grilled onions, mushrooms, lettuce and ketchup, you can select up to 13 add ons to your burger at no extra cost. This is a real beef burger that's cooked perfectly along with a toasted bun. I got a strawberry banana and peanut butter milkshake which had small pieces of the fruits. I've tried the regular and the little burger and I'll always get the smaller burger and fries because I definitely was still full and I didn't finish all my fries or shake. I've tried regular and Cajun fries, I'll stick with regular, the Cajun fries are regular fries with regular Cajun seasoning, they weren't nasty but they weren't good. I'll definitely return.

Bought large fries and it fed 3 people 2x! Awesome. Fries were cooked and seasoned nicely. Good Job Five Guys!! I will definitely be back for seconds!!

This is definitely my favorite Food for sure A double cheese burger with every thing and a hotdog with cheese and bacon along with a side of A1 sauce and hot sauce is just unstoppable.

Always a decent, well-priced meal option. And this locations staff works incredibly hard with a positive attitude. Love stopping here when we need a quick bite.
