Oryder taker was great, as she explained the menu because I wasn't familiar with the items. But something went wrong in preparation and the chicken was missing in the BBQ chicken salad. They added chicken on request. One-off error happens, but it deserves a lower star this time. The overall ambience was great.

Had the cheddar broccoli soup I guess I was giving the last bit because there wasn't any broccoli, not sure what else goes in it but that wasn't there neither , just tiny specks of the broccoli head , I basically had cheddar soup smh If I had something other than cheese it probably would have been good idk

I frequent this Panera Bread but not anymore! I selected the Tuna salad sandwich & Tomato soup (Duet Deal). I asked the cashier to put the Tuna salad on regular white bread which is usually no problem and I had a tooth ache and I didn't want any tough bread. The manager (Lynn) stated "you can't change the bread" which I was taken aback as the menu doesn't state what bread the Tuna salad comes with anyway. I didn't ask them to change the soup or anything over the top but not everyone likes certain types of breads. The least she could have done was to accommodate a customer with something so minor as two pieces of bread on their sandwich. I left over the principles of the situation and I hope others voice their disapproval of these type of tactics used at this particular Panera Bread in Watchung, NJ.

I loved Panera when it first opened but ,as with many restaurants, the portions keep shrinking and the ingredients cheapen. Took a lesson from McDonalds I suppose...sad.

My favorite food joint place. They have awesome salads and sandwiches. I always go autumn squash soup when it is available.

Seating is nice for doing work but the food quality isn't great for the price. The 6.50 bagel I ordered was tiny and they didn't even spread the cream cheese over it.

My family and I love Panera, and have always had great experiences with other bakery locations. We have ordered from this bakery three times, and each time the order is incomplete. This is after having the staff double check on orders two and three. I think the takeout side needs attention from the management, before customer traffic starts avoiding them and moves to the multitude of other local offerings. The food that you end up with is still great, I'm looking forward to receiving a complete order the next time.

Pleasant stop with a variety of food choices for the family. Scrumptious Mexican corn chowder, filling Turkey BLT with avocado, and fresh veggie sandwich with Greek salad. Friendly service and quickly made. Clean inside with plenty of space.

I ordered a chicken and wild rice soup yesterday 12/2/22. The soup was delicious , however upon waking up at midnight to go to bathroom, my mouth felt tingly, I looked in mirror and my tongue was very swollen on the left side. I panicked as I’ve never had a food allergy in my life. I’ve also had this soup from here before with no issues. Maybe there was a different spice in it that caused Thai reaction. I took Benadryl and the swelling seems to have gone down a little, it makes me feel like I have a lisp when I speak. I’ll take Benadryl again in a few hours. What a scary experience.

We always seem to have some challenges at this Panera Bread. Food takes a while to be ready for pickup from online orders. I was not impressed with their new sandwich (Chefs Chicken Sandwich) and this site has a pretty outdated decor/dining room area, as compared to other Panera Bread locations we have been to, in New Jersey.

Great food! Although last time I arrived for breakfast at 10:30 am the young boy that worked there said there was no more breakfast. Kinda disappointing so me and my family left. Overall it’s yummy.

Very expensive. Used to be a be fan of the chicken salad until they shrunk the size and put less chicken. Love there grilled chicken sandwich especially the sauce. However its just not worth the price. There bakery is always fresh I recommend the bagels and chocolate chippers.

Courteous and fast service here. The restaurant is always clean and the baked goods are displayed in an appetizing way. There is a large parking lot, with a handicapped entryway and there are plenty of tables and seats provided. Great location for a quick bite before or after shopping in the area.

Typical to most Panera restaurants. This one was clean and had fast service. The food was on par with other Panera’s. Great place to grab a quick bite to eat that doesn’t taste like typical fast food.

I ordered a creamy broccoli cheese soup and a smoked bbq chicken sandwich. Delicious. Fast service to go. They also have space to eat outside. Or curbside pickup.

Enjoyed the smoke Turkey sandwich plus my son ordered same except wanted on hard role, staff were friendly and very patient in allowing us in ordering our food.

The ambiance and structure is like most Panera restaurants however when first stepping into this location is was open-spaced with three order tablets. The two cashier staff were very friendly and polite -- offering smiles and 'have a nice day'. The service was fast and the server was friendly and kind-hearted. I ordered a seasonal greens salad with balsamic and greek dressings.

Food was good, service at the cash register was great...but the staff that is in the kitchen were CONSTANTLY talking over, directly over the food.... Makes you think 🤔 how much spit is falling into your food.

This Panera Bread location is pretty popular, I recommend ordering online/ordering ahead, they usually get your order ready within 10-15 minutes which is pretty good. Creamy cheddar broccoli soup is my go-to which I highly recommend. The store itself is well stocked and kept neat for a popular location, and the staff is friendly and attentive.
