    I recently purchased a pre owned volvo certified s90 from this dealer. They told me so many lies about the vehicle before I purchase. (About car mileage, scratches, repairs, CARFAX reports, service history, ……) and they were really upset with my questions. Once bringing the vehicle to my home, I noticed two issues which were mentioned below. 1. I saw there is a cover under the back bumper which came out of the bumper and its hanging, which is a big safety concern as it has a lot of wires which can short circuit the vehicle and can be damaged even when rain falls or if I take for a car wash, which I reported to the dealer. 2. There was a small crack on the steering, which can injure the driver when driving the car, which is again a safety concern which I reported to the dealer. Response from dealer: As the vehicle is purchased as pre owned, they don’t take any responsibility whatsoever. What I don’t understand is if the vehicle is volvo certified pre owned, how come they didn’t check the issues which I noticed, or they are trying to scam me by using a well known brand name VOLVO. I heard a lot about Volvo history and I choose to buy this vehicle for its REPUTATION. But the dealer how they treated me, the way they certified the vehicle as VOLVO CERTIFIED, the safety concerns which didn’t address and fix, makes me think that this is how a Volvo certified buyer is treated, and he and his vehicle is not a part of volvo family, and left alone. I didn’t expect that VOLVO does this with its customers. THE LEVEL OF DISRESPECT IS INSANE. (they just treated like sh*t) EVEN IF A BUYER PURCHASES A VOLVO CERTIFIED PRE OWNED VEHICLE, he should still be a part of VOLVO family, and treated with respect.

    Zero Stars!!! This is my first ever Zero 🌟 review. I would not be generous for giving even a Single star to this place because of the Incompetent Service Department! I brought my Fleet XC90 Volvo that I just picked up brand new few months ago to the service department few days ago for Passenger side air bag sign. I understand that technology can go wrong so no worries about they but I witnessed complete incompetence and no regard to the time of customer. I guy.. I think his name is Noonez made me wait for 3 hours before informing me that he can’t fix it today and won’t be able to provide a loaner since this is a fleet car. I was dropped off by their taxi service at my home and was Informed to wait for a call. Today (July 7, 2022) I came to pick up and was presented with a dirty car as if someone had used it for the weekend. I went inside a questioned this with an Older gentleman with glasses at the service department but he informed me that this car has been cleaned despite me showing him the car is dirty. Without saying a word or apology, went inside as if he does not care at all. Totally unacceptable! I am posting this long message to share that Volvo brand could a good one but bad service experience ruins that good driving experience. If anyone at Volvo care a little, I will expect a courtesy call from a manager. Although, I am not holding my breadth.

    Unlike most other dealerships where the sales is better than the service, the Service team at Volvo Bridgewater is amazing. They stay on top of things and ensure the customer is taken care of. I was stuck locked out- with the key not detected - Carl from the service team was very helpful, he called back and helped me through the process, and once the car was towed over, he ensured he gave me a courtesy vehicle since they were not able to get to the car on the same day. Great Service Experience, even though getting stuck was annoying.

    I've purchased new cars here twice. I can tell you all the staff in service and sales have constantly gone way beyond my expectations. They are all very pleasant and go out of thier way to see that thier clients are very happy and without waiting for a long time. Everyone has always been super friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Bridgewater Volvo to all my family and friends.

    Just purchased my 3rd car at this dealership and couldn’t be more pleased. Staff is very professional. Rich Cioffi is so much more than a salesman - he is super knowledgeable, flexible, responsive and easy to work with. Bill Wallace has a wealth of expertise and plenty of patience. Jose in Finance is very pleasant and efficient. Our entire experience has really been exceptional. I will buy my next car here!

    I have had three services at Bridgewater Volvo. Up until this point they have been great in customer service, but this one was definitely different. I came in for a scheduled appointment to have my oil changed and windshield wipers changed. I had confirmed this on the phone when making the appointment. They asked me to stay, where as they usually supplied a loaner vehicle. I asked and they said no - it wouldn't take more than an hour and requested that I stay. I arrived the day of the appointment 10 minutes early. I reviewed the appointment requests and they did not have the windshield wipers on the request, even though the associate assured me they did. The sales associate I checked in with assured me it would only take an hour. An hour and a half later I asked the front desk associate if she could check on the status of my car, as I needed to get back to work. A bit later, the other associate came up and said I need my tires balanced and rotated. I asked how long and she said another half hour. I agreed, since I'm 38 weeks pregnant and am not sure when I will be back. The whole point is - if you aren't going to offer the vehicle loaner you have always offered for those of us who work, please keep us in the loop on the status of our car, especially when it is going to go over an hour past when you 'promised' it would be done. It is very unprofessional and not appreciated at all.

Carl and the Service Center team are equally awesome and honest with the work required on my vehicles. GET THE WHEEL PROTECTION, ALWAYS!

    I took my car to volvo bridgewater to get the AC diagnosed. The mechanic told me that the problem was with the freon and that it could be fixed by adding more freon. I agreed to have the work done, but after a few days, the AC was still not working properly. I took the car back to the shop, and they said that they needed to do more testing. After a few more days, they told me that the compressor needed to be replaced. I agreed to have the repair done, but after a few more days, the AC was still not working properly. They are just making fool to customer don't ever go to this dealer. I took the car back to the shop again, and they said that the blower motor had been damaged during the repair process. They offered to replace the blower motor , but I was not happy with the way they had handled the situation. I felt like they had not been transparent with me about the damage to my car, and I was not sure if I could trust them to do the repair correctly. I decided to take my car to a different shop, and they were able to fix the AC without any problems. I am very disappointed with the experience I had at Volvo Bridgewater , and I would not recommend them to anyone.

    I had quite the ultimate experience at Volvo Bridgewater buying my XC40! From the first visit of “just looking” to test driving, sitting down to talk numbers with a real human being ,and ultimately buying the car, this was a 5-star experience. None of the “well let me see what my finance manager can offer” game, a car was available for sale, and I came in talked an offer and was able to come to an agreement and pick up my car the next morning. Jean-Pierre “JP” not only was exceptionally knowledgeable of the product (which any good sales person should be) but really took the time to discuss what was a good fit for me (40vs60), trim levels/features, was super accessible via text message, and even clarified the car I asked to see because he knew I originally was going for a sportier look with Dark, but changed to Bright. I just got the car today, so actual vehicle/service review is in progress, but up until this point has been to notch. Hoping this is the start of a long relationship with Volvo, the Bridgewater location, and my man JP!

    Once my wife and I decided we wanted a Volvo, we searched all over the US for the exact one with all the features we desired. After talking with multiple Volvo dealerships that at times were hard to communicate with and verify information with and spending a good deal of time searching on Volvo’s online database we landed at calling the Bridgewater Volvo and we couldn’t be more pleased! We decided to fly cross country to pick up the Volvo from the dealership and the Bridgewater team, including the GM; JP our sales guy; and Jose the finance guy, took every possible step to help us be fully prepared to receive the car as soon as we arrived, by answering all our questions prior to arrival and even going so far as JP picking us up from the airport. As soon as we walked in we were greeted at the door by Bill, and later Jose, both of them being very pleasant to work with. We were cared for directly and efficiently till we drove off the lot. The whole purchasing process was flawless and relaxed and made us feel confident we made the right choice going with Bridgewater for this purchase. As an added bonus, we had the opportunity to get a hands-on, step by step customization of our Volvo with an explanation of how to use our new features when our Volvo was delivered to us by Bill. He was extremely patient, a great teacher, and very knowledgeable about the tips and tricks of how to best utilize all the great technology and safety features our Volvo came with. We drove away from Bridgewater in our dream Volvo feeling completely confident about our purchase and our decision to go with this dealership. We highly recommend considering Volvo Bridgewater for your purchase. If your experience is anything like ours, you will not be disappointed! Even though we live in Florida, we will definitely reach out to Bridgewater for our next purchase. They exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond to get us into our new Swedish beauty!

    The entire team at Volvo Bridgewater has been great work. John Maxton and Richard Cioffi provided a high level customer experience during the entire process. They communicated regularly and available to answer questions. I completed this purchase from out of state. Next time I am looking for a Volvo, I will be returning to Volvo Bridgewater.

    Great experience with service. I had a slow leak with a tire on my C40 Recharge. Volvo picked up the car within an hour of my call, and a very pleasant young man picked me up at my house to take me to the dealer to get my car back with a new tire. BTW, the car is awesome, and I'm having a blast with it.

    I have been a customer in the past, having owned two of the convertibles. Loved them and loved the service department. Switched to another manufacturer when I needed a large SUV. Came back this year to look at the mild hybrid xc40. This dealership is truly unique. Everyone is very professional, and it truly is a pleasure. JP in sales was great – – very responsive and caring. Bill Wallace is an amazing teacher, who oriented me to my Car. I would give this place a score of six stars, if I could!

    Met with,Jhon in sales and Jim in service. When in and I was unaware of what I really wanted to do and what I wanted to get. Met with John from sales as well as Jim from service who assured me that my purchase would be exactly what I wanted and meet my expectations. Surely these gentlemen were right I got a beautiful car at a great price dealing with the service department for any small things was not a a****** I would definitely recommend this dealership to anybody and ask for John Maxton for sales and gym coal for service you will be very satisfied as I am. I am a previous Volvo owner as well as my family owns a few volvo's recommended me to this dealer and people and I must say I could see why they did surpass my expectations thank you guys.

    This is my second Volvo leased at this dealership. The experience was so positive the first time that we came back again! The staff at Bridgewater Volvo are excellent! They are very friendly and very easy to work with. They go out of their way to make their clients happy. Most importantly you can expect a very professional and time efficient car buying process.     Big thank you to Carl in the service department and technician Joe. Had my wife’s 2016 xc90 serviced at another Volvo dealer closer to my house. Brought in for an engine light, they correctly diagnosed a supercharger leak, which is a huge job, and then suggested other repairs needed. They asked 600 to replace rear break pads (rotors we’re using fine), which set of red flags as parts are 100 and it’s less an hour job if I do it myself. Then they said I need to replace 4 tires, when front two, which they put on a year ago, had most of then tread left. The obvious overreach made me question the estimate and call Bridgewater Volvo. Carl could not have been nicer over the phone, and gave me a rough estimate for supercharger leak repair which was significantly lower than the one I had from the local dealer. Got me into the shop next morning and have me a complimentary loaner, which he didn’t have to do. Joe was kind enough to demonstrate the leak (smoke test), and suggested additional work that should be done since supercharger would have to be removed to fix the leak. Those suggestions are identical to ones made in Volvo forums, and I was going to ask to get those done anyway. Later that day Carl called and said he looked up the paper work and it turned out my car still had a few months under the certified pre owned program, so repair was free. Saving a couple of grand. I thought warrantee had expired, as I had the first service in day wrong. The other dealer who had serviced the car for last 4 years missed that as well. So needless to say I’m have a new Volvo dealer I will be using. Thank you again to Carl, Joe and the team.

    Owning a Volvo people have to realize that you are going to be paying outrageous bills for any of your repairs. In no time your vehicle becomes a money pit. Loved my Volvo until it became a $1,000 or more every visit. In the end I will never own a Volvo again.

    Excellent service from sales with JB to service with Nuno. Very attentive staff. Just outstanding over all. Pickup my car exactly how I want then my first service done better than expected. Thank you. 3rd visit for reguler maintenance service with Kelly who did great job securing a loaner addressing all the car issues and keeping me informed along the way.

    Went in for service. The loaner I received was filthy and sticky - someone’s drink probably spilled around before I received it. Hair sticking to the sticky brown puddles where the drink had dried. I had to wipe down the sticky steering wheel. A dirty loaner/rental isn’t something I’ve ever experienced in my years until this very first visit to Volvo Bridgewater. I have a prepaid maintenance plan with Volvo that was purchased in the Princeton location, a sister location of this Bridgewater location. When I had mentioned the oil change should be covered, knowing I had a maintenance plan, Kelly was ready to convince me that I’m to pay for it out of pocket. In her defense, it wasn’t showing up on her system initially. However, only until after I called Volvo in Princeton to confirm, she THEN made the effort to check another part of the system and was able to confirm. My question is - why wasn’t this done in the first place? Why do I need to do the work for them? What bothers me about this is that she was ready to charge me an extra $150 for something that is covered in the maintenance plan I’ve already paid for. There isn’t any apology on her end about doing the bare minimum and not swindling a customer. There’s a lack of accountability and as a result, I’m hesitant to return with any service work because my first impression of this service center is that they they’ll do everything to take your money, but not do the bare minimum in effort or customer service. The bar is low, and they seem to have trouble even hitting that.

    The service department is normally helpful, but recently, with our hybrid, we have come in twice now to fix something that should be covered by the lease, and both times told to come back another time. We were given an appointment today, for a loaner, but the people who are scheduled to fix the issue are on vacation, so I fail to understand why we were given an appointment??. Moreover, we are spending a ton on gas now that our hybrid is not working. I am very disappointed. I hope that on our third visit, a week from now, we’re able to resolve the issue.

    I had an issue with the alarm going off randomly. I called Bridgewater Volvo. I was accepted for a service appointment in 30 minutes. I brought the car and waited just under 1 hr for tests to be run and a solution provided. The team was very friendly and professional. I am a very happy customer.

    Usually buy a new car isn't the most enjoyable experience. However our purchase at Volvo Cars Bridgewater was the complete opposite. Every staff member involved in the purchase process was extremely courteous, professional and more than willing to help with any questions or concerns. Our sales person, John Maxton was top shelf.     My experience start to finish with Volvo in Bridgewater was nothing but flawless and EASY which is really something to be said in this market. My dealer, JP, found me the exact model/trim/color/features that I wanted, priced very reasonably! He was a pleasure to work with, very professional, very easy and fast to communicate with during the time leading up to the cars arrival The car was in transit due to arrive first week of June or so (I saw JP back in early May). I put down a deposit to lock in the deal, and imagine my surprise when I get a phone call from him before the end of the month that the car had arrived AND they threw in an upgraded stereo system!! This dealership was a bit of a hike distance-wise from my residence but it was worth it! I know exactly where I will get my next Volvo when the time comes, but for now I know I am going to enjoy this car for several years! Thank you Bridgewater Volvo!

    John Maxton, our designated Sales Consultant for the Volvo EV that we ordered online surprised me by calling me to say that my EV was delivered and ready for pickup months ahead of when I expected it. John, Steven Dolly the Business Manager and Josh, the Delivery Specialist(seen with John Maxton in the picture) made the whole experience of the delivery of the car a real breeze and they were very good with follow up and the DMV registration process. I would definitely recommend Volvo Cars Bridgewater for your car buying experience.
